Lovely hot tubs and nice facilities within the knapsack and cabana. The kitchen is well stocked in each cabin. I chose these cabins basically for the hot tubs and wasn't disappointed by them so that made my stay worthwhile.
1) Sleeping 6 in each cabin is a stretch, to the point of being misleading; they sleep 4 comfortably (with privacy); they can sleep 3 couples at a stretch. 2) The plumbing in the cabana is unacceptable. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and hums excessively loudly, rendering one of the rooms basically uninhabitable. 3) The pictures on the website seem to have some rooms from the main lodge mixed in with rooms from the cabins, which again is misleading. There aren't any pictures of the sofa beds so one may think the cabins sleep 6 on comfortable beds in separate rooms, so I feel misled by the selected pics.

The staff were helpful and quick with communications. The property great and off the road in a neighborhood. Excellent value and fully equipped apartment.
I had requested an accessible room as a wheelchair user and it was certainly not wheelchair accessible, but the staff was understanding of their mistaking in communication and apologised. It's an excellent property for able bodied guests.

The hot tub, free prosecco for each lodge, owners were nice and friendly
A little bit far from Bristol centre and airport, but nothing at fault with the cabins at all!

Bedrock Lodge was a perfect base for us to go to Badminton Horse Trials, it was clean, comfortable and had all the basics available to us. The hot tub was a huge bonus we will definitely return for next year
The only problem we had was the shower was cold might have been us not using correctly.

We stayed in the Knapsack, a lovely cabin with a hot tub, they thought about every detail, even a Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge.
Angie the owner is lovely ☺️
We definitely will come back!
Nothing, everything was perfect

Very spacious property with everything you would need for your stay, not to mention the luxury extras such as the hot tub and sauna. A very well equipped kitchen makes hosting so easy.
Being very picky but the floorboards within the property were very creaky, very noticeable when you are walking around

We stayed in The Knapsack. Lovely wooden Lodge with private hot tub. Very cosy. Lovely bottle of bubbly and fruit basket. Despite the negatives we would stay again, only in warmer weather!
We did think we were booking the main lodge but the main house is large and sleeps abou 20 people!
Bed was standard double, would have been nice to have a king size. It is a metal bed frame which creaked every time one of us moved and was too short for my partner who is tall, so not the best nights sleep. Lodge apparently sleeps 6 but 4 would have to share the one bedroom and 2 in the sitting area. Smoke alarm in the kitchen goes off when cooking. The radiator in the lounge didn't work and couldn't connect to the WiFi and no phone signal. Both radiator and wifi reported to the hosts but not fixed during our stay. Blankets were available to keep the chill off 🙂 shower room has no heating so a bit chilly too. We were told there is underfloor heating but we couldn't get it to work.

It was more like DIY thing. It was different from how other hotels does theirs. The pandemic could have, but I think I like the idea. Though its was hard at first to get by ‘cos we had to contact the owner as there were no standby staff attending to us but after request on phone, she will then ask is to treat ourselves.
The fact that we couldn’t able to use the Sautana in the evening/night that we plan at the same day we had other people using it.
Everyone wants to be careful and keep safe.

Owner answered any advance queries very quickly. Self check in and out was seamless. On arrival a bottle of prosecco and bottled waters were left in the fridge, chocolates provided along with Tassimo pods for the coffee machine. Large front room area with small fully equipped kitchen, private garden with decking and outdoor furniture and a large hot tub. I wasn’t 100% sure from the description what I was booking apart from there being 2 bedrooms, one with bunks for the kids and a sofa bed. Surpassed expectations on arrival, the kids were so excited by the place and it was in a nice quiet area. They seemed to know what we may have needed before we did!
Nothing.

Hot tub was amazing, great private outdoor area. Everything you could need was supplied, even prosecco and strawberries. Coffee machine was a lovely addition. Didn't use the BBQ, but the fact it was an option was great. Robes were another very useful perk. Plenty of parking available. Would definitely go again.
Wasn't stated on the booking we were staying at the Cabana house, rather than the bedrock lodge. Bunk bed didn't look safe enough to hold an adult, so two ended up sleeping on the floor.

Easy to get to. Very easy to get from location to work. Nice building. Complimentary bottles of water and cartons of apple juice and orange juice.
Shower downstairs took ages to heat up, the toilet in the rest room was very small, the sink in the shower room took ages to drain.

Location of the property , cosy cabin feel and of course the hot tub!
Was bloody freezing only under floor heating and log fire with only a few twigs for fuel!
