The bed was comfortable, the large chair in the room was in the way and should be replaced with a smaller one.

Hard to park when coming in late after basketball game.

The room was generously sized, featuring a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel provided all the amenities necessary for a productive business trip. Additionally, the pool offered a delightful spot to relax and unwind.

Room was clean, check in was easy
The deposit placed at check-in was not expected or notified in any confirmation emails. With the price we paid for the room, parking should be complimentary, as this was expected after receiving a parking tag and no mention of paying a fee until I checked my email after check-out. Agent that checked us out also did not mention this charge. When we went back to ask we received immediate hostile attitude about the charge when they could have delivered the information in a different manner. We only wanted to confirm, not cause a fight, which is how it felt from the agents at the front desk.

Close to down town.
Bathroom was a little small.

Nothing, this place was horrible.
The smell of weed was permeating our room with my two daughters. The bathroom looked like a prison bathroom. I tried to remedy the weed smell with the front desk and she seemed to be on the weed smokers side and never offered a solution.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel but the one thing I wish there was is a Jacuzzi that would’ve definitely have made the trip a lot funner.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this place I loved everything and enjoyed how clean my room was I also enjoyed how you guys gave cookies at the front desk for free as well as waters one thing I didn’t have at my last hotel (extended stay in Austin) was water and I was really really thirsty when I woke up in the morning. I really think you for having waters at the front it made everything way easier because I didn’t have to go and buy some waters at the store.

Location was perfect to medieval times and room was somewhat clean. Bartender was very nice!
The parking lot is terrible (your walking up hill or downhill) and it’s $15 a night, not disclosed at booking. Smoke alarm went off at 11pm at night, and elevators stopped..we were on the 6th floor with a baby. What about the elderly that can’t use stairs? No one would pick up the phone at the next when this happened. It was determined it was someone smoking weed. No police showed up no fire department…while the alarm is going off for over 10 mins no one knew why. Desk supervisor was absolutely rude and could careless about the situation said “the maintenance guy” was trying to see where the weed smell was coming from …yeah right!

Nice friendly staff, spacious room.
Not enough dining options. Breakfast had no a la carte service, just a flat buffet but a pricey one considering the limited menu.

Checking in was easy and the staff was very helpful at the front desk whenever I had a question. The morning staff for breakfast were some of the kindest people I have experienced in a hotel and breakfast was always ready at 6 a.m. and hot. They anticipated my needs and each morning remembered me and greeted me with a warm smile. The two bartenders who worked while I was there and ate dinner were fantastic, friendly, and always made sure I had what I needed. I don't drink, so can't comment on the quality of their drinks. Thank you for setting an exceptional standard in hospitality.
