We are located on the Hillside with beautiful 180-degree views overlooking the Beach and the ongoing coastline. Mismaloya is also the gateway to reach the fantastic oceanfront villages accessible only by boat, within 20, 30, or 60 minutes from this beautiful Beach, like, Las Animas, Quimixto, Yelapa, and many more, with their beaches and thatched-roof huts rivers, and waterfalls, the Vallarta zoo just 10 minutes by car, it really is the best part of Puerto Vallarta and you will never forget these adventures.

The second bedroom features 2 double beds, a/c, a complete bathroom, a ceiling fan, and a closet. Stunning views of Mismaloya bay and beach from the outside wet bar and bbq area. Dining and living room area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace overlooking Mismaloya beach and bay. This Villa overlooks the great common area swimming pool which is a very comfortable large pool with an aqua bar outside shaded bar area and a separate BBQ shaded area if you choose to enjoy your own private BBQ lunch or dinner.
