Fantastic property with spacious rooms and great amenities. Perfect location near ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. Ideal for families and groups. Highly recommended!

Nice house for group/family with small children under 10 years old. Low stairs and separate television room

As a mixed group of families with adults and children totalling 15 we found the chalet to be perfect for our week skiing in the alps. The chalet was comfortable, with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the evenings. The position of the chalet is absolutely fantastic. Above a wonderful restaurant (same owners as the chalet) and just over the road from the Les Brevieres gondola which gives great access to the Tignes/Val d’Isere pistes. Everything you could possibly need from ski rental to a small supermarket is within 5 mins walk of the chalet. The small village was great for our family holiday and the chalet was everything we could have hoped for and more. We are already trying to sort dates for next year.

Huge 7 bedroom apartment all of good size and bathrooms either ensuite or close. Over a terrific Restaurant in the heart of lovely village and really close to lifts. Parking is an issue though not the fault of the owners.

The best property in the entire Tignes region.

Excellent property only a very short walk from the lifts. Accurate listing.
Minor communication issues but I think that's more because my French is terrible!
Only negative is the "boot room" - if it's been a cold/wet day the boots will not be dry the following day unless you take them up into the apartment.
Other than that, excellent property and location perfect for exploring Tignes!

This is a great chalet with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms spread out over 2 floors which gives a feeling of space and separation unlike most apartments. The kitchen is very well stocked - 2 big fridge/freezers, wine fridge and so many pots/pans/serving dishes/plates and glasses. Lots of hot water and two big balconies with views over the piste and mountains.
The location is perfect, right opposite the gondola. You can ski almost to the front door. And right above the best restaurant in the village. When too tired to cook we ordered up piping hot, delicious pizzas.
Frederic, the owner of both the chalet and restaurant (L'Armailly) is friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
Les Brevieres is a cute, traditional village with 3 restaurants and 2 local bars where our adult kids spent a lot of time playing pool and fuzz ball. The Sherpa supermarket stocks everything you need including fresh croissant and bread daily.
Tignes/Val d'Isere is huge with so many ski areas. It is very high so we were lucky to have reasonable snow when many other resorts had very little.

Travelled with 3 other families , 15 in total. Adequate good size bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for us all. Good location as described with nursery slopes and gondola across the road. Located On the Main Street with supermarket, restaurants , ski hire all within 5 minutes walking distance. Flight got delayed and Frederick was very kind to stay up later for our arrival. Overall enjoyed our stay at rhe chalet.

Excellent location, great challet, restaurant is an extension of your lounge :)
The property is excellent with 3 distinct areas of the challet, so if travelling with 3 families as we were this makes it really easy. The separate lounge worked well for our kids. The boot and ski storage was a little faffy but essential. What really made the stay was the super friendly staff downstairs at the restaurant and Fred who was super helpful. The nursery slope is literally over the road so excellent when you have loads of kids to get ready and into their lessons. Being in the only part of Tignes which is orginal was lovely, so picturesque but very quiet so if you are after a party location this is not for you. Perfect for families however and we will definitely be back in future once the kids are ready to hit the red runs :)

My family stayed in La Ferme apartment for 8 nights over Christmas and just loved it. It was such a special and unique experience - probably the best Christmas we have ever had. The apartment is exceptionally spacious with essentially two separate wings that allowed both families to have their own space. We enjoyed lots of delicious home cooked meals around the big table, while watching skiers come down the slopes. The restaurant downstairs in our opinion is the best one in town - we enjoyed a huge feast there on out last night. The wine cellar experience is a must a well. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help when needed :) This was the perfect village for us to stay in with young children. We enjoyed the small size and quaint, yet still vibrating atmosphere vs. staying in one of the larger more commercial villages on the hill. We live close to and frequent Whistler Mountain in Canada and the skiing in Tignes was exceptional!!! The sheer size of the ski area was outstanding - a very unique ski experience compared to that offered in Canada. My only constructive feedback was that we wished we had known in advance the items that we needed to supply ourselves during our stay such as dishcloths, toilet paper for one of the bathrooms, garbage bags, dish soap, hand/face towels and hand soap for all bathrooms. In addition, we felt the check out time was quite early (10am), especially with what we thought were high requirements - you need to leave the apartment looking exactly as you found it which meant we were cleaning toilets, tubs, sweeping, and vacuuming frantically while trying to pack and get kids ready before 10am...this wouldnt deter us from staying here again - just good for guests to be aware of when planning their departure - wake up EARLY so youre not rushed and working along side their staff who were at our door promptly at 10am to flip the place. Thankfully the staff are lovely and made our stay a wonderful one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A large, attractive apartment opposite the piste.
A very pleasant apartment in the pretty village of Les Breviaries. The restaurant below can provide dinner to be sent up and all the facilities - ski hire, small local shop (with some of the best croissant) and ski passes - are within a short walk. If you like the quiet village life to the bustle of Le Lac or Val Claret, this is perfect.

Excellent chalet for family Christmas
We very much enjoyed or stay at this Chalet. It was quite well fitted out and we appreciated the little Christmas tree. It was a super location for accessing ski school and lifts for family members from 7-40 years of age. We were lucky to have stayed here where we could access many ski areas despite a lack of snow elsewhere in Europe. Having food available from the restaurant for delivery was a wonderful plus. Beds were comfy, good linens & we loved the heated floors. Thank you Carole & Fred.

Merci

Excellent
Stayed for a week in Le Grange apartment, just 2 of us in a 2 bed apartment so plenty of room, but it would be perfectly comfortable for 4 adults or even 6 though. Apartment is warm, beautifully furnished with wood and stone, decent kitchen, excellent bathrooms, plenty of storage; lounge furniture is rather uncomfortable though. Large balcony runs along both bedrooms looking directly at the piste and Sache lift which are a stones throw from the apartment. Lounge balcony is small and looks to side of building. Owners are friendly and helpful and speak excellent English.
Les Brevieres is a tiny village, very quiet with just a handful of small shops and restaurants, plus a church; it's a truly lovely village unlike the other Tignes villages which are typical ugly 60's French ski resorts. There is an ESF in Les Brevieres and ski hire shops, there were no lift queues, reds and blues to ski home on at the end of the day (although you can get the lift down if need be too). Only slight downside is the one tiny Sherpa is very limited so if you wanted to cook, it might be worth stopping in Bourg St Maurice on the way through to shop at a decent supermarket there. L'Armailly restaurant which is downstairs from the apartment and La Bouida opposite were both excellent.
Tignes/Val d'Isere as an area is very good, huge area, wide pistes, decent lift system, lots of variety and hardly saw a lift queue worth mentioning. The main Tignes villages are chock full of tiny apartments, so the areas around them are quite crowded, but again not serious.
I found the pistes in the whole area generally under graded - the green runs high up on the plateau would be blues in any other resort I've been to, blues like reds etc etc - I have skied for 20 years all over Europe and the piste grading generally is quite standard but consider upgrading every piste in Tignes/Val - especially worth noting if you have timid or 2/3 week skiers in your party. I would not recommend the area at all for beginners. That said, we did have a lot of snow in mild conditions so afternoon chopped up pistes full of moguls was quite normal.
It is very expensive to eat and drink on the mountain, but I think that's to be expected in these sort of resorts, it's very commercial with big self service 'motorway service station' type places, no cute little mountain huts....
In summary, excellent apartment in lovely village, great ski area, highly recommended.
