ベットがきれいだった！トイレ・お風呂が綺麗だった！

写真より部屋やお風呂等が狭かった。ソファがやすものでべったんこだった。

一人旅に最適で、又泊まりたいと思います。

福岡市内の中心部の真ん中に位置してロケーションなど立地が良くて、どこへもすいすいアクセスできて直ぐ目の前だし、スタッフさんも凄く丁寧に親切だったし、快適だった。　一人旅に最適で、又泊まりたいと思います。

ビデオオンデマンドの有料チャンネルサービスをきちんと備えていない。テレビのチャンネルは専らKBC九州朝日放送のみ固定され、テレビはこれ一つしか見れなかった。

Wouldn’t stay again. Better options elsewhere.

Good location.

As soon as you are past the lobby, it feels like social housing. Rooms are incredibly dated and small, with a poor use of limited space within. There was a musty smell inside, dust on the headboard, poorly lit and poorly appointed. The hallways outside your room are outdoors and dark.

日本人も安心して泊まれます！

夜の繁華街で、周りに美味しいお店、入ってみたいお店がたくさんあり、福岡観光にも便利で良かったです。スタッフの皆さんは、海外の観光客が多い地域のなかで、対応がとても良くて安心して宿泊出来ました。

部屋が奥が通路とは思わなかった。なので、屋外に吸い殻があった…

エレベーターホールに、レンジとトースターがありました。（使わなかったが）

駅から遠くて不便椅子が古くて座りづらく仕事しづらい禁煙室だったはずなのに部屋が臭かったランドリールームはキーが無くては入れないが、洗濯機自体にロックがかからないので不安表示された所要時間もあいまいだった

場所がわかりやすい

朝、工事？清掃？の音が爆音でゆっくりねれなかった。朝食食べれず、残った食材で食べれなかった人に配ってほしかった。

まあまあかな！

いろいろ分からないことなどがあったときにその都度、質問をしましたが必ずすぐに対応して頂きました。加湿器付きの空気清浄機があったのが良かったでした。

思ってたより狭かったでした。

The location of the hotel. Close to Canal City, Tenjin, park, shopping mall restaurants, etc.

The room was clean and quiet.

The room was much smaller than expected - with 2 people and only light luggage, it was overcrowded and hard to move around. Also the breakfast was not to our tastes - despite the fact that we had paid for it already, we skipped the breakfast on our second morning because we hadn't enjoyed it the first morning.

Convenient location and friendly staff

The staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was tasty and filling, too.

The room was clean but a little tired looking. Still, it was very good for the price.

Great location! Next to many good locations for shopping or just people watching, such as Canal city, Solaria Plaza, Tenjin Central Park, train station, bus stops, etc.
