Posizione Ottima ma molto buia

posizione molto comoda e bagno nuovo

ricavata probabilmente da locale di sgombero, è molto buia. La camera da letto di fatto non ha finestra, aprendola ne trovi un' altra. Il bagno è cieco. Dalle foto sembrava molto meglio. Letto in camera molto basso e mollo

Got what we paid for

Liked that it was a gated apartment building so felt safe in that regard. The bathroom was very nice and toiletries were provided. It is a 20 minute walk to the Duomo and lots of restaurants and super markets near by.

The apartment was very noisy as it is next to a road and whoever lives in the flat directly above’s preferred shower time is midnight which was extremely loud above the bedroom. The bed wasn’t very comfy and is extremely low.

Schönes Apartement und ein noch schöneres Milano! Super Lage!

Super Lage und unkomplizierter Check-in/Out. Eine super Ausstattung und alles sauber. Direkter WhatsApp Kontakt zum Vermieter, mit schnellen Antworten, falls Probleme waren oder man einfach nur Hilfe oder Tipps benötigt hat um Mailand zu erkundigen. Gerne wieder!

Es hat alles gepasst.

Einfach zu buchen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter über whatsapp war problemlos. Alles notwendige für eine Kurzurlaub war in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Für das Regenwetter kann der Vermiete nichts. Für den Preis haben wir keine Luxuswohnung erwartet.

Great location and comfortable bed

The location was amazing, only 2 metro stops from the Duomo. The property manager was wonderful as well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

The only negative about this property is the noise from the street (cars and trash pickup) but earplugs were provided upon arrival.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable

The apartment is near where all my meetings were being held; very convenient! Located in area with excellent Metro, bus and tram service. Lovely old cobblestone courtyard and excellent security.

Street noise late at night. Apartment bedroom adjacent to frequently-used pedestrian walkway, and vehicle shortcut. Noise subsides after midnight, resumes in morning.

The ideal accomadation for exploring Milan

Location was amazing, right beside the metro on a relatively safe street, the beds were super comfy and the staff were absolutely excellent and extremely helpful!!

It was a great base for a couple of days.

The property was well equipped for a short stay. We arrived late and directions on how to locate the keys and entering the property were very easy to follow. It literally is a 4 minute walk from the metro so easily accessible.

Very good location. 2-3 minutes walk far to the subway. You can easily go to the old city center or other locations.

Quite good, but not very quiet

Clean, fairly spacious for two people, well equipped. Having a washing machine was convenient. Location was fine, especially for those who don’t mind a bit of walking: metro and small supermarket less than 400 meters, Duomo within 15/20 minutes’ walk, Castello Sforzesco just a few minutes more.

The apartment is a bit dark, especially in the bedroom. Just outside the bedroom (which is on the ground floor), there is a street that is not super busy. However, right by the bedroom window there is a sort of sewer manhole which makes a lot of noise each time a vehicle drives over. Not a problem for me, but only because I had earplugs.

Wonderful

Excellent facilities, everything you could need for a budget stay and more was provided. Walking distance from all main attractions, and if you don't feel like it, the subway is very close and the trams take you anywhere. Much greater value for money than the alternatives closer to the tourist buzz.

The repurposed bedroom, roadside, had insufficient noise insulation. Ear plugs were provided and did wonders, apart from missing the alarm :) The place seemed somewhat dark and poorly ventilated compared to a proper apartment, but it didn't bother us.

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment is creatively designed and in a fantastic location in Milan. It was very easy to find great restaurants, and shopping. It's also super close to the metro. The hosts are excellent.

The only feedback is that it can be a bit loud in the morning because of the proximity to the road. I use ear plugs when I travel so it did not bother me. Also, it's a bit dark in the apartment because it is on the ground floor. Either way I highly recommend the apartment.

The location was great and communication with the managers was excellent. The apartment was homey and nicely decorated with modern conveniences.

We are not used to city noise and hearing garbage trucks at 6 am was unpleasant but the apartment itself was lovely and had many conveniences.

Well designed and equipped space, good location

The space was cleaner than most other places I’ve seen in Milan. I had good internet and coffee and also the staff was friendly.

Nice apartment with great location

Friendly and supportive hosts (in particular, Alessandro contacted me via WhatsApp and assisted my arrival). Great location (10 minutes to subway, 20 minutes to Milan Cathedral; 24-hours grocery store and lots of cafes/restaurants and bakeries nearby). Clean and modern apartment in a good housing complex. Nice cinema room in the basement:)

Sometimes it can be noisy (from the street) at night.
