Holiday apartment with pool ans sauna, centrally located, a few minutes´walk from the Lago Maggiore.
Apartment on the 1st floor of a apartment building, elevator available. Central position in the city of Ascona, with balcony. The house has a garden with combined heated in- and outdoor swimming pool 15x5m (7.50x5m only the indoor pool) as well as a sauna, shower and WC. The Piazza of Ascona in within 8 minutes walk. Non smoking apartment.
Furnished 1 1/2 rooms apartment (50 m2) with a small separate kitchen, kitchen stove with glass ceramic, oven and refrigerator with freezer. Dining-living room with sofa-bed 140cm, armchairs, table and chairs, sleeping sector separated by a mid high wall with 2 single beds placed one behind the other. SAT- TV, DVD, CD-Player, radio and air conditioning. Bathroom with sitting-bath tub and toilet, separately small room with wardrobes. Balcony with table and chairs.
