Do not believe what is written in the description. This is a very false leading.

Not much things to tell about likes.

This was advertised as 3 bedrooms. But it was 2 bedrooms only. Third one is only covered only with a bed blind. Some door handles were not working. Street lights come directly to the rooms.

Spacious with natural light

No elevator to the first floor, we had 5 big heavy luggages and was not happy to carry them from ground floor to the apartment

The location is near to the milan cathedral

The floor is dirty and our feets are black when we are walking on the floor. The showering water is too small. The owner of the house is very impolite and disrespectful, very bad attitude. The place is so different from the picture provided in booking.com.

All that glitters is not good. This apartment looked so nice but even the two porch chairs had holes in the seats.

I liked the fact that me and my family could end our vacation in Milan in an apartment all together, but the apartment was a disaster.

Nothing worked. I had to call the office 4 times and they never fixed anything. The bathroom has no light in the shower and a small little light over the sink. We couldn’t see to shower or shave. This apartment was not ready for guests.

Run down and overpriced apartment that needs work.

The apartment is located close to piazza del Duomo.

The apartment facilities could have been better. Shower heads spray water everywhere and need replacing. The apartment kitchen is poorly equipped with old and broken pans and coffee maker. Glassware is insufficient, there were only 3 wine glasses. The cutlery draw was an absolute mess with mismatched cutlery just thrown in a draw with no separator. There was heavy black mold buildup in the showers and the lighting in the ensuite was poor and requires upgrading especially the area where the shower and sink are located. The lounge area has had a poorly constructed temporary wall installed. This is basically a wooden frame with some wooden uprights which divides the room in half, so now, this area once a loungeroom, is both a lounge and bedroom, see property pictures on Bookings. This provides a less than ideal loungeroom and bedroom.

While the apartment was in an excellent location as advertised it could have been cleaner

we were met by a member of staff at the arranged time

We had no hot water from when we arrived on Thursday till 6.30 on the Friday evening. The shower in the on suite did not work and there was no water supply. The meter seemed to trip out and after about 10 phone calls asking for assistance and to get someone to call I finally got a gentleman on Friday evening who could talk me into fixing. Also the shower trays were not very clean

location but does not have city views as advertised

showers are a disgrace, only give a dribble of water and sprays on to the bathroom floor which dangerous and unhygienic. outdoor furniture broken, one bedroom is part of the sitting room and cold. lift not permitted to be used by guests as advertised so we had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

We think that it is a nicely located, overly expensive not well appointed accommodation

Solarium was nice although the chairs were cracked. The location relative to sights was nice

The form we had to filll out indicated a check in time if 2 pm then told we couldn't have that time. We arrived at 3 and the cleaners were mt done There were no hand towels in bathrooms but were provided. there was no dish soap dishwasher soap pot scrubbers for pots no clean dish towels no other cleaning cloths for spills so used toliet paper There were not enough blankets for beds. The pillows were awful. I immediately brought this to the place attention and was not responded to until after we checked out. Business said they did not realize we had only a 1 night booking. This booking was made in spring. They should have been aware. There were not any condiments not even salt or pepper. We have stayed many other places like this, the one. The price was very high and service charges are ridiculous. We were charged a linen fee and cleaning fee. We knew we had to pay them because we booked the space but felt the charges were over the top. Bed linen fee, towel fee, and cleaning fee on top! Outrageous

Matches Milan as a city - looks pretty but is disappointing

Modern. Good beds. Secure. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Good location.

Shower head broken so showers were terrible. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests. No dish liquid for cleaning up. Noisy alarms going off all night. Original check in for 3:45, host arrived around 4:45, so we waited in a narrow lane way with 8 suitcases for 1 hr. Cleaners came approx 1hr later to finish putting linen in rooms. Original check out was 11am but host told us we needed to be out by 10 or face an extra fee.

Disappointing

Nice location

AC did not work—it was very hot (mid July), the unit would read 16 degrees Celsius but it was no where near that. We had to open the windows to have a breeze and forget about the AC. Place would have been great if it weren’t for the heat.

Wouldn't recommend this place to guests at all

This place states it has air conditioning which it does but it does not work at all. If you're here in summer don't plan to get much sleep. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived. 6-7+ hours on reply times from the hosts during the when inquiring about the broken ac when it was 34 degrees. The shower head in the master bedroom ensuite is busted also. The front door handle is broken and falls off from the inside so if you shut the door from the outside and it comes off you won't be able to get back in.

it could have been much clearer and had more attention to detail, some things were broken and dirty, quite unexpected for Milan, which is renown as a design capital!

Water pressure at the en-suite bathroom as well as some existing damages to the built in equipment need to be repaired.

We felt unwelcome before we arrived and it went downhill from there.

Good water pressure, beds OK.

The elevator didn’t work. the apartment was hot. The AC didn’t cool it down enough to sleep. I suggest investing in fans for the bedrooms at least. Waiting almost an hour outside and being bitten by mosquitoes was horrible. The person who met us didn’t know anything about the property, and the threats of a 300 EUR fine was a very unpleasant approach. The master shower leaks all over the floor.

Location in Milano was good - not noisy. Renters were friendly and good organiszd

Interior unpersonal, bedroom for the kids was just part of the living room so impossible to use when they went to sleep. Matrasses of the beds were awful. Plates and glasses in the kitchen were still dirty from last visit.

Comfortable beds and pillows, great location, staff is ready to help.

The appartment is quite old. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, but no place to gather togerher except kitchen. Living room (which is actually works as one of the bedroom, has only small couch for max. 2 persons. Kirchen stuff is old and should bei thrown away (look inside the kettle). No coffee machine (in Italy!! In such not really cheap place).

Poor customer service, wanting to make a profit from their location but run down.

Location was good and it is has ample space for groups traveling.

Promised to acomodate and earlier check in but did not happen and delivered the place later that the advertised check in time. The property was a bit run down for the price (i.e: the master bedroom storm shutters did not work making it a dark room) and the bathrooms smell like urine. Also it was offered as a quiet location with building rules for silence after hours but there was a loud party going until 2 am and noticeable street noise.

The location of the flat is perfect but the owner should invest some money in the inventory.

Nobody reachable for check-out. Check-Out time was 10:00 and they open the office at 10:00. Makes not really sense. The inventory was very poor. For example, just 3 wine glasses for a flat with 3 bedrooms. Also the 3rd bedroom is not really a bedroom. They just devided the living room. Poor water in the shower and difficult t regulate the temperature.

i was glad that the host was on time even though we booked kinda late. a cozy place for me and my friends and it had all the necessities for the night and we could also chill in the terrace. good location right in the heart of Milan.
