Beautiful hotel in madina

I always stay at the oberoi Madina. It is home away from home for us. The staff are so warm and friendly the managers at the restaurant and the waiters go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning manager and staff checked in on me to make sure I had all the toiletries in my room and to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which is beautiful and very comfortable. Oberoi madina will always be my first choice of hotel and I pray that I have many more visits here. It’s Always difficult to leave madina and leave the oberoi !

Hotel rooms warned out, old fashioned wood everywhere. Toiletries are 5 stars but bathrooms old and not clean upon check in we ask for the toilets to be cleaned (Smelled like pee). Restaurant top class, breakfast top class and amazing staff other than the hotel rooms need some refreshing. You can't rate it as 5 stars rooms just because you have Molton Brown and l'occitane as toiletries.

Only location

New renovated floors still have stale and un fresh feelings Besides the noise of construction. The rooms have furniture which looks old even the floor was new. Overall not a 5 star feelings. May be good for 2.5 or 3 star hotel

Not a 5 star standard hotel but the location is worth it

The location is beyond wonderful. The staff were very nice and most welcoming and helpful.

Most of the hotel was under renovation which was not clear at the time we booked. The room was a “city view” but it actually was a wall! I never thought I would see “great granny’s hairdryer with the hose” in a 5 star hotel in 2023! The bathroom had no walk in shower and was very old in style but it was clean. The hotel is in no way up to the standards of Oberoi hotels at all!

Very good

Location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Across the board at all levels the staff are supper friendly and always wanting to help with a proactive approach. I kudos two of the restaurant staff Yasser and Yasin, both have high hospitality standards.

It is under renovation some of the rooms are a bit old, you hear the construction banging in the mornings. We were expecting this as the hotel had sent us a msg ahead of our stay to inform us about the construction works.
