Meget venligt personale i morgenmadsrestauranten

The room is so cute and also the hotel is so nice to look at. The pool is relaxing and beautiful! We made sure to stay in the hotel to try out the pool. The people were great. They even let us put our luggage with them for 2 days as we did a side trip to Prague! Thank you so kindly!
The shower set up is terrible. The ledge is small so within 30sec to 1 min after turning on the water, the water goes into the regular floor and the toilet. It soaked through everything!

The pool area is amazing! Truly. The mini bar drinks are cool and so are the bathroom extras. Very creative and sweet.
This is a very small and uncomfortable hotel in an uninviting area of town on a busy road with nowhere to walk to. They don’t help you with your luggage, you have to hold the door open for yourself and drag the luggage through the different narrow spaces of the building, each more uneven than the next, with steps up and steps down every corner. The upper level is only accessible through steep stairs. The elevator is small and is covered in fur as wallpaper. There are animal trophies on the walls which might not be a bad thing for everyone but I think is in bad taste (especially for an eco hotel). No lobby, no bell service, taxi can’t park in front of it, you have to walk around the corner (also with luggage). The restaurant is tiny, not accessible by elevator and won’t feed you between meals at all (only olives and buts), the breakfast is horrible. Cute rooftop/smoking area though. Room is what it is, there is effort in it but is just too small and somehow wildly uncomfortable. Amenities are not refilled upon check in so you see people have used it before you and that makes it icky.
I know nothing here is horrible but this should have been a 5* hotel and it really feels like a scam. Like the beautiful and very creative pool area was the only thing they wanted to actually make well to lure you in, but there is absolutely no service and all other spaces are honestly not up to par. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone over the age of 30 and anyone who is used to 5* service.

I absolutely loved this accommodation. I stumbled across it on Instagram and it looked the part but am always skeptical to see if it lives up to itself in real life, and it did!! Well worth a visit.
Nada!

Prachtige beleving, mooi kader. Zeer ruime kamers, ontbijt duur voor het geheel.

The staff was so polite and helpful. My girlfriend and I were visiting Copenhagen and the front desk staff gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. The pool lived up to everything I had heard about it.

Totally loved the unique design of the hotel. Every little detail seems to be well thought out. Not only the pool area, but also the room itself, the lobby or the massive fitness center - everything is a treat for your eyes.
Even the rooftop bar / restaurant. Although it was a bit expensive and it only had a few options for dinner, we got to see an amazing sunset from up there.
Staying at this hotel is definitely an experience.
Since everyone probably books this hotel for its magical pool area, that also comes with its downsides. It's always very crowded and pretty noisy as well, even at 2am at night there were people having an intense chat next to the pool.

Very nice vibe and cool pool. I liked the location.
Not too welcoming staff.

All the staff were super friendly

Stuff was lovely, brilliant location, little and not comfortable rooms and smell of the pool everywhere.
Small rooms and pool smells everywhere

Obviously the hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But also the room I booked was so lovely, it wasn't just a bedroom but more like a studio with a separate sitting area and TV. I just loved it and all the amenities in the room - the radio, the kettle and coffee bags, the sleeping kit and bathroom toiletries, yoga mats and beautiful dressing robes. The comfort and ease of guests has been thought out well.
Staff friendly, check in/out was smooth.
Location is quite good, it's not smack bang in the centre but 10 mins walk to Tivoli. Also Frederiksberg is a very cool area.
I had a late flight the day I left and it was a torrential downpour outside, I asked if I could hang out by the pool for a couple of hours after check out and was refused. Considering I was a paying guest (and it's not a cheap hotel) I though this was a little bit disappointing!

the pool was amazing!

The room was very comfortable. Staff gave good recommendations.
The smell of chlorine from the pool is quite overwhelming, for an eco-hotel I would have imagined it would not use so many chemicals, or make the pool a mix of salt and chlorine which is much more healthy. Housekeeping was inconsistent.

Absolutely amazing place !

pool, sauna, and steam room were very nice to have. I do agree it’d be ideal if they were all on the same floor but it’s 3 quick flights of steps so not too bad. breakfast is lovely and the beds super comfortable.
I feel it was a bit expensive.
4.3
granolas were good and various squeezed juices
check out was such a problem, they could not even get extras from pre-blocked amount and charged me twice -- or even more... Such a disappointment

It looks amazing. Staff is very accommodating, quick to respond to your needs and unpretentious.
Comfortable beds, nice rooms.
The pool area is something else it just looks like you're somewhere exotic and not downtown Copenhagen.
Spa is so good, I especially liked the sauna and went 2 times in 3 days.
Amazing breakfast and wish I had been hungrier so I could have eaten more of it 😋
The Eco Essentials line that they provide as hygiene supplies in the rooms and at the spa is the best I've ever encountered at a hotel.
I'm seriously considering buying some to keep at home.
Overall, the best hotel stay and experience I've ever had. It is on my bucket list to come back and bring my husband with me 🤩
Thank you and I hopefully will be back.
The pool was a bit cold for my taste. We went early morning while it was still rather cold outside. The pool area has a glass roof so it is inside but the glassroof and huge space it's in might make it a bit colder than it is on a warmer day, when it's warmer the pool is probably perfect.
I wish there was a hot tub.
The only thing I hated was the music that was played at the pool area in the afternoons when it's busy there. Just not my cup of tea. But I was only in my room while it played for like two hours so it doesn't affect my overall stay.
Finally I noticed a tiny bit of the bathroom wall tiles area was a little dirty (some spots) between the sink and the furniture, I didn't say anything because it might be from me and my sister and not something that was there before. Since this area is hard to reach for the cleaning staff, it's something I wanted to point out, just in case. Again I still give full marks. Didn't affect the quality of my stay.

beautiful pool and rooms.

The vibe is so different from other hotels. Really fun and dynamic, but calming at the same time. It definitely felt like we were far away from Scandinavia. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we even had the smallest type. The food from Chapung was amazing.
Although it is a really nice space, the rooftop deck needs to be repaired or redone completely. There were quite a few places where the boards were splintered and uneven to walk on.
4.3
Great ambience. The rooms were very clean and well prepared for our stay.

The pool - beautiful. The room was spacious. Loved everything
If I had to pick on something, it would be the bed was not the most comfy. It made noise every time you moved and the mattress was memory foam which is great for some people but for me I found I sunk into it and the pillows were not comfy.
4.3
The highlight of this property is obviously the incredible pool, but the rooms are lovely and comfortable too. I stayed in a small suite (the lowest room type) and it was very spacious with its own little kitchen and seating area. I made sure to wake up early to experience the pool when it was quiet and empty- and what an amazing pool it is! At night it transforms into this fun space with lights and music- it looks like a party in the jungle. But don't worry- noise was never an issue for sleeping.
The location isn't quite as central as I'd have liked but everything is a short walk away. Catching the metro to get back to the airport was only about an 8 minute walk, for example.
