Location fab
Room 212 outdated, old and tired furniture and carpets which were dirty.
Breakfast was awful. Arrived to be told that there we no more seats and we had to wait in the bar. Cooked breakfast oily and limited. Waited 15 mins for pastries and at no point did any explain that we could order items. We only found this out when we witnessed another customer doing so.

A bit tired , bedding not crisp

Location and nice as it was free parking
Outdated raggedy towels, well used sofa, stains on carpet and bed, outdated bathroom. Found random hairs in the bed. Overall needs refurbishment and deep cleaning.

The location is right next to the Cabot Shopping Center, walk across the streets to shops and restaurants. The hotel a jazz club in the lower area, nice music and a chill place to relax after a days work.

Nice looking hotel
The room was not upto expectations cleanliness
Shower plug was blocked shower tray water was at the top
When I took the plug top off it was full of hair and I mean I pulled a massive clump out which is absolutely disgusting.. the room as well as corridor outside smelt of egg.. which the receptionist also noticed when I took him to my room to show him the shower..
Bed linen wasn’t ironed it was all creased pillows were just thrown on bed which straight away made me think the bed hadn’t been changed

Low cost parking and breakfast. The staff was also nice.
Lots of homeless people around the hotel. My room was above where the homeless people stayed. They were loud. Also there were teenagers running up and down the hotel corridor all night long. Managed to sleep on and off two hrs.

The hotel was in a great location, right on the main street. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The beds were also very comfortable.
They have taken very good angled photos, the rooms and hotel are not as modern as they appear online. Rooms, hallways and reception are very dated, old dull decor. The room was tidy but not clean, dust everywhere and the bathroom smelled like damp. The shower curtain in particular was very dirty and had never been cleaned. For the money we paid for the room we would have expected something a little more modern and cleaner. The room door also didnt close properly unless pushed very hard which was a big security issue being two women travelling alone.

The location is great and the discount on parking is probably the best you can get in Bristol. The beds are big and it is enough for a family of 4. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful
It’s quite expensive for what it is. One staff member on check in blankly refused to help if any of the bedding was feather as she said if I didn’t request on the booking it was too bad and housekeeping have gone home. It was early evening so I’m not really certain that was true. Luckily when we went up to the room it was fine and I could switch some pillows around. I am actually allergic and it would trigger an asthma attack and so I thought this quite insensitive and was surprised as most hotels are always very accommodating.
Breakfast was also pricy and a shame to get a packet (instant) porridge when you’re paying that much for it.

Receptionist so helpful giving info about buses

Location and parking and 3 course set menu Meal was very nice and good value.
Bed was so uncomfortable due to Being so soft and felt like being on a water bed so moved about all over the place and not a good nights sleep at all on both nights Stupid light switch set up which meant it was either all lights on on none. Couldn’t switch on bed side lights independently for reading etc or just to have a light on in the back ground. Can’t understand why they were wired up in this way.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.
The housekeeping staff were very thorough.
The location was convenient - easy to walk the neighbourhood as well as drive around the city.
The breakfast was good and plentiful.
The breakfast room was a bit cooler than I would have preferred.
There was a conference going on in the hotel - their Conference Room is located at the top of the hotel. The speakers of the Conference were SO LOUD that we could hear them 4 floors down!!! They finally shut down at 11pm! When we commented to the reception - they simply shrugged and said "Really - we didn't hear anything"
It didn't seem logical that the notification for a non-slip bathmat be "in" the bathtub. I believe this should have been posted in the bathroom so that people could call down for one BEFORE stepping into the shower/bath.
The was no sign indicating the Future Inn - when you are driving, you generally don't look at the top of buildings but rather for something more street level.
They should have a pre-made detailed direction sheet for the parking lot. The boy at the desk gave us an ad hoc drawing of the how to get there..... not exactly accurate.....

Loved how close it was to everything
Small things like the old carpets and a lick of paint in areas and it could have been a 5 star experience

Nil, everything was perfect

Well situated, polite and friendly staff
Quality of amenities, bedsheets, pillows, low shower pressure.
5.0 / 10.0
Good location to city centre and car park
Even though displayed Do not disturb sign on door, was awoken by house keeping, 3.5 hours before checkout.
The carpet in the room was damaged and presented a trip hazard
Reception didn’t seem that bothered about our experience.
Also a shame about the parking now not being included and the ULEZ charge for just using the carpark on the edge of the city.

Free parking in nextfoors multistory
a very sullen receptionist could hardly look us in the eye and tried to make us pay for 3 rooms. She did not apologise for her mistake even after she found that another couple who had the same name had also booked a room that day . It got us off to a bad start in front of our friends who we had booked for and we had recommended this hotel especially. We will book here again but tell your staff to be courteous and understanding, and to smile 😃

The staff and the hotel in general
Bit of a missnomer to I didn't like but the chicken burger that we both had for dinner the one night was far too big even though I have a large appetite. I left one third of the chicken and two thirds of the chips

Breakfast was really delicious and a great variety.
Room lovely and clean.HUGE bed.
Lots of room.
Kettle tea and coffee and biscuits.
Really nice toiletries and nail kit which came in very handy.
All staff really helpful and friendly.
Very close to Cabot and hippodrome.
Would definitely come back!
Parking is NOT FREE!
This advert stated free parking amd came up when criteria specified this.
To park at Cabot was £9 overnight and we could pay extra if we wanted stay longer than 1pm the next day.
I am really disappointed as I chose this for the free parking as the room cost £99 for the night and breakfast £15 pp.
It is not clear how the parking works.
