Good enough for what I needed

Proximity to my office, spacious room, easy parking

No overhead light in bathroom (only the mirror light), TV was very outdated, booked a king room but only queen available when I arrived, garage entrance doors to the hallway was often left open because it didn’t latch properly causing a security issue.

It was a last minute stay due to flight delay. Wouldn’t go again. It was ‘okay’ at most

Size of room for the price wasn’t bad.

Staff seemed to not be enjoying their work at all. Front desk was okay, staff at breakfast terrible.

I would never stay here again. Just because it’s in uptown doesn’t given them the right to over charge for a crappy rund

Location.

It was old and a bit rundown. The rooms were very outdated. My first room had a smell like rotten sewer. Carpets were dirty and I was placed in a disability room that I did not book. The second room the shower went from freezing to boiling hot but no in between temperature. The breakfast was basic at best. No pastries/oatmeal/yogurts/fruit.

Varausta ei löytynyt kun saavuimme hotellille vaikka vahvistusviesti oli tullut asiasta.Suoraa numeroa mistä olisi saanut apua ei löytynyt.Viestiin kyllä vastattiin ja ilmeisesti yritettiin myös soittaa usean tunnin jälkeen,kun olimme jo nukkumassa TOISESSA hotellissa!!!!Hotellissa oli myös menossa remontti,josta ei ollut etukäteen tietoa.Sinänsä ihan hyvä,että hommat meni munilleeen.

Comfortable bed, good location, horrible shower, dirty carpet, ratty furniture

Loved the set-up of the room. Loved the couch & kitchen. Bed was very comfortable

The shower was horrible. The water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. I had to stand to the side of the water stream & rinse off in ice cold water. There was a bottle of shower gel, but it was empty. So I had to get out & go find a bar of soap. The room was kinda dirty & old. I expected better for the price. And they were renovating, but no one bothered to mention this, and we still paid the same price.I would think for the price we paid, they would have warned us about this when we booked.

Comfortable rooms, good location, walkable to downtown

Staff at breakfast and housekeeping not friendly and not good. Breakfast could have been better. We stayed 4 days, the waffle maker only came out once

The bed and pillows are both super soft, so if you’re used to something a little firmer may be uncomfortable.

Location

The charge for parking was $20 a night, not mentioned when booking the room, so you are forced to pay the amount added to your bill. The room was carpeted and in need of updating as areas were frayed. The bathroom floor was also in need of repair, and the shower head kept on draining.

Great for the most part

Everything was good

I had to wait 20 mins for shower gel. So I was just standing in the shower. Had to call twice and the was not working in the room. Also tv remote was not working in the room

Slept really good! And loved the area being in the downtown area!

That the parking garage was private!! And A/C was perfect and strong!!

Dallas Weekend

The free breakfast was a nice touch, and I loved how big the rooms were (mine even included a kitchen!) The beds were comfortable, the area was safe and offered some great restaurants nearby.

The pool wasn't as expected and could have been better maintained.

There was no stay and I was charged anyway.

I was not allowed to check in and wasted my money because that charged me a CDL fee

The check in process was horrible and I was not given a Room because my id was not accepted.

great location, great staff, very friendly.

the only thing I didn’t like was the Outside Noise. on the side of the main road, we staid on the first floor and we literally heard every car driving/speeding off. The sirens of the ambulances were non stop all night but other than that it was great.

Great location, nice staff, and comfortable, spacious room. Need room cleaned at least once

Breakfast was amazing. Lady could cooked waffles was a star!

I was there five days and four nights and had no cleaning of room. It seems with a day as y that long one would not have to request having the room serviced at least once
