Very modern clean and all facilities very accessible. It was a very quiet and peaceful location. The evening supper I had of sea bass and avocado salad was freshly prepared and really tasty.
4.0
Centrally located which is useful for work purposes and finding somewhere for dinner in the evening
Badly laid out room. Basics like plug points in unhelpful, inacessible places. The only plug point by a mirror is obstructed by a ledge so you can’t actually fit the plug to it. Incredibly noisy courtyard, and a loud extractor fan/garbage lorry type sound continuous from 5.30am to 6.30am. Rooms are very warm and windows barely open.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Right in the centre, though very difficult to get to by car and no parking available around at all.
For £156 per night I would expect no limescale on the shower screen and not leaking shower hose.
Also when I arrived I had to wait for about 15 minutes for a receptionist to come to the desk and check me in.

Definitely tucked away but really nice the room I stayed in did have a small hole in the wall other than that it was really nice.
It’s tucked away could use better signage at first I didn’t think I was at the right place.

Great location
Very noisy overnight not the hotels fault but as it was so warm we had to have window open and were kept awake by a delightful lady singing tunes from the lion king in the alley most of the nights it was not a west end performance!

location is good
Room was hot, bed was not comfortable. I was told by two staff members that I would have to pay for breakfast. My breakfast was included - I had to check my email to confirm this. Overall felt awkward at this guesthouse.

The room was perfect. Felt like a modern country B&B- cosy and comfortable. Although right in the centre there was no noise issues at all. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We didn't have breakfast but it looked and smelled wonderful.
Nothing - exceeded expectations.

Ideal central location for going to the Hippodrome & exploring the harbour. Enjoyed the quirky Rocket caravan on the roof! Very helpful friendly staff. Easy parking nearby with reduced rates given by the guest house.
We could leave our luggage there for the day while we explored the city.

Immaculate, very central, superb breakfast. Room I had this time a bit noisy over looking Revolution pub opposite did nt bother me but some might find sleep difficult if you had an early morning. I don’t see it as a problem as it is central Bristol on a Saturday night so I liked the vibe, but I know there are quieter rooms
Nothing have stayed before and would stay again

Such a lovely guesthouse. Rooms are lovely and the communal area is nice too.

It’s just off the market and bars, so it’s loud

Very unique, warm, cozy, perfect for city centre would defiantly stay again
Very minimal downsides, something on the curtains which had leaked down onto the sofa, but everything else absolutely perfect

Es Agradable para una estancia corta.
Es una residencia convertida en centro de alojamiento, por lo cual no es tan fácil de encontrar. Nuestro Uber no pudo encontrarlo y tuvimos que caminar mucho para dar con la propiedad.

Very accommodating, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the old centre in the covered markets. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Great, clean and quiet room. Outstanding value for money. This will be my go to place in Bristol.

Really convenient for Bristol airport. Comfortable room. Just right for an overnight stay after a late evening flight arrival.
The walk from the airport to the accommodation. Not recommended in the dark. There is no footpath nor lighting and vehicles passed by at speed and very close.

Nice rooms and good proximity to venues in town.
The rooms were far too warm so had the windows open, but this meant we could hear what sounded like a night club smoking area until 3am. To make it worse, there was also a lot of noise and talking in the courtyard from dawn onwards.

Location. Breakfast was lovely and served to order
Couldn't turn central heating off, so the room was very hot. Staff didn't know how to work when asked, so I had to open windows which made for a noisy night

It's a convenient location in central Bristol beside the St. Nicholas market with many places to eat nearby.
The room was was nice with a kettle, TV and modern toilet/shower facilities. There are also some power sockets close to the bed.
Despite the convenient location the hotel is close to a lot of nightlife. For example, my room overlooked the outdoor area of the Slug & Lettuce - which is open until 2am on Saturday nights. If you're not visiting for the nightlife then do not expect a restful night's sleep!
Some things in the room need to be fixed: descale the kettle, remote control is falling apart, BBC1 isn't accessible on the TV, power sockets are coming loose from the wall & far too many cushions/pillows on the bed.
The room numbering system is weird. Rooms are not indexed by their floor number so, for example, room 16 is on floor 2.

Location was good. Noise not too much of a problem. Easy to get to from station and check in was easy. Honesty bar is nice touch.
Room was very small and in need of a little TLC. Not dirty, just a bit worn. It was also very hot and the window only opened a small amount.

great location. friendly staff. facilities clean. lovely little courtyard.
we stayed in one of the caravans on the roof and found it to be comfortable and cosy.
no outdoor seating on the roof.

Central location, room was relatively comfortable, breakfast was nice
No parking nearby. Hotel recommended nearby garages but they were all closed (one had been closed for a month and the front desk had no idea). Tried to call to get information about other parking options but there was no answer at the front desk.
Room was cute but a bit tired and didn’t seem throughly vacuumed. Bedside lamps were left unplugged. Courtyard room was very noisy until late at night.
