It's a very nice house in a very nice neighborhood that's close to downtown. That being said the house needs attention. The fridge says the filter hasn't been changed in over a year, the backdoor handle came off when we tried to go out on the patio, essentially preventing us from using the patio. The grill handle came off when we tried to use it. The washing machine didn't work. It just needs general maintenance.

Perfect living space areas with all bedrooms upstairs worked out great while visiting for a wedding. We were able to accommodate family dinners all with a sleeping baby. Comfortable and affordable

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in July for our niece/cousin's wedding. The house is beautiful and spacious, well appointed, clean and really a lovely place to stay. It's an easy walk to town, the scenery from the back deck and kitchen windows was spectacular, I just wish we had a longer time to stay!

Great house for easy walking distance to downtown, quiet and loads of room for toys downstairs.

Our family stay in Hood River for our son’s wedding, was enhanced by our stay in this lovely 4 bedroom house. It even has a carpeted lower level perfect for yoga! Spacious kitchen, nice dining room and living room. Lots of room to spread out. Back deck with BBQ worked well with view of Mt Adams. We highly recommend Lincoln House. It made our whole stay perfect. Easy walk into downtown Hood River as well

Lovely home close to downtown and a perfect venue for guests. TV situation poor however and several things not working like fireplace and grill.

Lincoln House
TV situation very poor. Not a fan of rabbit ears and Roku doesn’t work very well. Wi-Fi slow too.
Grill a mess not clean and unusable.
Toaster needs an upgrade.
Gas smell in house. I think it might be coming from fireplace which also doesn’t work.

Beautiful house. Very clear.
Entry difficult for older folks. Little or no view of river

Lovely home! Easy walk into town and comfortable beds!
Plus side. Clean, tidy and everything we needed. Did not use the BBQ, oven or laundry facilities.
FYI. Electrical socket in master bath does not work and is the only one in that bathroom.
Some of the towels smelled musty. 1 living room lamp needs new bulb.
Would stay again.
