Nice 👍🏾 in very clean
House keeper ignore the (do not disturb sign)when clearly it was located outside the room door knob.. she let herself in invading my privacy..I report the issue to the front desk… they greatly apologize on behalf of the staff who worked on that floor that day…

Both the room and staff were lovely.
The indoor pool was disappointing. The water was foggy with what appeared to be a layer of oil floating on the top,

Location was great for what we needed for our stay
Our room was a mile long walk front the elevator which the hotel was pretty empty did not understand why it got the car garage view out the window like clearly the rooms we are empty could of at least give a harbor view sense we had to walk a mile to get to our room

The front desk lady Keysha was AMAZING. She literally had another agent at the front and made me feel like she wanted us to deal with her. She treated us like it was her hotel completely awesome so sweet so welcoming it was insane. She is your brand and really makes your customers feel like they made a great choice. Because of her you’ll definitely see me again and I’ll recommend to other people. She is the real deal.

Taylan, from the concierge was dynamic and provided me with an excellent room update due to issues when I arrived at the hotel on 06.13.24. She truly needs to get credit for this as again she was great.

Good location close to the inner harbor. I attended a conference (5th floor) that was well organized with good food options for vegans.
The most basic elements of customer service were not practiced. They NEVER answer any messages, it is virtually impossible to talk to the front desk - and if you do reach them, they make you promises that they cannot keep. They do not respect even the simplest of customer requests. I had to spend 10+ minutes insisting that they provide me with a real invoice (not just a statement of "$0"). Three staff members told me that it's impossible to print out an invoice. The fourth one finally printed one out.

Leaving.
The room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The side of the beds was scuffed. There was a blood stain on the sheets. The staff over charged me. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The location was great and overall clean
The room location was awful, I was in the conference hall area but not there for a conference and my window faced the conference centre and not the outdoor. I had no natural light. Missing towels and upon request took long to arrive, next day missing towels again. Coffee pods were not replaced. A few staff were not friendly and others were really friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty and hot tub broken

The front desk staff Dayshawn was Great! The bell staff Derrick was super friendly, professional and helpful! Everyone including the Security Staff that we met were very friendly and helpful! It was a breath of fresh air to experience this kind of service!
Maybe a lunch menu for the Watertable restaurant.

The breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and everything was fresh. Super convenient to the Baltimore Soundstage. Has its own parking garage.
Nothing? We were only there overnight and everything was pretty great!

We got dinner delivered, that was great. All of the staff was great and very helpful.
The place is hugh.my husband has trouble walking. He didn't know he could use an elevator to get from one floor of the parking garage to another. There were a lot of people in the hallway with little kids late in the evening that were loud.

The property had a great location, for the most part was clean. Included a breakfast and bar on premises.
Property did not want to honor my booking reservation made me wait in line 30 minutes to contact Booking.com. Then eventually excepted my reservation. Management was not helpful or courteous.
Continental breakfast included although I had to argue to get it even though during my booking, it said it was included.
We also booked this location because I’ve had an indoor pool so the kids could access downtime. However the pool was not heated in the month of December and other guests were also disappointed. The hot tub was not in working order and had been closed off for sometime. Therefore, it should’ve never been in the description of the hotel. Were roaches all in the pool area.

Excessive ball rooms size, plenty of space to maneuver was a plus....
The amount of money you spend on room it should be complimentary....aswell as wifi.....

Liked the room and staff were friendly. No real complaints and I was there for about 2 days to enjoy the inner harbor
Could use maybe a microwave or refrigerator for food

The front desk staff were exceptional.
The room, while updated and clean, was not as clean as I would have expected. Dust in the vents, scuffs on the walls, etc..

From the moment I approached the front desk "Zye" (registrar) was on point! The front desk staff was amazing! They all were so friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was visiting family! I was given unexpected complimentary breakfast coupons. The room was well appointed, clean and stocked with my extras. Upon my check-out and departure, the staff (Angelo) was still attentive to ensure I was safe and had proper travel arrangements. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Chef's kiss to the GM and the entire staff! My rating is based on how the establishment me feel. It was great experience!
My stay was too short!

Perfect location, clean.
Parking was confusing, hard to find spots in garage. Our room was right by the pool which made for a lot of noise and traffic.

Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived.

Wait staff in the restaurant was friendly. The place appeared clean and location was good for my planned activity.
Upon arrival, went to the line for Bonvoy Elite check-in, was told only one line, I mentioned that isn't what the sign says & response was "It's just a sign." Isn't the point of signs to point you in the right direction? Wouldn't call check-in staff friendly. That night I got out of the shower there was a huge ROACH. Tried to write it off that I was in a big city but they continued to not meet my expectations. I trapped it under the trash can & maid service cleaned up next day but I was paranoid for the rest of my trip. Breakfast was fine but really expensive for a buffet. Again, I tried to write it off as just being in a big city where everything is overpriced. The pool was FREEZING. Not sure the temperature but it had to be below 70 degrees. Hot tub was out of order, wrapped up in tarping that looked like it had been there awhile and wasn't planned to be fixed any time soon. All this... I get home to find out they have billed me for the room even though I had already paid on Bookings.com. When I called to get this fixed the woman seemed to be put out that she had to look into this. I didn't have to fight with her to get it fixed, after a 10 minute hold she came back but she couldn't even tell me how much that was, I had to tell her. I'm still waiting for the confirmation to make sure it happened. Lastly, Marriot won't put credits on Bonvoy because I booked through 3rd party. BOGUS! Overall, I love Marriot and I will continue to stay at Marriot, but I expect Renaissance to be a Marriot higher end brand and even though I got a great deal on Bookings.com I still expect Renaissance to be Renaissance Quality. It was NOT! Expect more like Springhill, (I guess I got what I paid for rather than a deal on a great brand.)
