Exceptional

Great location, just a quick 5 minute walk from the city center! Host was very responsive and left a nice welcome treat with wine. Very spacious apartment 2br/2ba, very clean and comfortable beds.

great location, clean, big apartment, near the sea

the property was in a great location to the old town. short walk. was a view of the sea, was clean comfortable and good size. owner had left us a bottle of wine which was a nice welcome gift.

parking wasn’t the easiest as it’s first come first serve. unfortunately the building next door was being demolished and builders started at 7 am. not the owners fault though. three flights of stairs if you have mobility or accessibility issues

Spacious apartment, walking distance to main part of town. Host was very accommodating. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room

Fantastic, we loved our stay

The apartment was very well located. Walking distance to everything. Had a nice view of the sea. It was large enough for a family. The interior of the apartment was newly renovated and extremely clean. The apartment was very well stocked with lots of extras and had a good kitchen. The owner was accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. It was an excellent stay.

Lovely flat , comfortable ,well equipped and good location.

The flat was clean, modern , well equipped and very nicely decorated . The beds were extremely comfortable . The location was excellent , close to the old town , all attractions within walking distance. There is a well stocked shop below the apartment for everything you could need. There were two lovely bar/restaurants directly across the road if you didn’t feel like wandering far.

There was a side sea view from the balcony which was lovely , however the view directly across from the flat was not so nice , an empty graffitied building, the entrance to the apartment block also not so nice . We also weren’t prepared for how many flights of stairs up to the flat. We had a couple of issues during our stay- 1. a complete power outage , it took us some considerable time to get in touch with the flat owner. 2.The residents above were renovating their flat , there was considerable noise, drilling, hammering etc sometimes starting at 8am and carrying on till after 6pm at night ! It would also have been helpful if there was an oven .

Overall nice spacious apartment with a great location.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance of the apartment. The rooms were spacious. There were 2 bathrooms available.

The hot water ran out fairly quickly, granted we had a family of 4 in this apartment. Carrying large heavy luggage could be a problem as there are no elevators and 3 flights of stairs. No air conditioning in 1 of the 2 bedrooms.

perfect location, minutes walk from old town, promenade and the beach. a supermarket u def the apartment for essentials.

there is a dingy car park with graffiti but it doesn’t take away from the quality of the apartment.

Beautiful clean appartament in a great location.

The apartment is in a great location. An easy walk to the old town with sea views. It’s also right above a decent supermarket, so you can easily buy food if you wanted to eat in. Very amenable host and very pretty and clean apartment

The property is up quite a few flights of stairs and I don’t believe there is a lift. This wasn’t a problem for our family but just worth noting if someone in your party is less able bodied

Fab location - great decor / amenities.

Beautiful apartment and great service from the owners. I’ve stayed in several private apartments in Split - this one is easily the best mix of price to quality and by far the best location for easy access to the old town and best restaurants.

Would benefit from a lift, but fortunately stairs are an easy incline and not too taxing.

A perfect stay within walking distance everywhere

Exceptionally clean and cozy apartment, equipped with everything you might need on a trip. Great location within walking distance to the ferry port, city center, and beaches. Grocery store around the corner. Kind and helpful host.

Apartman was very clean. It is close to some beach and old town. Host is very friendly. We got a wine and home made liqueur as a gift. That was a good gesture.

Beautiful, well located apartment

Really nice apartment in a building close to the Riva. Everything was clean and nice. Recommended

Not a complaint but more of an FYI. It's a walkup - so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and prompt. We enjoyed the good location as it was walking distance to the center and boating activities.

Exceptional

The location was absolutely fabulous and the apartment itself was fitted out with high specification bathroom fittings and it was absolutely spotless! The hosts were also very kind. The apartment had a supermarket just downstairs and is a hop, skip and a jump from the main part of town. There are bars and restaurants literally over the road and it’s an easy, level walk into town.

Nothing to dislike. It wouldn’t suit someone with mobility problems as it’s on the third floor with no lift.
