Eccellente ospitalità

Personale gentilissimo. Ci ha accolti e seguiti un gentilissimo padrone con la moglie sempre presenti e premurosi. Si sono occupati anche di indicarci spiagge e ristoranti miglioro. Sotto l'hotel due bravissime fatine sempre lì lavare e stirare. Camere pulitissime

Albergo con arredamento un pò datato. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento in più potrebbe essere una bomboniera ma tutto era pulito e funzionale. Se si può evitare i piani alti. Manca l'ascensore. Ma è stato un bene. Salendo salendo abbiamo digerito i succulenti pasti

Great location and overall good stay. Staff and certain details need some more attention to detail though.

Great location. Comfy bed.

Air con leaked several times which resulted in wet puddle in our room on multiple occasions, we told staff but it didn’t seem to be a cause for concern for them. Bathroom was a wet room which is okay, but shower did not stay on the fixture if you increased the water pressure above a dribble.

Good place to stay in Ksamil

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room as clean. Breakfast was generous.

The bathroom was quite small. Once you take a shower everything is getting wet. If you like more quietness be sure to book sea view

This is an amazing place, the owners are like family, I have met such people for the first time in my life, their warmth and hospitality is unique, if you want to feel really like in a family home - this is the perfect place, I have traveled for many years but only here I felt what is important in life. this hotel will let you forget about everything, feel relaxation, freedom, hospitality, friendship. This is my best time in Albania, I will come back to this place, such moments are remembered all my life, this place has no ranking, it just has no competition, the room has everything necessary, the view from the terrace of your balcony is amazing, everything is perfect here

For one night stay

Not bad location! 5-7 minutes to the nearest beach! A lot of cafes around the hotel

Beds and rooms are not comfortable! No shower cabin! Only shower tube under the toilet!

A great stay

The location of the hotel couldn´t be better - a few minute walk to many beaches. Our to-week stay was great, the staff were extremely helpful, rooms were god sized and cleaned regularly, breakfasts were simple but fresh and tasty, especially homemade marmalade and feta type local cheese. The view from our room was as described onto the sea. A very good value for money paid.

Disappointing

Location was good, in front of all the restaurants and 10mins walk to the beach. There's also a parking quite helpful as parking in Ksamil is not an easy task. The staff Who helped us with the check in was really nice.

Sadly the worst hotel we've been in Albania. Despiste the good location, our room wasn't good at all: the shower was broken and so was the cupboard. There was any place yo leave our stuff. Breakfast wasn't good... the buffet tablet was dirty of food that felled off the plates and the guy who was around looked tired all the time, standing up with the phone and quite bothered if we asked him something.
