OK with basic facilities.

Staff very friendly and doing their best.

Don't expect any sort of luxury at this "4 star" hotel. The general state of the hotel reflects the steady decline of the whole country in the last 4-5 years. Changed room mid-week, as there were ants crawling all over the room and bed.

Very disappointing!!!! I will not come back.

The location was convenient. The pool and beach are ok and the staff was friendly and ready to help.

The hotel is outdated. Very dirty rooms. I have visited many hotels in more than 20 countries and I’m disappointed with the quality of cleanliness here. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, the carpet is filthy and was not vacuumed while we were there. The furniture is run down and outdated and there is not even a mini fridge or internet in the rooms. The restaurant is so busy due to most likely over booking… there is a queue for almost every food item until you give up waiting at one point….

It was clean. staff were very good and food was good. Location was good. You can go to sousse market for 10 dinar or just sit in the Yellow Hiace pick up vans and it costs 1.5 Dinar.

The food was great most of the time .. the receptionist was friendly and helpful .. the swimming pools are not bad .. the belly dancer was great ..the beach was nice ..

It needs maintenance and renovation.. so old furniture/hotel etc .. the stuff are so bad (the bartenders) they are so rude and always angry nd bad mannered. No internet in the rooms

No ATM on sight, had to sneak in to Mouradi Palace (next door) to obtain cash.

In fact, When I read the guest reviews before the booking, I decided I will not book in this hotel. Then, I changed my mind and decided to book due to the amount of money, and try one day. Even though the hotel were crowded due to the large number of guests, the staff were very helpful and very kind. I checked in and I went to my room and I found it clean and very nice, it is an excellent room with the price I have paid. Also the food is very good, all the meals were great and accessible to everyone you can choose what you want to eat. The beach and the services are great. In the end I would like to thank all the staff specially, "Hussein" in the main gate, the first one welcome me , and also help me. And thank all management of the hotel. I am happy to repeat booking for the next summer for a long time with my family. M Mousa

it could have been better

we enjoyed our stay when it comes to the beach and the variety of activities.

however the air conditioner system was not functioning. sometimes we were eating and literally dripping with sweat
