We enjoyed our time spent at the home. Location is great. Very Clean. And communication with host was amazing. Provided wonderful details about the home and area.
Will definitely be back!!!

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is a short drive to Zion's Observation Point trail, which is a 7 mile hike to some of the most breathtaking views overlooking the canyon. It's a 45 minute drive to the visitor center and the views driving there are just as amazing. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jenn were gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong booking this!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Nice place near the East Entrance of Zion. Owners were responsive and knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight on things to do in the area.
Overall, excellent.

Definitely will be staying here again. Cabin was absolutely amazing in every way!

Stayed here in April with my husband and four kids. Enjoyed the privacy. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had prompt and good communication with the owners.
My only note about the location is that you do need to drive 15-20 min off the main road & due to winding around, the kids got a bit carsick. Adding that to the East entrance traffic and tunnel traffic—just make sure and give yourself plenty of time to get into Zion valley.
My husband took advantage of being so close to the East Mesa Trailhead to hike Observation Point. A great option because the trail is currently closed from the valley floor, and your elevation gain is cut way down.
Definitely recommend, especially for people who have already stayed in Springdale and are looking for a slightly different experience!

This was a perfect getaway. Tim and Jenn are wonderfully helpful and attentive. They gave us some great advice. The cabin itself is fantastic. Very comfortable and has all you need. The area is beautiful of course and the cabin is not surrounded by many other homes, so you have privacy. Overall, can't recommend this enough. It was a great place.

Tim and Jenn were superb in their communication and follow through. The property was spotless, beautifully situated and amazingly organized. I have not had such a great experience with other properties I have rented. This property is ideal for visiting Zion National Park and surrounding areas. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative, offering us valuable tips and recommendations for our visit to the area.
Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the cabin not only clean but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking, bed linens and towels were provided as well as basic toiletries and cleaning supplies and it was very convenient having washer and dryer on site.
One of the highlights of this cabin is undoubtedly its location. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful area, it served as the perfect retreat after a day of adventure and exploration in Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The tranquility of the cabin provided a stark contrast to the busyness of our daily lives, allowing us to truly unwind and immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature.
In addition to the cabin’s many comforts and conveniences, the hospitality of our hosts truly made our stay memorable. Their eagerness to ensure our visit was enjoyable, combined with their knowledge of the area, added a personal touch that set this experience apart from other rentals we've encountered.
For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst some of the most beautiful landscapes Utah has to offer, I cannot recommend this cabin enough!

We stayed over Easter week for a few days in Zion. Its location places it near two eastern Zion trailheads which can give you views of the East rim- with almost no people. We walked these from the cabin for some long hikes. Those not wanting to hike relaxed with movies, board games and books, just relaxed. The cabin is clean, cooking supplies great, and would definitely rent again.

Owners gave great directions to cabin, cabin was lovely, kids enjoyed the activities at the resort. Great stay, thank you!

nicely updated and well stocked property in a quiet spot. Kitchen and the rest of the house are stocked way better than most properties. At night one can see stars clearly.
There is entrance to the trail just down the street from the property that leads to spectacular (although potentially scary for some) hike to observation point that rivals any hike in the park and is much better than the easy trail 2 miles from the cabin. At this time this is the only way to hike East Rim Trail because trail portion that could take one down (or vice versa) to the main road to the park is closed, normally one could just hike to the park shuttle.

The property was amazing, the hosts were amazing. I plan to return.

We had an amazing stay and this property made us feel right at home. Location was great and was central to all the different parks we visited. After a long day of hiking we were able to come back and enjoy the pool on the property for a small fee. It was a great way to end each day. If we are ever back in the area we would choose to say here again. In the words of my son 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim and Jenn’s cabin. The cabin is on the eastern side of Zion National Park. Driving through the park, if coming from the west (e.g. Las Vegas), was a treat. Mount Carmel highway has beautiful views and pull off points to capture the views.
You feel part of nature when at the cabin. It’s very peaceful. We hiked part of Stave Springs trail which is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is wonderful. Tim and Jenn put a lot of effort to have the cabin comfortable and relaxing for their guests. The whole cabin sound system was hit with the family. Our family even enjoyed simply watching hummingbirds feeding off the feeder.
Finally, Tim and Jenn are fabulous hosts. We really appreciated all the information provided to enjoy their cabin and Zion. It made the trip that much easier. Thanks again.

Tim and Jenn were amazing hosts! They were so responsive to all our questions. Their home had every amenity you could ask for. We loved the wrap around porch to enjoy the solitude and beauty. We loved being able to hike directly from the house - and what gorgeous hikes they were!

Everything about our stay was Amazing! The house, the location, and especially Jenn and Tim!
My husband and I traveled with our two kids (7 and 12 yo) and our 2 friends. Our family was looking for a getaway to clear our minds, enjoy some adventure and be out in nature. The house was warm and cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed! I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen- I did a lot of cooking!
After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed playing games, watching movies (from their very impressive movie collection), and star gazing at night .
We loved the location of the cabin; out in nature, a little secluded, but a short drive to the “less popular” entrance of the park, which gave us the opportunity to drive Zion from one end to the other. We weren’t able to enjoy the whole property as we had hopped, due to lots of rain and snow fall this year, however, the location was great and we look forward to hiking the trails from the cabin next time we visit :)
Jenn and Tim were excellent hosts! Supplied us with plenty of information to help us prepare for our trip: hiking guides, park information, driving instructions and kept us updated on weather conditions (which was crucial for us and our arrival). Thank you so much for helping us create wonderful memories with our family :)

We loved our stay in this wonderful part of the world. Zion was spectacular! We had never been here and didn't mind the 40 minute drive through the scenic canyon to hike The Narrows and Angel's Landing. But our favorite hike was walking out the front door to the ridge of Cable Mountain. Breathtaking. We are a family that loves to cook and found the kitchen extremely well-equipped with lots of condiments and spices for our barbecues. Thank you Tim and Jenn. We hope to come back and explore more areas!

This property exceeded all of our expectations! Check in was a breeze, and communication great with the owners. The location was removed and we got to experience wildlife from the porch every day of our stay. Easy access to East trailheads, and a beautiful drive to Zion main entrance made it the perfect location. Our kids loved the loft area, complete with tons of movies. We will cherish the memories we made at this beautiful property!!

Wonderful house, in perfect condition - see pictures. Very quiet area, but still close to Zion with hiking options starting right from the front door. The hosts are great and they do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I would say. Full 5 stars.

If you are looking for a secluded family getaway cabin this is the place for you! The cabin is tucked away in the wilderness, but yet close enough to Zion National Park. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were great with communications before and during our stay. The cabin has every amenity that you can imagine. We will definitely rent this cabin again when we return to Zion!

Perfect location to visit you Zion and Bryce!
Tim and Jenn were the best hosts! They were very responsive anytime I reached out with a question; before, during and after our stay. The house had everything you would need to be comfortable staying there. They also went above and beyond to create a binder to go over every detail about what they offer at the house, activities in the area, directions, grocery stores, places to eat, different hikes with description of each, etc. Also, they will send you links of hikes, grocery stores, etc. so you can plan your trip. The house is located on the East Side of Zion which is perfectly located between Zion and Bryce. It is also secluded and very peaceful.
I highly recommend this location!

Wonderful accomodations and experience
This was one of the easiest, smoothest and nicest renting experiences we've had. The cabin was amazing. Very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. Communication from Tim and Jenn went above and beyond to make sure we had all the necessary info, which included very specific details about directions to the cabin, the do's and don'ts of the house, and even a great list of Zion trails, etc. The cabin is outside of the east entrance to the park, but it's secluded and quiet and we got to experience a lot of wildlife we wouldn't have seen anywhere else. Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesistate to stay here again.

One of the best VRBOs ever!
This place is amazing! The owners are super friendly and communication was excellent. We were traveling around for 2 weeks and the whole family ranked this as our favorite spot. The home has everything you could want. There were only 5 of us, but this home would comfortably fit two families. We went over to the ranch one day and the kids loved the pools. It's peaceful and remote, but easy to get to. Highly recommend for your Zion stay!

Great place for a family vacation
We stayed here for a family vacation and everything was amazing. It had plenty of space and gave us room where we could all had our own room to go to to get some separation. The best part for us was coming back after a day of hiking/outside and sitting on the porch grilling dinner then later that night using the gas fire table.
An added perk is that you are about 5-10 minutes away from the resort where we spent some time at the pool and signed up for horseback riding and a sunset jeep tour.
This place is about 45 minutes from the Zion Visitor Center, about 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon, and about 2 hours from the North side of the Grand Canyon which are all places that we drove to.
Highly recommend this place as a place to stay while in Zion.

Peace and Quiet away from the crowds
We loved our stay at Mount Carmel cabin. Love the beautiful kitchen that is stocked with everything we needed. The propane BBQ has the best view when grilling and we at outside on the deck.
Also, since Observation Point trail is closed in Zion from bottom due to rockslide...the cabin is located 5 min from the East Rim Trail head! We had a great stay!!

Wonderful Cabin!
From the moment we booked this property, the communication with the owners was fantastic! They kept us up to speed with requirements for hiking permits as well as current happenings in Zion. The binder they have prepared for the cabin is filled with all sorts of helpful information.
We have rented properties all over the USA and abroad and have NEVER had a property so clean and well thought out. Every room was very well stocked with any item you may need. The kitchen had everything you could want.
They even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived…. Big bonus points from our boys!
The location was perfect for us. It is a bit of a drive from the main entrance, but we were very aware of that when we booked. It did not bother us one bit. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of all of the tourists.
We booked horse back riding and canyoneering through the Ponderosa Ranch. We Loved both of them!
We highly recommend this property! It won’t disappoint!

Amazing cabin in Zion for our family trip!!
We traveled with two adults (my husband and myself), a 13 year old, 11 year old, almost 2 year old and 7 month old - so, we had quite the crew! Tim and Jenn were AMAZING hosts. Their communication before, during and after (when my lovely teens left items they "swear" they packed up and Jenn messaged with me to arrange shipping it to us) was FANTASTIC. Traveling with four kids, especially two under two, was extremely stressful to begin with, but Tim and Jenn helped ease my anxiety with how thorough and informative they were about the cabin and the surrounding area before our trip that I didn't even have to worry about the cabin rental! They were also so helpful in coordinating with a baby equipment rental company we used to supply cribs and high chairs for our youngest kids - they took over the communication with the rentals, arranged times for them to be picked up and dropped off and made sure we were good to go on that end as well - another stressor taken off my plate! They also checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and see if we needed anything during our stay and were just so sweet and easy to work with.
The cabin itself is meticuously maintained - super clean, fully stocked and a great location! We were able to walk to the trailhead of our first hike (Cable Mountain) right from the front door! The setup was great for our unique family - the older kids upstairs in the loft, the younger kids downstairs with us. We will for sure recommend Jenn and Tim's cabin to anyone visiting Zion and hope to return ourselves soon! Zion is absolutely beautiful, and don't forget to take the day trip to Bryce Canyon (about an 1 1/2 drive) - it is worth it and absolutely breathtaking! Thanks Tim & Jenn again for a wonderful trip and great memories for our family!

Great location
We had a great time at Experience Zion. It was the perfect location for exploring Zion and Bryce in a peaceful, beautiful, setting. The owners were responsive and provided detailed information about Zion National Park and other local attractions. Would highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

Perfect getaway
The "cabin" was amazing--clean, up-to-date, well-stocked, spacious. Communication was amazing. It was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy Zion, and connect with others.

Overall great getaway
Very updated and nice amenities. Great communication with the owners and they supplied lots of helpful info, especially stopping in St. Gerard at Costco. They answered texts immediately and even took a phone call when we got lost getting there. Not quite as comfortable for 6 adults because 2 were in the loft with small beds, but did appreciate the half bath upstairs. Took 45 minutes to get to Zion visitor center to main hikes and shuttle so plan accordingly. Roads to get to cabin were biggest concern. There is an "Impassable" sign with towing company number at the start of the gravel road and about 2 miles from cabin. Someone stopped us on the way to assure we knew about the roads and asked where we were going. There had been snow a few days before and very muddy and lots of large ruts. Thought we would get stuck several times. I would not recommend going during winter snow months or when there is a lot of rain even with 4WD. Mostly just saw ATVs driving on the roads. I'm sure it would be fine in summer. Had a great vacation and enjoyed Zion a lot!

Great home base for our adventures in the area. Cabin provided all the space, style, and comfort we needed after busy days exploring. Would highly recommend the property!

Amazing Stay
This place was amazing. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out, well stocked and super comfortable. The owners provided an amazing amount of detailed information and we couldn’t be happier. They really did think of everything. If VRBO wanted to set a golf standard, they should use Jen and Tim and their East Zion cottage as the bar.

Zion wonderland
Loved the property! A beautiful house in an even better location. We loved how close we were to the park, can easily walk to the cable mountain trail and access the park by foot. This place was perfect to avoid the activity and crowds of the main canyon. Tim and Jenn did a great job of making sure everything went smooth and we are very thankful for that!

Total Relaxation!
Jenn and Tim’s place is amazing and they have been excellent hosts! They communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process, providing us a ton of detail on the home and surrounding area of Zion. Their home is incredibly clean and in a beautiful and secluded part of East Zion. Our getaway was so relaxing! I highly recommend this place and the property managers!

Amazing
Everything about this property was amazing. The communication with the owner was extraordinary. We were looking for something that felt remote which made this feel like the perfect location. Even though it feels remote, it is close to Zion and in a neighborhood with access to the pool and other activities. The house itself is wonderful and obviously well-loved.

Home Away From Home
I cannot say enough good things about this home and our hosts. Our family has had a rough year with so much loss, grief and burn-out from the city life. We were ready to be away from civilization and be humbled by the majesticness that Zion offers. This quiet home away from home was everything we needed to reconnect us with the peace we were searching for. The floor plan was open but gave us enough space that if we needed a break from each other, we were able to with no problem. It was very updated with the latest tech and easy to follow instructions if we were unsure how to use or troubleshoot things. Our hosts, Tim and Jenn, were very quick to reply and were so accommodating when we had questions or concerns. Everything was very organized from the communication, directions, nearby attractions and convenience stores, and even the kitchenware was well organized, it was easy to find things! The location was also perfect! Away from the hopping main entrance into Zion where large crowds entered, we were able to access the Zion wilderness by foot (or a very short 5-10 min drive) with less busy trails to follow into popular destinations such as Observation Point, Cable Mountain and Echo Canyon. After the early morning hikes, we were just a short 5 min drive to the Zion Panderosa Ranch pools and hot tub, where we soaked up the sun and relaxed. The weather was perfect in May! When the sun went down, we were able to experience the night sky, so different from the city. We experienced for the for time, “Satellite Train Stars”. It was so trippy that my old-school mother still believes they were Angel souls going to heaven because of how high up in the mountains we were. City people never get to experience this lol! It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough via a short drive to beautiful places. We drove out about 40 min east to The White Sand Caves, which was so worth it and a must see! If you don’t make it out there, Zion itself has a vast amount of beauty. This home is exceptional because of our kind hosts who go out of their way to cover all the details without overwhelming you and to make sure your trip goes as smooth as possible. Would we stay here again? YES. Definitely worth it and stands apart from all other vacation homes (which I’ve stayed at quite a few) but this by far was the most welcoming and most accommodating. Our fam shared much needed laughter, bonding and found the peace we needed. Thank you Tim and Jen!!
