Zufriedenstellend.

Die Lage direkt neben dem Strand ist genial. Allerdings muss erwähnt sein, dass der nächste Supermarkt so knapp 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Restaurants und Bars finden sich genügend entlang der Strandpromenade. Ins Zentrum von Valencia sind es ca. 6km mit dem Fahrrad (Valenbisi Verleihstation direkt neben der Unterkunft). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert und er war sehr freundlich. Die Dachterasse ist sehr nett zum sitzen.

Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Vor allem in Küche und Bad. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr limitiert (Töpfe, Besteck etc.). In unserem Apartment gab es kaum Ablage- oder Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind von einem Apartment, wir waren in einem anderen untergebracht und ein paar Dinge sind nicht gleich in den Apartments. Die Fotos in der Anzeige suggerieren, dass die Apartments richtung Meer schauen - das ist leider nicht so. Die Apartments sind in die andere Richtung orientiert.

Reformas ya

El anfitrión llegó enseguida y nos dio muy amable 2 botellas de agua, está situado en la trasera del paseo maritimo, cercanía a la playa pero no es una playa bonita ni limpia

Necesitaría una reforma, fue una decepción los azulejos están muy viejos,las paredes blancas están sucias y con algún bicho aplastado, el portal y la calle huele fatal, y las camas individuales tienen las láminas del somier en el suelo y la cama grande sigue como leí en comentarios con una bajera pequeña y necesita mejorar la limpieza

Amazing apartment to explore beautiful Valencia

Close to beach, but with no charm

The staff was kind.

Not very well conserved, sloppy entrance and building. Bed had a broken leg, not very confortable. Air conditioning worked fine. Terrace was big.

Large, clean apartment with friendly hosts in good beachside location. However, beware of noise.

The apartment was spacious and clean, Miguel was a great host. The apartment is situated very close to the beach which is fantastic and spotless. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, some are a little pricey but cheaper and even more authentic alternatives can be found a few streets away.

There is a nightclub which is actually not right beside the apartment however the club's music is so loud that it can be heard from the bedrooms of the apartment (we were in no.7) and this stopped us getting to sleep and also woke us during the night/morning. There was also drilling work going on at the property next door to us from around 9am right through the day. Not a problem if you're out and about but if you fancied relaxing on the communal roof terrace or were indoors for any reason during the day then you'd struggle.

Disappointing

The location is good. We should highlight the friendliness of the landlord.

The photos of the flat do not correspond to reality. It doesn't have a beach view, it has a completely backwards view, to a car park. The filth in the kitchen is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, it had a shower that did not drain the water, every time we showered the bathroom became a pool. Shower without pressure.

limited hot water for shower noise at 2/3am due to marine club restaurant food overpriced and horrible service pics of place need to be updated area seems to be unsafe due to strange people hanging around the area and amount of features of security on premises.

Very good

Miguel was a gem. Such a nice man and so helpful. Our fights were changed from the morning to evening which we thought would be a problem, but we were allowed to stay for a few extra hours which, with a 2 year old and all the luggage/ pushchair was so appreciated. Close to the beach, plenty of places to eat close by.

Unfortunately, nothing to do with the apartments. One of the neighboring properties was being demolished so we had to put up with hammer drills at breakfast and in the afternoon, when the 2 year old had his afternoon nap (but not the adults) for the first 4 days. Shame, otherwise it was a really good apartment.

Great location, very clean and the air conditioning was superb!

The location for the beach and restaurants is superb. Miguel met us on arrival and helped unload our luggage and Maria was super helpful too with directions and booking taxis.

fantastic apt near sea

there was a natural lot of light in the apartments and the hosts are incredibly warm and accommodating. everything that we could have possibly needed was there. We would gladly return at the next opportunity.

I guess the photos were taken some time ago so one expects a little more. But the space is great, the aircon works well and the owner was really friendly and helpful.

perfect vacation in Valencia

We will remember our stay at the place for long time! Amazing view from the rooftop, spacious apartment and finally the fantastic host who was very helpful and friendly. Perfect place in perfect localisation for vacation in Valencia!

Good location, but a little bit dirty and noisy

Close from the beach

The apartment was not very clean, especially the kitchen. However, the main inconvenience was the noise and shouting during the 2 nights, because some beggars live on the street, and they spend the whole day drinking and asking for money to park on the street.

Spacuous beach apartment a short distance from city centre

Very spacious and clean. Miguel was very welcoming and helpful! Great location if you want to be beside the beach. Big balcony and huge rooftop. Nice selection of restaurants right outside. Short distance from downtown.

Shower could have been hotter but it was still an excellent bathroom.

great apartment in a lovely location,lovely beach outside and some really good restaurants & nearby.

the host met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and go through a few things regarding the apartment. we managed to get through everything even though the language barrier was an issue, we sort of understood each other. it was very clean and well looked after, ideal for us and a great location for our little weekend break away. lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk,lovely beach opposite and fantastic harbour 10 mins walk away. would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a trip to valencia.

The location is great! Being very cold during the night, the heating system was working well!

The aspect of the apartment is a bit outdated. With minimal investment, could look much better!
