Couldn’t ask for more - Amazing.

The most amazing panoramic views of the ocean from the kitchen, lounge and dining area, bedrooms have side views as well. Fully equipped from all major appliances to beach towels, umbrella etc. The apartment was super clean. The hostess was spectacular and extremely helpful. She was available at all times and on short notice. Very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Couldn’t have asked for better. Apartment is literally 2 minutes from a beautiful beach and the bus stops and tram are outside the building which was very convenient. Also free onsite parking which is great.

We enjoyed our week very much but for older less mobile people recommend own transport

Beautiful modern apartment with stunning views of the Bay. A very spacious kitchen dining lounge area with panoramic v views of the coastline. The bedrooms spacious and beds very comfortable with 2 good bathrooms. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble in helping us.

We did expect, as we have on many occasions abroad, a small welcome pack on arrival especially when arriving late there was none. Also there was no local information of supermarkets trams or bus facilities causing us to contact the Hosts Beatrix and Marta on a regular basis.

This was the most perfect location and accomadation we ever stayed in for our family holiday.

Perfect location, lovely supermarket with fresh pastries every morning, lovely coffee shops nearby serving breakfast.

Nothing disappointed us with this stay everything was exceptional, will definitely go back again!

Exceptional

Amazing apartment! One of the best view in all Alicante. The kind of apartments u see in movies. If u like to enjoy nice sunrise and sunset this apartment is for u. It is white, big and very clean. We felt at home for the whole week. Location is great right in front San Juan beach which is an amazing white sand beach. The host Beatriz is very nice and friendly. She even helped us for to book our covid test. We highly recommend.

One of the most expensive apartments in the area but well worth every euro spent.

Location 2 minutes walk from the sea as promised. 15 mns and 15 eur drive from the city center. The beach there is rated 4.7 of 5 - the highest in Alicante. The apartment boasts a spacious living room with a stunning view over the long beach line!! The living room turns terrace as most of the panoramic windows can be shifted to sides. All amenities were available for full scale cooking and dining in as well as beach towels, tablets for dishwasher and the washing machine etc. Very important, each bedroom has a window looking outside of the building which is not that frequently found in Spain. Beatriz, our host, was super helpful on several occasions like booking a restaurant, coming up to open the parking gate for us on short notice and providing various domestic advise, which made the stay much more convenient.

Perfect property!

Absolutely amazing view: you can see the sea and the mountains, and enjoy beautiful sunrises! Super helpful and friendly host — every little ask is taken care of 🙏 Beatriz even provided an umbrella and beach loungers. Kitchen has all appliances you may need. With the help of air conditioners it is very comfortable to hide inside the apartment during the midday heat. In all, a beautiful apartment for a comfortable stay.
