Alojamiento de Novela Antigua

El lugar es como de novela, muy antiguo , con chimenea en todas las habitaciones, muy noble, y un jardin tranquilo y hermoso, estaba limpio

Lindo pero....

La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del centro.

Las habitaciones son lindas pero no hay aire acondicionado, ni un ventilador, el baño esta muy descuidado y las chapas de las puertas nada seguras, además ya no hay convenio con el estacionamiento y eso es un poco incómodo ya que hay que estar casi casi pidiendo permiso para salir y entrar.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro. Es un hotel muy amplio.

Le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y al hotel en general. En una de las habitaciones rentadas casi no salía agua de la regadera, algunas ventanas no cierran bien.

- helpful staff - central location - beautiful patio - very nice gift in the room - sweets ( i think because of the Valentins day). <3

- broken window - you couldnt close it = very cold in the room.. I had to take a hot shower so offen and sleep in the warm polar. - Old furniture, hotels needs renovation

Inexpensive for a central location but hotel is shabby with something of a hippy feel about it.

The location is great and the garden is a bonus and the car park is convenient

The rooms are very tired. The system does not deliver hot water all the time. There is no laundry service. none of the staff speak fluent English.

Location is the only good thing about this place

Location is great and the gardens are nice, these are the only good things about this hotel.

Rooms need urgent maintenance, they are not well isolated so you can hear any noise outside and they’re cold at night. The furniture is old and not comfortable at all.

The hotel was in the perfect location. it was right in the action of everything walking distance just like anything in San Miguel de Allende. I had an upgrade in my room and was closer towards the front. love it was pet friendly!

The hotel was expensive for what it was, facilities were bad, wouldn't stay for more than 1 night.

Location was good, a walk to the main tourist attractions wasn't more than 10 minutes away.

didn't fit in the tiny shower, couldn't move the shower head or else it would hit the window, honestly the whole bathroom experience was terrible. The room was right in front of the restaurant so everybody could hear what we were doing and we could hear what they were doing in the restaurant, zero privacy.

It was very close to popular things to see! Staff was very nice and receptive to our concerns upon arrival

They should mention that on site their are 2- Parral like birds. They will wake you with their “calls”. Very loud. Although it’s nice but didn’t expect to have them wake me, we were there 5 days! Im not sure if the staff live near by, but one night some guest were up till after 1:30am, another guest had to finally bang on their door to quiten down!! Not sure if quite hours were posted anywhere.

Location is the most interesting thing in this hotel, you can walk to every good place in San Miguel. Everyone is kind

the only fault is that my room didn´t have the bathroom lock with a proper functionality. The parking is not as comfortable as it could be.

Location its great.

Cats meowing and fighting all night. Too noisy. Very BAD experience. Its a Pitty such a Great location with a Bad Mangment.
