A good place to stay overnight when making flight connections in Aberdeen.
We stayed here twice and found it very handy when making connections for flights to and from Shetland. Quite close to the airport and easily accessible. Good pub food very close by.
No on site staff but clear directions. Other guests quite helpful.

I'd suggest avoid .
From my experience I can't find anything positive to comment about
The experience was completely shambolic coupled by the inflexibility of I'm assuming the owner.

A standard B&B with a good location and close of amenities. There are other better B&B's available.
I was there for work and booked this a couple of days before arriving. I was out in the morning and back late afternoon, so I didn't stay in the room. I didn't have breakfast at the B&B. Pros: - The B&B is easy to find - Close access to the train station, Tesco, Premier shop, Post office, chip shop - Access to a fully equipped kitchen was great - A nice size room with plenty of wardrobe storage - A good size desk - Heating when on was nice and hot - Supplied with additional oil heater which was needed as it gets very cold without the main heating on
Cons: - I booked 'Double Room with Private External Bathroom' but the external bathroom isn't private at all. I didnt mind sharing a bathroom but In order to get to 'your' bathroom (shared with room 11) you have to pass the front door on the right, the stairs on the left, a door leading to the breakfast room and kitchen with the hallway leading to other rooms. - Technically, anyone can you use you 'private' bathroom (and some did). - The bed was really uncomfortable. It was very creaky and a few of the springs were digging in my back - There was no hairdryer in the room, or in the bathroom. I messaged via booking website, asking for a hairdryer with no reply. I messaged again 24 hours later with a passive aggressive reply about how 'late it was' to message. Even though they had 24 hours to respond to the first message. Customer service is really important to me, so this was dissapointing from Ian. - You can hear EVERY conversation with people standing in the hall way outside your room. - Everytime someone opens the front door or second doors, it slams and if you're in room 10 or 11, esp asleep then you hear it. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again and won't be recommending it. Not worth it especially after doing further research while I was there, there are quite a few better B&B's on Vitoria St.

Cold! Need to adjust heating so is on longer in winter.
Handy location in dyce, always been clean, self service breakfast meets my needs, handy enough for NHV
Room was freezing cold, temperatures were minus outside, radiator was set to zero but even when I turned it up it never warmed, seemed like the heating wasn’t on at all in building at the time of my arrival.

Disappointing; stay somewhere else.
I liked the location- it was very convenient for the P&J. It was also helpful to have shops nearby.
The guest house was completely unstaffed during my stay. Having travelled several hours in the car to get to the guesthouse, I’d missed an email sent that day with check in instructions. When I arrived, the road to the guesthouse was closed- there had been no mention of this at any point in the directions. It was dark, the front door was locked, no lights were on and I had to call the phone number taped to the door four times before I got a response. The owner directed me to the room keys over the phone. Rooms were okay, but heating didn’t kick in until late in the evening so until that point they were freezing! Also we’d booked two double rooms, but there was only one towel and one tiny hand towel per room, both brown, thin and bleach stained, which was pretty unimpressive. Wasn’t a fan of the wood lice in the bathroom either. Also while there were cereals in the breakfast room there was nothing else to eat in the morning- I was told there would be bread in the fridge but when we got there (at 6.30am) the fridge was devoid of anything edible that wasn’t marked “private”. So, no continental breakfast, just some old cereal. Never saw a staff member the whole time. Very disappointing.
