Oltre le aspettative

Appartamento ampio e pulito,comodo ai servizi e vicino al centro di Firenze ma in una zona tranquilla.Di fronte si trova una pizzeria eccezionale.

Great stay, would recommend.

If you're not staying centrally then this is a great location, it's a short walk to the tram which takes you into town. Supermarket around the corner for supplies. Giotto pizzeria over the road.

An extra comfy armchair in the lounge would make for a more sociable seating arrangement.

Nice stay

Location is ok, 10-20min from center, depending where you come from. There are enough public transport options that run every 10-15 min and from march 2024 the city implemented the tip-tap, contactless machines in every bus/tram. One journey was 1 euro. The apartment is nice, modern, at ground floor with a covered terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, each in a separate corner of the apartment and 2 bathrooms, one small and one big, but both with shower. There is an open kitchen and we found everything we needed.

The door to the terrace would be nice to have an insect net. We were a little disturbed by mosquitoes inside.

Very clean and comfortable house. Walking distance to public transport to get to city center in few minutes.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable, very close to the metro and convenient to get to sites and attractions.

great size, renovated, great bed and shower

Very minor things , with Very little could make it perfect - adding some simple items in the apartament such as more than 2 wine glasses (for a 3 bed apartment holding 6 people), napkins/kitchen towel, etc.

Superb

It was really modern and well equipped, and the rooms were spacious.

It was a bit further out from the city centre but the metro was just 1.50 to get into the centre

amazing apartment!

Everything was clean, comfortable and the communication with the owner and other "staff" was very fast, easy and nice. All of us really enjoyed the stay and would come back anytime.

The distance between the apartment and the city centre was stated in "Luftlinie", so we were a little (!) disappointed in how long it took to get to the city by foot (we did rent bikes and with bikes it was perfectly manageable)

good value a few minutes from city center

It is a 3 BR, 2 BA, with spacious rooms, very clean, and the host was very responsive. WiFi worked well and there is a grocery store down the street.

There is AC, but it only works while you are on property. Some rooms the AC works better than others. It is also a short tram ride to city center, away from the major sights, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Just depends on what you are looking for.

Comfortable and spacious place to stay.

Very comfortable and spacious home away from home. Host was very welcoming. My parents were very happy with staying at Lucia's home

Superb

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely couple which explained us everything. No hassle, kitchen has everything, well equipped rooms and not far to the tramway line T2 which takes you to the city centre. Overall wonderful. And if u stop there please try the pizza restaurant opposite the building, just amazing authentic Neapolitan Pizza.

Exceptional

The House was very comfortable and clean. Ideal for groups of friends. It was 10 minutes away from the center by bus or tram . Mary was very helpful. I recommend it.

Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect location and close to the trams into the historic centre.

Mosquitoes! The owners cannot be blamed for the problem, but perhaps some plug-in repellents might help?

Exceptional

The apartment is very nice and has a little terace, the bathrooms are new and modern and across the street is a napoletan pizzeria. Near the apartment is a parking lot with a good price. I also want to say that the host is very nice and helpfull and she was expecting us with the keys.
