Had a wonderful time at this home - big enough drive for 2 boat trailers, tons of extras like paper towels and TP. Could use more dishes and silverware but everything you could need in the kitchen and the clubhouse pool was a favorite with the younger crowd. Would love to stay again - private beach at the reserve is the best too

This cabin accommodated our extended family group of adults and young kids well. The mix of (comfortable) King beds and bunk beds was perfect. Four bathrooms allowed us to clean up simultaneously after beach play. The kitchen was amazingly stocked for cooking (pots, bowls, spices, kid's plates/bowls, etc.). Morning views of the lake graced our outside breakfast hour, and kids loved playing on the turf.

This house was perfect. We enjoyed the neighborhood beach, the pool, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The extra fridge kept all our drinks cold. This is at the top of my list for future family vacations.

Well appointed and very clean place. Sits in a beautiful spot that makes the morning sunrise on the patio very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We loved the house. I agree with other reviews, this can sleep 12 if you have younger children. The location is beautiful and the private beach is a short drive. The marina is a 7 minute drive and towards north beach they had water trampolines and a water obstacle course that you can rent & drive your boat right to it. The pool and playground is right down the street that’s great for kids & town is a short drive. The beach room bed is super squeaky and the pillows are flat. The bunk bed beds are not the softest but the kids didn’t mind. The A/C had to be at 73 and it seemed a bit hot at times. The bedroom downstairs had water damage in the closet and there were buckets in the closet so that was a bit odd. Otherwise for price and location it is a wonderful house. We liked horse shoes at night and roasting marshmallows. I’d bring ice bc the ice maker was running out a lot with our group. Also, they didn’t have any wine glasses so that’s the only thing I say they could add. Toys, any kitchen spice or appliance, or outdoor supplies are stocked. We would stay again but we would take bath towels and fans.

Thought property was much closer to lake, but ended up to be no problem. Loved having private beach w/few people even though it was a summer weekend. Amenities were awesome. Kids were never w/out something to do. We could have used one more queen/king bed and suggested putting twin bunks in one room, but that would not keep us from going again. We had 12 there and all had a great time!!! Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent location, had everything we needed! LOVED the back yard with the turf. The air conditioner was a bit of a deal, because it was so hot when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed a couple of days more!

Spectacular View
Pros:
The view of Bear Lake is spectacular! The backyard area is amazing too and kept our teens happy. I'd stay again just for that.
The house was roomy and had everything we needed.
Owner was great at communicating. We accidentally lost the house key on a hike but she was very understanding. (We replaced it.)
Cons:
The temperature. It was in the low 30s outside when we arrived and the house was at 55 degrees. It took hours to warm up. The house is run on a Nest system which can be accessed by the owner's app. It would have been nice to have it at a comfortable temp when we arrived. Also, every night the temp defaulted to 55 degrees and we woke up freezing. We had to keep turning it back up.
The kitchen is well stocked but most everything, especially pots and pans, are very very worn and need to be replaced. The towels and linens seem quite old as well.
The overall decor and some furniture is outdated and old too if that matters to anyone.

loved the private beach access
Our entire family (17 total: half were young grandchildren and half were adults) loved the private lake beach access*
Everyone also enjoyed the flat, astroturf backyard = great for the little ones to run/play on plus was comfortable to lay on (to view the spectacular stars) or during the daytime to view the vistas (lake, hills, etc.), the outdoor toys, the ample gravel parking area, the HOA's pools/pickleball/tennis plus was in a convenient location to drive to things like the Pickleville playhouse, etc.
Homeowner was very responsive to questions, a concern, etc.
If our grandkids were older/bigger, not sure if the sleeping arrangements would have worked out quite as well but since they were physically small, ranging from newborn to 9 years of age, it worked!
*watch out for some areas at the private beach that have deep sand (hard to tell where those areas are until too late!), 2 of our vehicles got stuck in it and a 3rd almost did. (The AWD had no problems but those w/o it did). But despite that, was PHENOMENAL having the private beach! No crowds despite us arriving during Raspberry Days and perfect to just drive up and park near the lake, unload gear and 'play'!

Great place for family vacation
Wonderful home. Well equipped. Loved that there were spices, laundry detergent, etc. lots of room for everyone. Extra towels were in dryer… didn’t locate until 2 Nd day! Surprised there very few glasses, no wine glasses….most glasses were plastic. One reason we chose was for fire pit but unfortunately it was too windy for fires! Probably a great view but smoke from CA fires made sky overcast. Highly recommend.

Amazing property with views
We rent and stay at a cabin at least twice a year, from island park to bear lake and in between. This was definitely one of our favorites. Spectacular views, clean, great location, comfy beds and room to stretch. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I even brought my own jug to make iced tea in the sun and then found they already had one there, that was a first. You won’t be disappointed with this one, our family had an amazing time with great memories. Thank you!!!

Experience with large group
We think the property and location was really amazing along with how well stocked it was. The only item I think that should be changed is the size of the party staying. I do not think what they list actually can stay comfortably. We made it work because we had enough smaller kids staying. Even though that little issue this is a great place to stay

Fantastic family fun!
We loved our stay at this property! The owners have thought of everything you need. It is a very well stocked kitchen. Many appliances to make making meals easy. Beautiful views. The location is great. Great pools and hot tub. Nice yard with fire pits and many yard games. The beds are comfortable. Very nice, we loved our stay it is located in the gated community the reserve.

Fantastic
Fantastic location in a gated community with an outstanding view. The home was the perfect size for my family and extended family. Lots of fun things to do at the house, with Horse shoes, lawn darts (the safe kind) big Jinga blocks, lots of other games and a fire pit. We loved it and would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful property
Lupine Vista exceeded our expectations in every way possible and the view is stunning! We had excellent communication with Sharon and it was so nice to have all the cabinets and light switches labeled. The beds were generous and extremely comfortable. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! We are already in the planning stages for our next trip!

Thanksgiving Retreat
Property located on the hill gave a wonderful view of the lake. It had 3 rooms with king size beds which worked out perfect for the 3 couples.
It was well stocked. I don’t think we lacked for anything that was needed in the kitchen. Sharon was right there to answer any questions.
