Fantastic host , easy location to explore the area !

The owner /manager was very kind and helpful and met us upon arrival and explained the location, Cinque Terre, and the apartment . The location is an easy walk to the station so day trips to the Cinque Terre and also to places like Pisa are east and also a walk to the port . The bed was comfortable and tv works easy. There is a table in the kitchen to eat together and there is an entry table which is welcoming with info about the area. The host has given great attention to make guests feel welcome. There is also a super market nearby. If one is traveling by trains and doesn’t want to have to walk so far this is a safe and easy place to be with a responsive host . Neighbors were nice and didn’t hear any noise from building . As long as you keep the doors closed train noise isn’t an issue. There is a pizza take out near by that was fantastic ! Missed the grocery hours on first day and they had their sister restaurant make me a salad and delivered it to the take away where we were !

Great apartment, we really enjoyed our time there! It was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed and it was close to the train station. Plus Riccardo was a very friendly and helpful host, he gave us many tips for our trip. Totally recommend it!

Perfect apartment in La Spezia

It was perfect. Awesome location. Good bed, good shower, walking distance from the train station, air conditioning, supermarket nearby. The host, Riccardo, is just amazing. gave us great tips and was very responsive the whole time.

Very good location, close to train station and all necessary facilities (supermarket, bakery) and amazing Pizzeria Masaniello just below the apartment. The owner Riccardo was very kind and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. Apartment was well equipped. Definitely recommended.

Great stay at Golfo della Luna 2

Very close to the train station, which makes it easy to reach by train / visit the Cinque Terre. La Spezia itself is a great town to visit; lots of nice shopping and restaurants, and mostly pedestrianised, you can walk down to the harbour and also get boat trips to Cinque Terre. Riccardo the host ... so friendly and helpful!!!

At first you think the area is a bit rundown, but really ... there are no problems.

Very good

Perfect location for trips by train, it is only about 5 minutes from the station. Also close to the city center. Parking just next to the door. Riccardo is very nice and helpful host. The flat is nice, big enough for 2 people. Aircondition is great.

It is very noisy. Even if you close the windows you can hear everything from the street. We had to buy earplugs to get some sleap.

A wonderful stay at the center of La Spezia

The apartment was very clean and quite comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 kids. Located only about 300m from the central train station, the apartment is complete with a kitchen incl. fridge, stove and microwave and all needed utensils, a cosy bathroom and also air conditioners. Our host Riccardo was very helpful in guiding us and clarifying anything at anytime. He even carried our luggage to the apartment and helped us find a free parking lot in the city. Easy to reach the villages and Porto Venere by train, bus or boat. A wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place.

Riccardo is an excellent host. He welcomes his guests. He also gives suggestions and he is very easy to reach. He is always on top of the things if something goes wrong. the apartment location is also excellent, very close to the main street. the apartment is very cute small but efficient. designed very refreshing. All you need is there and very clean. We left with a smile on our face :)

Great home base for visiting Cinque Terre - and listen ot Riccardo's tips !

This is one bedroom, kitchen and bath room appt. It is very nicely decorated, with all facilities ( including washing machine ). The apartment is well maintained and clean. it is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, which enables you a lot of flexibility with visiting cinque Terre villages ( think about a short sunset trip. Riccardo is very friendly, pointed us to a COOP supermarket near by, and gave us excellent tips on visiting Cinque Terre and hiking there. His recommended restaurants were also great. He owns a parking spot , so you can park your car there - just near the building. ( there is extra charge - but it is worth it ).

As it was mentioned in other reviewed: the Appt is near by the railway. It has good isolating windows, and we were not bothered by the noise. If you are very noise sensitive, it may bother you. With two excellent air conditioners in the appt - you may decide to leave the windows closed. The view is simply street view.

Exceptional!

The apartment is very beautiful and extremely clean. Also, Riccardo was the nicest! He helped us with the instructions on how to get to cinque terre and around La Spezia, also he has the maps/guides available at the apartment. Riccardo was very hospitable, the place was perfect and it’s at an convenient location since its minutes from the train station.

Small but neat

The apartment was clean. And near by the train station (3min walk) with a free parking spot, which is important in La Spezia. Especially if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Living room/kitchen/dining was very small. But it's okay if you are ust looking for a place to sleep. Riccardo was a very good host who helped us settle in when we first arrive, despite some difficulties in his family. We are very grateful for all his help. There was also a good coffee maker and he provide us with a lot of coffee which we appreciate it very much. Thanks again for everything. We have a nice stay at your place

Great base for excursions to Cinque Terre

Great flat with a nice Flair and all equipment you might need for a stay in hot Italy in August. Riccardo welcomed us warmly, showed all necessary features in the flat e.g air condition and gave recommandations for the region, transports and restaurants and even some tipps for our Next stops in Italy. The flat is located 5 minutes from the Train station and therefore a bit noisy when opening the Windows (which you won’t do anyways in summer) But with that ist is the best base to explore Cinque Terre and even do a short siesta during the day withiut loosing too much time. We also enjoyed the fact of having a washing machine - helps a lot when experiencing 35 degrees 😀

Exceptional

The host was incredibly nice to us. He helped us find a free parking slot, showed us all attractions in cinque Terre as well as in La Spezie, explained how to get there very precisely and the cost of trains. The locale was very clean, comfortableand close to the train station. One of the best booking experiences I've ever had.

Close to the train station. Car parking available (contact host). Very friendly and helpful host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and guided us to the car park. Overall a great stay.
