Go to Verona, don't go to this appartment

Air Conditioner not working. Freezer broken and dirty. Seriously Verona is beautiful, this appartment is awful, don't call that "Suites".

Great little apartment. Fantastic location. Very organised instructions for arrival etc.

We booked a small self catered apartment for 5 adults. Very good facilities. We only stayed one night, so didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked very well equipped. The location is the true attraction of this apartment. Less than one minute from the Arena, and well located for all the wonderful shops, markets, restaurants and historical architecture and sites.

I genuinely loved the apartment, but it is noisy. You are right in the centre of the hustle and bustle. I love fresh air, so I could easily have closed the windows!

Superb

Location, cleanliness, furnishings, excellent check-in process.

The WIFI disconnects every 5-10 minutes, the problem was not my device.

Great location, difficult at first to find the room but in the end, all good, except for the air co.

At first we could not find the room but then the owner called us and apart for the a/c working so so, the rest was fine.

Big plastering missing in ceiling.Dirty walls.On booking you can’t choose your apartment.On the end you get something what you are not happy at all.should be more clear then no one will be surprised.For such a price you can easy get night in nicer hotel.

Third floor apartment was a bad surprise!

Centrally located and closed to main touristic places and restaurants.

The apartment on the third floor is not of the same standard as the other ones. Bathroom and Kitchen are old and not convenient. The pictures of these rooms are not available on Booking so this was quite a bad surprise. Also the windows are not double glazing which makes it very noisy in the evening. Fortunately, we have been moved to the 2nd floor the next day, where the apartment was fully renovated. Nevertheless, it was not quite confortable to move during our stay with kids. As a conclusion, make sure to avoid the third floor apartment.

It's very central and quite a large apartment

The bedding for the sleeper couch left a lot to be desired. There were only some mismatched duvets in the cupboard that seemed a little dubious. The couch also seemed like it needed a good clean!

Perfect getaway! Excellent Value!! Aldi market very close!

EXCELLENT location- 1 block from the arena, 1 block from Dolce & Gabana, Michael Kors, all the great shops, steps from the Christmas market! Lots of restaurants! the train station is 3 stops by bus. the bus is literally 5 minute walk to the front door! Great restaurant across the street!

We didn’t understand how to set the heating. Toilet paper ran out. Didn’t realize there was a lift until hauling all suitcases to 4th floor! No view.

Not worth the price spent

position, very central

no hover so possibility to clean and we stayed for 9 days. Only few tools to use in the kitchen, no oven and for the money spent is very disappointed

The flat is very close to the Arena

The beds are terrible. My back hurt for a week after three nights in the marital bed, which was as hard as a plank of wood. I would really advise to replace the mattresses. On our arrival the AC was leaking in the room but it was fixed a few hours later.

Location is great right in the center.

The host did not pick up the phone even though we called several times. The apartment was not clean and there was no soap and not a sufficient amount of toilet paper. The kitchen is poorly equipped and not inviting. The entire atmosphere (furniture/decoration) was rather cold.
