Posizione invidiabile

Ottima posizione, molto vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Gentilezza del personale. Discreta colazione, ma potrebbe migliorare aumentando la scelta e adeguandola ai gusti europei.

Bagno un po' piccolo e frigobar spento.

Fête nationale de Turquie à Istanbul

Localisation, à proximité du centre piétonnier et des transports publics. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux, avec un service attentionné.

Rien de particulier si ce n'est une chambre un peu étroite mais cela n'a pas gâché le plaisir.

The coziest and friendliest place at which I have ever stayed.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It felt like visiting a friend who offers you cake, tea and coffee. Deniz, the chef was so kind and had a beautiful breakfast spread everyday with different hot items that were so delicious. He offered me an omelette everyday but the other items were so good that I refused the omelette. Oguzhan and Erkan were very nice as well. I definitely recommend this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. Unfortunately I only took videos of the areas inside and outside and no pics so I can’t share. Also, don’t believe the bad ratings. Maybe previous management wasn’t good. But people at this property are very friendly.

The mattress was too soft which bothered my back. The rain shower was great but the drain wasn’t fast enough for it so water would stay over my toes and I didn’t like that.

Excellent stay

Staff is excellent. ERKAN even took me to nearby shops to buy metro tickets. He arranged SIM card and did all formalities to start phone running.

Rooms are a bit small but that’s what they have advertised. Therefore no surprises.

The staff was friendly and very polite, especially the people at reception. The location was also very very good. Bath towels were replaced everyday. Refreshment corner was a plus in the room and replenished regularly 2 water bottles given for every room was much appreciated.

I felt my room was not cleaned properly. The floors were not hoovered /moppedevery day and even the bed was not made properly one day and the bathroom counter not cleaned.and the bath area in the bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Even the floor of my children's room had a lot of stains from previously on it and not cleaned everyday properly. Bed in 303 sloped to the centre. Not good for the back.

everything was so nice in term of stay and residency, very supportive staff they are so friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast so tasty. on top of that the location very close to taksim square and the metro station.

Intimate and atmospheric hotel in the heart of Istanbul

the location is perfect, two minutes walk from Taksim square. the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs; the free piano concert on each Thursday evening with snacks and drinks is a big plus. Very cosy and clean facility. Rich breakfast, very 'Turkish'.

Bathroom a little small but sufficient. The door opening system, with key AND magnetic card, is a bit tricky. Outdoor spaces a bit sacrificed, given the location on the street.

Overall an OK place to stay owing to its location, comparatively lower prices, an OK breakfast and cleanliness.

Location of the property is excellent. It is hardly 2-3 minutes walk to Taksim Square and only 3-4 minutes walk to the lively Istikhlal Street. Grocery Store, Shawarma Shop, Laundry etc are all around the hotel which offers a lot of convenience to Travellers. A Street is 10-15 steps away from where you can hail a cab or get an Uber. Coffee shops, bars, hairstylists are at convenient walking distance too. Only downside in location is that hotel entrance is right at the street which is inclined and cars keep passing with speed. The hotel and rooms are cleaned daily and cleanliness overall was very good.

With the exception of one guy at reception with long hair (forgot his name), almost all staff was arrogant and unfriendly. Particularly the lady attendant at breakfast had a very unwelcoming expression on her face. But one day apparently the owner of the property was at the breakfast and she was super sweet, even served the bread herself. Reception area or lobby is super small, and dark too. Entrance steps are not well lit either. Room had very little light as well. Also, we had requested double bed, but the double bed was actually made by combining two single beds which would move away when we sleep. This was most uncomfortable.

Superb

The staff of the hotel were superb. They help you in all of your needs and are allways willing to help you. Very educate and kind. What's more, one of them borrow us his istambulcard during our stay, and come with us to taksim underground in order to top up the card with cash, show us where to take the metro and tram, stops, etc. The room was as spected in the pictures. The breakfast is in the roof restaurant with city views and enough for few days. Location is perfect as it is just in taksim but out of all noise that at nigth, can be a problem, specially in the comercial street that is below taksim area. Something that you are not aware how noisy it can be untill you are here.
