Welcome to the "Playa Bida"! We are thrilled to have you stay in our "ohh so fresh" condo on Carolina Beach! We offer EVERYTHING you are looking for while on vacation. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on top floor with amazing ocean views. Our unit has beautiful coastal furnishings, very well equipped kitchen offering granite counters, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, we have everything you need to cook up some delish meals. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s with Netflix and Hulu, balcony access (master to the main deck with ocean views and second bedroom balcony overlooking the pool) private full bath in master and another full bath connected to the second bedroom (also entry from living room area), king beds that are super cozy, the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa with a gel top mattress. *Brand new sliding glass doors just installed in 2019! * The beach access is just steps outside the door, walking distance to the Pier and Freeman Park, only 1 mile to the Carolina Beach boardwalk! Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our building does not have an elevator and we are top floor so please keep that in mind when booking. We have a rolling beach cart and a few beach chairs in our storage closet that is available for our guests to use during their stay. We are providing additional sanitizing measures during checkout turnovers, we have always provided fresh bed linens and towels for our guests at no charge however we understand during this time if you’d like to bring your own. In that case please just message us and we will have beds stripped and ready.

Our stay at the condo was peaceful and welcoming.Nice view from the deck where you could enjoy your morning coffee and all the sights and sounds of the ocean . Unit was nicely updated and the photos on the post were. accurate.Enjoyed!

We had a great week staying at this condo. The beds were super comfy, everything you could need in the kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean. The only thing is if you can not do stairs, this unit is on the 3rd floor, there are 41 steps with all our luggage and groceries, that was a tough one.

We came on family vacation for a week. I have twin boys. Beach access was steps away from unit. Quit complex. My boys loved the pool and even went back the morning of check out while I packed the car. Going out to dinner had great options just everywhere was pay to park. So an added cost going out to eat. Over all would come again and recommended

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans from the deck. We cooked several meals at the property and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo so close to the beach. The furnishings are comfortable and welcoming. The beach view is lovely. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. The pool was very nice also. The only slight negative was that the cookware was in rough shape. I would recommend this condo if you’re looking for a ver nice space close to the beach.

Exactly as described in the listing! The unit had everything you would need, so you don’t have to pack extra stuff. Just cross one street and you’re on the beach. Close enough that I was able to stand at the edge of the entrance to the beach and let my eight-year-old daughter cross the street and go up to the unit by herself. I text the property manager about a couple things and she got back to me right away and was very helpful. Within very short walking distance to the pier and probably a 15 minute walk down to the boardwalk. Only problem I had was saying goodbye 😩

We had a great time, nice view of the ocean, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space to hang out. Host very accommodating & nice. Parking very close. As mentioned it does have a lot of steps but it’s on the 3rd floor which we like. It’s nice not having someone on top of you. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better but I know the owners can’t help if the cleaning crew don’t get everything. Definitely recommend.

Property was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. From the views of the ocean to being directly across the street from the beach access and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. We had a great stay and would recommend staying there.

Clean and nicely supplied property. Great location to beach. Kept beach supplies in car and just walked a short way to beach. We are a 75+ age couple in good condition so didn’t have a problem with the 42 steps required to reach the unit. There is no elevator so beware if you have any physical issues.

Beautiful condo with terrific ocean views, located directly across from beach access. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 1 infant. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Slept so good! Evenings on the balcony, drinking wine, under the stars while listening to the waves crash were amazing! Would absolutely stay in the condo again.

This place was AMAZING. Great location! The place is super clean, great space. You will have an amazing view from the balcony, even on Thursday night to watch the fireworks. We loved to eat lunch and dinner outside and just watch the ocean. With having 3 small children, 2 still nap. It was so nice that I could take a short walk back to the place, get the kids in bed, then go sit out on the balcony and still see my husband and oldest out in the ocean ( if they were in the right spot). Highly recommend! We will be back! Carly, the owner, is super amazing.

The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend beach trip. Beach access is just across the street, a 2 minute walk. The only suggestion I would make is to have some extra blankets available as the beds only have flat/fitted sheets and a basic comforter on them. Thank you!

We had a fabulous time at this apartment, very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable. The accommodations were excellent. Just a suggestion for the upcoming new rental season you might want to freshen up the towels as they were a little tired.

My mom and I visited for a quick girl's weekend. We ate at Fish Bites (my long time favorite) and Fish House Grill. We did lots of thrift store shopping and enjoyed an evening walking on the beach. This condo is so cute...a quintessential beach vacation home. The location is simply wonderful. Parking was easy and the unit was SUPER clean. Carly had excellent communication. We LOVED staying here!
