3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath provides your party with all the amenities their hearts could desire. Described as the perfect beach house, this gem sleeps seven comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chair with a fold out twin. The master bath has dual sinks and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed also. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. Nestled between these two bedrooms is the second full bath with two sinks. The half bath is downstairs. There is a huge deck off the master bedroom which offers a bar with stools and a table with four chairs. The deck is also equipped with a propane fire pit with chairs to view the blue waters of the gulf. A private beach access is right out your back door and within a few steps, you are on the beach. This particular beach is one of the best places to surf in Pensacola or just relax. The beach house also offers a one car garage and ample parking for guests. Wireless internet and Direct TV are provided with an array of premium channels for your entertainment. A washer and dryer are waiting to keep the beach towels clean and dry. Everything needed for you and your friends to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.Three kayaks ,two surfboards ,two beachcruiser bikes ,and two paddle boards are there for your enjoyment.The address is 1682 calle bonita if you would like to GPS it to show exactly where it is and how close it is the the gulf.

My family and I were so excited about this townhome when we booked it. It seemed to have everything we could ever want or need already available. And for the most part, it did. Some of the garage amenities needed some work. For example one of the bikes had a flat time that would not air up, my husband tightened a chain on one of the bikes that was loose and several of the umbrellas were broken. We had to search for one that worked. And the provided propane can was empty. But it was great to have all the other stuff available. The house could use a good maintenance. The paint was chipping off of the ceiling in areas, the back porch could use a good cleaning and the floors need some work. We enjoyed the stay, but it definitely needs some work to be up to par with the amount we had to pay for the stay. I would expect it to be in better shape. The housekeeping left behind food in the fridge and we found clothes from previous people around the house in different places. I also felt the need to wash the towels before using them. They were wadded up in baskets when we arrived and I wasn’t convinced they were truly clean. With some maintenance updates and better focus on cleaning after renters, this would be a much better review!

Beautiful place to stay with everything we needed at the location. Check in and out is very easy. This is the same location we had our wedding at in 2021. We have stayed at this location 4 times now

We had an amazing time. We come to Pensacola every year for a large family vacation Each sibling rents a condo so this location is wonderful. We are all near each other & we all do one evening dinner. The condo was perfect walk to the beach & amenities galore made it easy to have fun. Pet friendly was a bonus but doesn’t have any smell of pet odor which was nice as well! Very clean.

The house was as advertised, and would have rated higher if things worked as they should. Hot water in master bath could not be shut off and dripped all night, the thermostat is waiting to be programmed and arbitrarily went to 55 degrees twice, and the slider to the beach access could not be opened or closed without adult help due to the poor shape of the rollers. I mentioned two of these to the owner, and he thanked me for the heads-up so hopefully the next guests will find the home more comfortable.

The host is an amazing guy! Unfortunately the cleaning service is not so good. Dirty stove refrigerator coffee dips down front of cabinet. Liquid spilled on front of recliner couch. Bathrooms ok. David you’re a wonderful host your location was fabulous. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time staying in this very quaint townhouse really enjoyed the ability to buy our groceries and cook our own food. saved a lot of money there and the convenience of the beach being right out the door was fantastic finally got to see the sunset over the ocean would absolutely stay again and the owner was wonderful at returning messages and being very informative. Also was surprised at how wonderfully set up this was from dishes to dish soap highly recommend

Overall we loved this little beach condo...with sand as close as the back porch! Excellent location for beach access (steps from the place as well as near a dog beach). The layout of the unit was great for the four of us (2 king size beds!) and the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit could use a little refreshing (paint etc.) and the owner was very willing and responsive to hearing feedback. We loved it!

We had an amazing time at the beach house, especially loved the beach access. It’s located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I felt comfortable walking my dog at night. The house was spacious for our family. Would definitely recommend this place for a beach getaway!

This is a well located condo just a short walk from the beach.The condo has three bedrooms and a nice open format on the main floor. I would have given 5 stars on cleanliness but there was mold on the shower curtains. This is an easy fix. All in all, my family enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Pros Location, you couldn’t ask for a better beach location Toys, such an added benefit Beds were decent Kitchen was adequately stocked Cons The house needs a good deep cleaning, baseboards and fans has layers of dust, walls are pretty marked up Black mold in the bathrooms (I’m sure this is common because of the humidity) Outdoor deck was too dirty to enjoy There are several poky plants on the back walkway to the beach, it’s easy to use the front Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

We loved being close to the beach, and having a garage full of beach equipment was great! We had a blast with the surf boards, paddle boards, and kayaks! David was also a great host and very responsive!

This was our second year in a row staying here at this beach house. It’s absolutely great for a family, it has everything you could possibly want. Short walk to the beach that wasn’t crowded, paddle boards, chairs, coolers, fishing equipment are all in the garage and a huge plus. The location is great and the owner is always fast to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We love everything about this place.. it’s just the perfect mix of beach bum and comfort. Just a short walk to the beach and we always leave happy and relaxed. We love that we can bring our Boston Terrier. We have stayed here before and we will request to stay here again!

The house is beach side and a short walk down an alley to the sands of the beach. House is nice and the stocked garage with items to use at the beach particularly stands out from any other place. Enjoyed our stay. Host is responsive and easy to work with.

Our short stay was just what we needed. While the dogs aren’t allowed at the beach right outside this property, the dog beach was only a mile down the road, so we were able to take them there for awhile and come back to enjoy some human beach time right in our backyard. The beach chairs and toys in the garage made it all the more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy beach getaway!

Our goal was for the guys to fish and our wives to hang out on the beach. We caught our first ever pompano surf fishing. We were able to to store all our items in the garage making it super convenient. Place was ideal for two couples. We had one dog with us. It was easy to go back and forth to check on dog, grab a sandwich and whatever we needed. This placed was everything advertised.

Great location. The unit needs a little work. The eyes on the stove don't fit and made it hard to cook. Kitchen is very small. The upstairs master bedroom floor needs work it was hard to close the door. The main bathroom upstairs had cracked tiles from the floor being uneven. There was daylight coming through the front door sni it was very cold we had to stuff paper to keep it warm. There was a little smell in the stair way. I believe the filters needed to be changed. The cleaning person could do a little better. We had a great time anyway.

Yes it's a 15 sec walk to the beach. Yes the beds are comfy. Yes there are alot of stuff to use in the water. That is it!! The carpet going up the stairs and in the bedrooms is probably 15 years old and looks horrible. There is a funky smell in the house and I think it's the carpet. We stayed there in Nov and it got down to the low 40s at night and the upstairs stays cold. Very little heat blows thru the vents. Normally it's hot upstairs and cold downstairs. This house is just the opposite. The tile around the bathtub is disgusting and you can peel the paint off the bathroom wall. I know you get what you pay for but the carpet is bad. The 1 couche in the living room are also very uncomfortable.
