It is a very cute place.
Great music being played in the common area.
You are able to use the dining room to eat food in with a fridge to store items.
Can not cook but can heat using a microwave.
Is tucked out of the way and difficult to get to.
At breakfast coffee was in an urn but I had to pay for tea bags.

1.) The very welcoming, very polite and very helpful attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel staff were always smiling and always ready to help with queries regarding your stay and also the tour around Baguio.
2.) The property is very clean and tidy.
3.) The property’s location which is very accessible to go to the town center. You can actually walk to the town center from the hotel for about 15 minutes.
None that we can remember.

Breakfast is too ordinary, nothing special.
Water heater in the bathroom is too complicated to use. Should have instructions posted on how to manage the water temp. Parking is so small not too safe for their guest. Always full and guess are not given a slot even the owner parks his vehicle…

Good value for money
A bit too far from the center but it’s good because it’s peaceful

Restrooms are huge you can hold a party inside! :)
Water pressure is good. Heater working. Beds nicely done. Blankets are provided to battle the cold evening weather 😍
No problem with communication, booking process went good.
Beware of scammers texting that the booking is pending when in it's already paid. Contact the property directly from their posted numbers here or their FB page.
The lighting in the rooms are not bright enough, they need a higher wattage bulb.
The window screens are dusty.
We can maybe light the fireplace even just the one in the center room (for experience) just a thought

Breakfast was great - we got the bacon free b/f and added the salted egg/tomato and tinapa. Benguet Barako was superb.
Kitchen amenities were good - refrigerator, basic utensils, heating kettle, microwave, etc. Kitchen was mostly self=serve.
The beds and linens were clean but it would help is blankets were provided, given the low temperatures in the morning. No slippers were provided.
The dining area was nice and spacious. Sitting by the window for breakfast and afternoon coffee was the highlight of our stay.
Location was a bit far from the city so we had to spend for taxi each time we go out and back; walking was not an option as there were no walk-friendly paths to the city.
The room on Day 1 was a bit small for two people that we had to hop over the bed to get to the T&B. But the staff were quick to recognize this so they transferred us to another room on Day 2 that's about the same size but better configured.
We did not like that sugar and creamfor the coffee was served on plastic jars with twist cap used/shared by all guests - not too hygienic especially during the time of pandemic.
The staff were not too welcoming upon arrival at the hotel - sitting room was dark, it's like they are trying to save on electric bill at the expense of the image they project to guests (that guests are not welcome).
The sitting room would have been the highlight but it was not adequately lit and some guests were overstaying, depriving other guests use of the space.

Unfortunately myself and my wife cannot find any positives about the property other than the location.
I booked a double bed room with mountain view, when we arrived we are directed to a ground floor room. Which was directly outlooking the busy and noisy road
The room had not been cleaned thoroughly with the following faults as listed.
The bed linen and blankets felt as if they where dirty, with a gritty feeling.
Tha shower did not run any hot water.
The tap on the faucet rotated in the faucet and was very difficult to turn on and off.
The wooden floor was rotten in places with small holes and also dirty.
My wife is convinced she saw vermin, mice or rats in the room and did not sleep.
The bathroom window is rotten and does not have a latch.
The room was so small that it was necessary to climb over the sofa to get into and out of the bed.
The pre paid breakfast consisted of rice, an egg and one other item selected from a menu.
The was not substantial or satisfying as stated in previous reviews.
Cleanliness in the dining area was also not at an acceptable standard.
