About this apartment rental
Modern apartment on the first floor of a building 200m from Santa Barbara Castle, 300m from the Market and Bullring, 500m from the Historic Center. Ideal location to visit the city of Alicante on foot during the day (shopping, culture, history ...) and night (bars and restaurants). Just 10/15 minutes walk, we can enjoy the Port of Alicante and Playa del Postiguet. At 300m there are good connections to the Airport (bus, line C6) and the TRAM, to visit different places on the coast (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...). In the streets around the building, parking is free, availability according to schedules.
The apartment has a sunny balcony with stools, to relax with a glass of wine. It consists of a romantic style bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 with high quality mattress and a bathroom with Italian shower. We had a wonderful time in Jessy's apartment. It is compact , but very well furnished, modern, clean and fully equipped.

Thank you Jessy for such an amazing hosting. The apartment is prettier than showed in the pictures. It’s compact, beautifully furnished and absolutely clean. Cleanliness was a 100 out of 10. Not even hotels were sometimes so clean.
The location of the apartment is perfect, so you won’t need a car or any transportation vehicles.
Host Jessy, was always kind, helpful and gave me so many ideas where to go and how I can have a great time in Alicante.
Unfortunately my husband couldn’t join this trip. Next time I’ll book this apartment with him too.

A wonderful modern apartment within walking distance to everything. Jessy was helpful and considerate with all communication. I highly recommend one staying here while in Alicante.

We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold.
Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.

The stay in Alicante was great.
Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room.
the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby.
I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Alicante.

The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again!

Bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé
L'appartement correspond aux photos de l'annonce. Il a été rénové avec goût et avec des matériaux haut de gamme. Il est bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Jessy nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles pour notre séjour. Un seul bémol : la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui laisse entrer chaleur et lumière dans l'appartement où nous avons séjourné en juillet.
Pour le reste, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Cozy apartment
The apartment is totally well thought out! From the milk frother to the dishwasher and the washing machine, which could also be used as a dryer, to collection boxes for our dirty laundry and storage space for our suitcases, we hardly missed anything. Even on the rainy days that we unfortunately had, we didn't get bored with the board games. Everything is very modern and lovingly designed down to the last detail. Jessy was always available for questions, gave us great tips and was super reliable and friendly.

We enjoyed a lovely week, a great apartment. It was big enough with everything that needed to be. Is kitchen that has everything, dishwasher and washing machine. large stove. Really clean apartment. And a wonderful host. Who is willing to help. If you want information about the city and shopping opportunities. We would recommend the place and would love to come again.

I had an excellent time in Alicante. This is partly thanks to Jesse and his beautiful apartment. Jesse is a very friendly and obliging man. He spontaneously comes up with tips where you can shop and eat. The apartment is ideally located, close to the center, beach and other attractions. Everything within walking distance, in Alicante and in the neighborhood itself there is a safe atmosphere both during the day and at night. Overall it's a great place to stay. My compliments.

Son appartement est très confortable, d’une propreté remarquable et très bien situé (5 minutes du Grand Mercado et de l’arrêt du tramway. La plage est facilement accessible à pied et rapidement). Appartement très confortable, fonctionnel et bien situé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jessy, qui a un vrai sens de l'accueil et avec qui la communication est fluide. L'appartement est moderne, très fonctionnel, tout confort et très bien équipé, avec climatisation, douche à l'italienne, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, et même un fer à repasser ! Il ne manque rien. Le lit aussi est confortable. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10min à pieds du centre-ville et de la vieille ville avec les bar à tapas, restaurants etc. et 5min du marché central et de l'arrêt de tram. Merci Jessy, nous reviendrons !

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Which we had booked from the 10th of february to the 31 of march. Jessy the host who lives in the same building was very helpsom. Supermarket was just few minutes away, 10 minutes to city senter with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately we had to leave 11days earlier because of the Coronavirus. Then again Jessy had to help us by printing our new tickets and booked a taxi for us. We are very grateful for his generosity. But anyway we are sure that we are coming back, we liked it in Alicante. Really friendly
We loved the location of this, in a quiet residential area but easy walk into town and beach. Although fairly small, the apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Jessy made the check in process really easy and we were made to feel welcome all the time. Thanks so much!
