We misplaced our door keys during weekend and called in for help. The staff answered the call and immediately responded to provide a spare key.
Person who delivered the spare key was pleasant and supportive.
The property was clean and there was no issues.
Thank you!!

It was a great place, easy to check in, and awesome location. The Only negative thing is that the living room needs more seating.

Hood River
Very good. As usual with rental properties, cheap appliances and kitchen utensils. No air conditioning would have been a huge problem if it were any hotter.

3 Star
Our stay was somewhat comfortable...this place was fairly clean with the exception of the carpeting and rug in the living room. Both had huge spots of dirt and we actually ended up rolling up the rug in the living room so that we didn't have to walk on it. I saw there was a review earlier last year regarding dirty carpets so that definitely needs attention. We had no internet or cable for the first couple of days and was spotty when we had it. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Nice condo
We were surprised when we arrived to find one of the bedrooms with a bathroom opens only into the back of the garage. If my daughters were younger this would have been a problem. It did work ok for us although one person felt a little separated. We also weren’t aware that there were two flights of stairs - one person in our group has mobility issues. So the description could be more accurate. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great central location, clean, well stocked with linens and towels. Thanks!

Great place to stay for a girls weekend. The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms made this the perfect stay. Close enough to town to walk, shop and enjoy some libations.

Things were not handled well
Without TV for 6 nights due to lack of coordination with office. Asked to look at other properties but no followup from office. Saw price of rental several hundred dollars less from online listings. Things are not as good as when I felt with Leslie and Libby.. I rent 15 days twice a year and we have people looking for other acceptable rental properties for late September early October.

We keep coming back to
We keep coming back to this property so things must be okay. The area rugs look very bad and should be replaced. We slipped and almost fell until we moved the rug in living area. The trash service and the rotation dates need to be more clear. The only way I could tell which container to put to the street was to see what can the other people put out. The next year or so We will have to rent some place else as the grade on the driveway is going to cause a serious injury due to the car door slamming into someone.

Nice/ Spacious
Loved the view from the deck; We had moring coffee with a view of Mt. Adams.
Every bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was nice. FYI: The 3rd bedroom is off the garage. Sounds odd, I know, but it was a nice room. Maybe for the in-laws?
The bed I slept in was hard; a mattress topper might be nice.
