Loved the hotel family friendly

Everything was perfect. Except having to pay valet parking every day $30 dollars even the day of checkout we left at 11 and they still charged $30. They have no parking so valet is the only way u will have parking 😑

No parking , valet was expensive

THE ROOM WAS BIG AND OPEN. BATHROOM WAS VERY NICE. THE POOL LOOKED CLEAN

I LIKED THE LOBBY AREA AND THE COMFORT OF THE BED. THERE WAS ALSO VALET SERVICES.

THE FLOOR TO OUR ROOM FELT A LITTLE STICKY. BUT THAT COULD JUST BE THE CLEANING SOLUTION.

Great stay at Fairfield Suites. Overall Five Stars!!

Hotel was very clean. Check-in and Check-out was easy, fast, and smooth. Receptionist were very professional, nice, and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and big. Had most amenities needed. Located close by a lot of top places/areas downtown. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. 20-25 mins from DFW airport. Gym was clean and nice. Pool side had music and decent vibes. Offered complimentary breakfast although Valet system was set up pretty smoothly and easy. Overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!!

Didn't offer much parking so had to Valet for $30 a night. Hotel does have a parking area but its for Valet cars. There was some street parking with meters available to pay but not many spots (maybe 7 - 10 cars max). I would have liked a microwave in my room. Other than that I had really no issues with the property.

Parking-questionable loved the actual stay!

Loved our room and how spacious everything was!

The signed for the actual location was lacking and did not know where to park. Which made us think valet was the best (and only) option and made us have an unexpected expense but that is why we bring "just in case" money

I would stay here again. Overall a great hotel within walking distance of downtown.

The breakfast was okay. There were many options.

Loved the breakfast! Great alot of options! 1 pool was dirty 1 pool was clean. No hot tub. No city views as stated . There are 2 hotels in 1 this is the lower level. So no sky high views. Valet is 30 per night.

but when we showed up our room was taken we paid 356$ for the room with a. city view. we were then told we had to pay for a whole other room so we did and ended up in the nastiest room no ac or heater. blood on the floors in multiple spots. horrible view of a brick wall. after spending 550$ on our hotel

would never stay here agian .

it was nice on the inside of the lobby ... the pictures are definitely misleading

i didnt liek the fact i seen a dead bird right at the door of the hotel everytime i went in and out . i didnt like how i got into my room and my bathroom door wasnt even on the track , it was broken . fact of the matter is they charged an extra 500 for something that was broke before me even entering the room . & the dont take more than half of usual payment methods . they dont take chime , cash , apple pay , cash app , nothing .

Okay for a short stay

Very spacious rooms. I liked that the rooms had no carpet, which is way more hygienic and modern.

The female receptionist didn’t care much if guests felt welcome. The pool area wasn’t very cosy, with the sunbeds having stains on them. We didn’t very much appreciate the location of the hotel, no restaurants etc. nearby and didn’t feel very safe. So we didn’t dare to walk around after dark and we were told that they would strongly recommend valet parking, which was an extra 30$ per night.
