Perfect location. Village across the street.,
Everything was perfect for us.

This room was so beautiful and we were instantly relaxed as soon as we entered. We requested a top floor room after reading comments about noise and didn't hear a peep from anyone including the dogs next door. The location is so close to the main strip of Big Bear and the view of the lake is absolutely amazing!
We loved this place!

Wonderful location. Pet friendly. Comfy clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great coffee bar in the office was a nice treat.
Nothing. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Definitely want to return.

The location is perfect as you are close to "The Village." All restaurants are within ten minutes. The room had a beautiful view of the lake and marina. This will sound funny but our bathroom was excellent. What made it excellent was a very well thought out walk in shower. The water pressure was better than our homes. Our room had a very comfortable king bed, balcony and was clean. The property is going through renovation on the grounds and once done will really make this place a nugget!

The decor was great and the service was awesome. The shuttle to the mountains was a wonderful add-on and the views were amazing.
Wish the hot tub and saunas were working.

we liked the location and close to the village.
this is the first review I have ever done!.. if you’re a couple trying to have a quiet get away, this is NOT the place for you! the walls are super paper thin. we got here a little late for Friday night checkin to be welcomed by one of our neighbors banging really aggressively and loud on the walls because we were walking and talking in our room.. all weekend we woke up to the people above us walking and people around us talking (hearing their conversations plain as day).., we would attempt to have quiet romantic time (reason why we go in vacation without our kids!) the bed was squeaking.. and we could hear people talking and walking around us.. that is enough to kill any romance being attempted at any time… which resulted in my spouse and I arguing about it, and leaving the room early. also the spa was out of order and they don’t have any hotel amenities due to their renovations.

literally everything!
the patio chairs should be stools and not lounge chairs so close to the ground. you can’t see the view of the lake when you sit in them! and they’re not comfortable anyway. they also take up waaaay to much space to actually enjoy the patio!

It was nothing like we imagined. We were expecting a king bed and twin beds. We wanted to use the sauna it was out of order. We had to get service to have toilet fixed after an hour of being there. This caused many inconveniences for me to take care of to make this a nice trip.

Location
Room smelled moldy and whatever chemicals used to cover up smells was highly irritating. carpet is shaggy, old, musty. Desk had big crumbs on it (not wiped from previous guest). Phone was visibly dusty. No microwave, coffee pot. One roll of toilet paper. No tissues. couldn’t hookup to Netflix, etc. And this is a ‘resort’ that charges a $10 per day resort fee. We checked out 2 days early and didn’t even tell them because wasn’t worth our time to go over the long list of defects. Just wanted to get home and actually relax.

I liked the location and the fact that it has private access to the lake which is why I’m willing to come back in the summer with my in-laws.
It would have been much better if they had breakfast available. We were on the first floor so people walking in their rooms above us kept me up most of the night. Sliding their closet doors was also loud through the ceiling. Willing to try it again in the summer.
