There was no breakfast, I buy my own breakfast, but we all love the room because it has a full kitchen to cook that was the best part and the laundry room too.
The last day of our trip the was no light in our room

They did not serve breakfast.
The hotel was dated and the location was not what I thought it would be.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very quiet at night and hotel was secure with keycard.
The chair in our room was dirty, the room could use some remodeling. Parking was a block away with pay to park.

I liked the view of the city, and the location. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable.
When we first arrived, the room we were given had a broken fan vent and made an obnoxiously loud noise. We had to ask for a different room so we could sleep. The elevator inspection was expired and it was dirty. The automatic door to enter the hotel, was broken and we had to pry it to get in and out.

The room was clean.
The staff was not knowledgeable regarding anything especially parking. I had called before my stay to ask about parking facilities and was told it was directly behind the hotel. When I got there a different staff member told me it was behind the hotel and up the street but could not give me directions. After driving in circles for quite awhile finally another staff member gave us an address to the parking deck the hotel uses which is two blocks from the hotel. Many of the outlets and light switches in the room did not work at all making getting ready difficult. The hot water was a joke. You have to let the water run for 10 minutes to let it warm up just to shower. The elevator at one point just was not working at all and at another point once it started working again it smelled so heavily of urine that we had to get off. It was also not as close to the harbor as it seemed to be listed as. We spoke with many other guests there during our stay who had the same issues. Will not be staying there ever again. I could have gotten a nicer hotel closer to the harbor for less money than this place charged me to stay in a room with no working outlets.

Location to the Inner Harbor
8.0
My apartment was on one of the higher floors, with windows to the east and south. It wasn't too small or too spacious as for 1 person. It had a really big comfy bed, and a well-planned bathroom and kitchen, fully equipped. It was also very clean. The TV and WiFi worked spot on.
The staff were very nice and friendly. There was also triple door and a card reader for security reasons to enter the building. The downtown location is somewhat nice, but you need to walk a bit to the WTC and Inner Harbor, and some food places on the way. There is a well-supplied Street Market to the north, 5 minutes from the hotel, though.
PS. I really recommend the Museum of Industry, but you might want to get an Uber to get there.
Compared to the pristinely cleaned apartment inside, the windows were very dirty.
Although there were many families and children close to Inner Harbor, it did not feel safe/comfortable around the hotel's area, especially in the evening.

It has a perfect location, the staff is always there to help.

I liked that the suites were ACTUALLY suites, and not just long rooms. The mini kitchen was great with cookware and plates/utensils! I also liked the free laundry.
The floors are all laminate, which is not as comfortable as carpet. Also our dishwasher was not working and full of molding water. Not that much of an inconvenience because they had good dish towels and soap to hand-wash, which I prefer. Also it would be nice to have another chair- there was a 3- person pull out couch and a rolling business chair, but not another chair. The laundry wasn’t all working, and could use some maintenance.

Reception staff was very friendly.
Parking across the street and then a 5 minutes walk through a park that was not well lit to get back to the hotel. Safety issues.

Not a great neighborhood , no onsite parking , walls in hotel room were dirty

The location was very close the arena to watch the AEW wrestling show that we were in the area for. Plus the kitchen was so nice that way I could cook meals and save money. The room was clean and quiet.
My only problem is that there's no parking provided by the hotel so you have to pay for a garage. It'd be nice if the hotel had some kind of discount or coupon to be used at the 2 garages near it.

The room was fine.
The flooring was sinking in through the hallway entering into the room and the kitchen area. It felt like I could fall through. Thankfully we were only there 1 night. I believe it maybe rotten floor boards under the tile. I did speak to the front desk about this. We plan to stay there again in August. I hope the new room's flooring not like that room # 1217. And the scary part it was a handicap room.

The staff was nice. Lobby was clean. Location was convenient.
It was too hot in there, the water was extremely hot. The floor I stayed on smelt like it haven’t been cleaned in days.

The building is beautiful and the lighting creates and elegant atmosphere in the lobby. I love the fitness room! They even have a laundry room available to guest. If you need to wash I suggest bringing your own detergent but the have some available for 5 bucks you can get a 6 load bottle of gain. The rooms have a kitchen with a stove and dishes available in the room. One of my favorite parts was the shower! I mean the fact they had dove body wash was the cherry on top because most hotel soaps aren’t good for my skin. My absolute favorite part was the bed it was extremely comfortable it felt like a cloud. I will definitely be returning to this location to try out there loft suite it’s not listed on the website so you have to call or come in to book it but I hear it’s two floors and has a spiral staircase!!! Alright now get over there and see what I’m talking about!!

I did like that the kitchen was fully stocked and that it had a full-size refrigerator . The beds were nice and comfortable
The parking situation was horrible. We had to park in a parking garage that was a block away which is not bad if you can unload your stuff in front of the hotel but you can't because people are parked in the spaces that are ment for paying customers. To have to lug all your luggage along with a infant child and everything you need is really inconvenient and not safe. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday so the parking fee was not bad but it looks like any other time parking cost about 26 overnight which they don't tell you when booking the room. Also for the cost and they type of hotel you would expect they would offer a continental breakfast but they don't. All in all my stay was good and the staff was nice but my next stay I will definitely book a hotel that offers parking and a breakfast.

I liked that they had a lot to offer, even though I didn’t get to use the other amenities.
there was t anything I disliked about the property

Closeness to the inner harbor.
Bright streetlight right outside room/bed window and no curtains. Advertised hotel parking, but only parking garage available that was an additional overnight cost. Hotel security guard got in a shouting match with another customer during check-in. Room service stunk up our room with cigarette smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel.

I liked the whole thing. They were funny 🤣🤣 and nice.
