Worst experience in Thailand over multiple trips

Cash only. Upon arrival staff demanded cash for all six days. Over priced. Room had no drawer, cupboard, shelf or table. No room cleaning service. Staff very unpleasant about providing an extra child bed even though all confirmed via booking.com My only unpleasant experience in Thailand over multiple trips since 1989. Horrible. Didn’t let them ruin our trip though as everyone and everything else was beautiful

Месторасположение прекрасное! Море близко и шикарное! На несколько дней пойдет. Сам комплекс расположен в зелени и все близко.

У меня был самый ужасный номер этого комплекса, он был последний, может поэтому.. я не предполагала и заказала его, в номере не было даже чайника, это при том, что номера по цене были одинаковые. У друзей в номере был чайник и номер новее и просторнее. Мы в номере не находились, только спали, поэтому не сильно заморачивались.

Beautiful with a (loud) downside (once a week, neighbors)

Nice and clean. Friendly staff.

There is a Party Place next door which regularly does Parties. You can not sleep at these nights. It goes on until 4 o‘ clock in the morning.

A good stay overall. Lovely place.

So close to the beautiful beach (Haad Hao), not much shelter on the beach. Small & friendly resort. Good beds, aircon & wifi access. Close to good places to eat and drink 7 11 close. ATMs close. Launderette close

There was not much I did not like. The things I note are picky and personal to me but not deal breakers, did not have big I.pact on stay/experience. There were 2 of us and given 2 towels, I think 2 large and 2 small should be standard, 2 large for body, 1 small for my hair, and 1 small for hands. Extra toilet roll would be good, was given 1 when asked. The room was not cleaned/linen changed for our 4 day stay, not a biggy for me, think thats right, but I would have liked a broom to sweap sand etc myself help keep place tidy etc . Also, there is only 1 small bin in the bathroom, and I feel 2 bins would be better in the accommodation space. Water pressure is low in the shower. Fridge but no kettle, cups/glasses, etc. Was given 2 glasses when asked. Note that you will need to pay cash on arrival for room, ATM close if need it. Plus, a 1000 bhat deposit for key.

Superb

Haad Yao is such a cool beach. It has the softest white sand and great to swim here. It is so pretty. The staff at Ibiza are laid back, warm and lovely. I keep coming back here.

Good location, very nice owners

Location Location Location!! It just right there on the beach. Beautiful beach. We don’t expect anything much, on the beach with this price. We overwhelm.

They don’t have duvet, we have to ask for blanket. Owners very lovely though, gave to us with no problem. The bed quite hard but we all fine. Lovely stay there, will be back.
