Variedade nos alimentos servidos ao pequeno almoço com o pormenor ser produtos de produção local, excelente localização para umas férias relax com o som de fundo dos grilos e dos passarinhos e funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis,.

Atendimento, disponibilidade e simpatia do staff excepcionais e limpeza impecável tanto no quarto como no espaço exterior.

A única coisa que poderia apontar seria só o tamanho das toalhas da piscina que podiam ser um pouco maiores.

Convenient location, Friendly staff, disappointing "sofa bed" dropped the value

About 7 minutes to the Castle. Great location. Can see the castle from the hotel. Hotel grounds were nice too. Pool seemed open even in December though the water was cold (I didn't swim but felt it). Very friendly staff. Quick check in. Parking on the grounds.

Beware that the largest room they have is the 50 square meter "Suite Apartment." This is smaller than you might think. On the Booking.com description it says "3 guests max with a maximum of 3 adults" while the icons of people show 3 adults + 2 children - a bit confusing. No problem in my case as there was only 2 adults, 1 child. Description also says "two sofa beds." In my room, this was not true. There was a single sofa but it was not prepared as a bed. There was something yellow and soft in the corner but it wasn't a sofa. For the "sofa bed" they instead brought in a fold-away bed with thin mattress. It squeaked a lot at night (it was a transportable fold-away bed after all). It was not comfortable either. This "Suite Apartment" is suitable for a couple. Maybe a kid too, but not 3 adults as advertised. if they had prepared a real sofa bed as written in the description, I would have been much happier. I paid 167 Euro for the night. For that price I should have booked an entire house nearby or one of the many rooms at the castle. But since this was a last minute stay on my part, I must fault myself for lack of better preparation. The breakfast was included however so that helped.

relaxing stay near Monsaraz

Great location , plenty of safe parking , very clean and tidy everywhere , quiet location , three pools within the site , very nice staff and nice buffet breakfast . We will stay again .

Great stay!

We loved the surroundings with great pool areas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. We extended our stay by one night because we enjoyed it so much.

Only negative is that the rooms have too few electric outputs in the wall.

paradise in Alentejo

one of the best places we’ve stayed in all Alentejo. Great breakfast, incredible pool, very nice typical rooms. if I’m visiting Alentejo I’m staying here again and will recommend to all my friends

on our first night they’ve started to mowing the grass very early in the morning, this was a bit annoying because we couldn’t sleep anymore

Very agreeable and pleasant stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool(s) were also very nice and well maintained as was the whole property. The breakfast was good but nothing spectacular.

Great base from which to explore Alentejo

Everything about it. Beautiful grounds; two large pools; plenty of outdoor seating areas; spacious room with fabulous views; superb friendly staff; very good breakfast; snacks with wine available in the evening; very peaceful

Superb

Perfect place to enjoy a calm weekend surrounded by nature, you will see a great sunset at this place. The staff is great, thanks for Catarina for booking restaurant for us! There are 2 restaurants near the hotel (walking distance) that I recommend. There are two pools and everything is well maintained. Staff is friendy and the breakfast is also good. I recommend this place

Good for families, but not recommended for adults who want to swim and relax.

The staff were wonderful The location was good for visiting the area Everything was very clean The room was comfortable (except for the rather bright blue light coming from the air conditioner all night) Good bathroom/shower etc.

Unfortunately the hotel had a "holiday camp" atmosphere...Full of loud, screaming kids..the pools were always crowded..It was difficult to swim and relax. My friends and I have been living in Portugal for four years, and have stayed at many hotels; we all found this one to be extremely overpriced.

Great location and staff

Good value accomodation, clean and comfortable. Pools are a good addition to the Alentejo heat. Great breakfast. Staff is very helpful and made sure all was clean during covid times.
