Loc frumos plin de oportunități dar ne trebuie si oameni ca atare si aici ma refer la turisti

La prima vedere un loc frumos, renovat .. curatel se poate si mai bine aici facnd referire la pereti zgariati de trolere si perdeaua de la balcon prinsa si agățata in mai multe locuri, cabina de dus plina cu nisip, finisajele din bai lasa mult de dorit, aici e o problema națională cu lipsa de mesteri insa banuiesc ca nu controlează nimeni avand in vedere marimea hotelului / lucrarii. Restaurantul este foarte misto decorat, calitatea mancarii ar mai putea fi îmbunătățită, multi dintre oaspeti se inghesuie la bufet ca si cum ar fi sinistrați insa mancarea este multa si cand spun multa ma refer la cantitatea care ramane aproape de inchiderea bufetului, sortimente limitate insa sincer sa fiu ptr multi dintre ei e deja prea mult …

Parcarea, aleeile din jur… lipsa unui regulament de conduita la interior unde vedeai multi Nea‘ Vio la bustul gol ..

Superb ,bravo , vom reveni !

Locatia super .Personalu foarte serviabil .Mi-a placut foarte mult atmosfera pe care au creat-o cei doi interpreti .Mi-a placut faptul ca in fiecare dimineata cei mici aveau program la piscina .Micul dejun in mare parte ok , se poate si mai bine , mai complex .

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca s-a oprit curentul in fiecare zi .De asemenea ,nu mi-a placut ca nu am putut servi masa la pranz in restaurantul dv .Nu mi-a placut ideea de a intra peste noi in camera sa dea cu aspiratorul .

It's OK but could be better

- Comfy beds - Pool size is decent - Breakfast is ok - Restaurant looks nice - Location is near center area - Concerts are wonderful

- One of the room chiefs was always rude to us in the dinning area talking as if he was our manager - They gave us bracelets for the type of board we chose but they still asked for the room number at the entrance of the restaurant - Kids are splashing and kicking in the adult side of the pool - People would always wake up early and leave the towels on the pool chairs early to basically reserve them which is not ok, as they would leave them there for hours, the staff should do something about this - Not enough umbrellas at the pool areas - Food was mediocre at best and always the same at lunch and dinner

Nice place,

-They have late check-out and very flexible in options. -food is ok, -restaurant open space is very nice, -all staff is extremly friendly. -Pool is clean. Activities for kids… very nice place. - Pizza is very good, the food bar is a good option at a decent price, - the staff makes this place to be very competitive as they are very friendly and helpfull, and there is a lot of staff.

-There is an issue near the pool, some water drain made of metal, a 40m long metal strip, 10 cm widh, close to pool, perfect place to cut your feet fingers. Can’t understand how is possible in such a nice place nobody saw this metals with gaps to repair/change design. All kids are playing around there and are at risk. Should be easy to fix in order to make the place safe. -There is no intrest in parking management… bad parking with lots of cars bloking front entrance over night. - strange sounds in the night from fridge/bathroom…

Breakfast was nice. The restaurant is very big and has an interesting design.

We reserved one twin bed and one queen bed room. One twin bad was initially a semi broken baby bed, then they switched to a very small and not comfortable folding bed. A part of the time, the water was not hot/warm. The room is very small. Hotel is far from the beach.

Nice refreshed hotel with pool and good location

It is like seeing a hotel coming back to life. Really liked how the interiors were refreshed, I think on the outside there is still some work to be done. Bed mattress is amazing and offered a restful sleep. Breakfast was excellent and a large variety of food to choose from. Also there are 6 coffee machines so you rarely stay at a line in a busy morning. The outside restaurant is nicely set up, looking like the Amazon forest :)

Even if the cleanliness was decent, we had a large yellow spot on our cover, but because of the light you couldn't see it clear sometimes and I think cleaning staff missed it. Also I think you need to do something with the smoke detection system (add some detectors in the bathrooms) as during our stay it was smelling as cigar smoke in the bathroom multiple times.

The stuff, the food, the view, the location close to the beach and even the luxury fragrance.

A nice hotel pleasant enough to plan another stay there

Overall decent.

Newly refurbished. Pool with confortable sunbeds

The lunch and dinner hours were very inconvenient. Lunch was only between 12:00 to 13:00. Dinner was from 19:00 to 20:30. Because of this reduced interval it was very crowded and you couldn’t find food or places at the tables most of the time. At breakfast at any given time it was always busy and the coffee machines were all the time busy, with people queuing up. Rooms are small for families of 4 with bigger kids. The extendable bed makes the room smaller and it is inconvenient for big children to sleep in one person extendable bed. Only one lift was working. And when we arrived actually both lifts were not working, and we were forced to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor.

Would not recommend it for longer stays

The pool and terrace were really nice. The children entertainers were very appreciated by kids and parents.

Very small room. The breakfast the same for the 7 days we stayed. All meals very chaotic(no cups, glasses, long waiting for coffee, replacement very slow). Long way to the beach. Power was cut off every day, several times and the elevators stopped working. The restaurant serves food a-la-carte only in the evenings and half of the menu is not actually available.

Excellent stay

- hotel layout and design - modern room with all amenities - comfy bed - good continental breakfast - pool area and lounge was always super clean and spacious with towels for all loungers and pool toys for kids and grown-ups - live music in the evenings - a lot of lounge area to sit and relax - all rooms had balconies - staff cleaned every day

- getting coffee in the morning was a challenge as the espresso machines were not the fastest - terrace/restaurant did not serve any of pizza dishes mentioned in the menu - terrace/pool bar could not serve any gin cocktails or frappe style coffees one day (same day, how can they remain out of milk I didn't get)

Location is accessible, a lot of parking spots. Breakfast was wery good, a lot of options to choose from. At the pool they gave us towels and the option to order directly from the pool.

Room was not quiet, you can hear the music from their restaurant, you can't turn off the light from balcony (you don't have any switch for it, it's for the hotel design). The bathroom was too small.
