Rien. Peut être que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré par des produits complémentaires aux excellents œufs cuisinés

Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful manor house. Only 2 rooms for guests in a separate wing of the house. Breakfast room also lovely with sitting area and views of the pond and adjoining farm fields.
One guest room has a tub with hand shower, but that is soon to be converted to a standing shower.

I loved everything about my stay here. Beautiful home and the views were stunning. Large, clean, comfortable room. Very tasty and filling breakfast. The host was absolutely lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay.

Very friendly helpful family - attentive but not 'in your face'
Beautifully setting - extensive garden, lake and amazing views.
Large bedroom and large ensuite bathroom
Rather difficult to find - Needs clearer signage at entrance and then signs within the farm estate to get to the correct place easily.
We do not use Sat Nav !

Just what and where I wanted for my stay in Jedburgh.

The property is amazing and Abby and her family took great care of me not just from accommodation but connecting me with great spots to eat and info about the nearby areas. I had no idea that the place had just re-opened from being shut down during COVID so felt especially lucky to be able to stay there. I would rebook in an instant and hope to in the future! The place was conveniently located between many stops I wanted to make in the Scottish borders area and located at the end of a beautiful scenic drive down from Edinburgh.
