Probably good for short term fun, not for 2 days stay.

Mirror all over the room

I wouldnt come back after the experience I got. Staff was not really nice with me and my girlfriend, they kept looking at us in a weird way every time we were coming back to the hotel. They had to move us to another room at night because the door wasn’t working properly. They called us in the morning to check out in the wrong day. No windows at all in the room.

Hope that you can check on your staff

Nice facilities

My friend and I were hacked and lost money from our bank accounts after staying at this hotel for one night. Because we had some errands to run, we left our belongings at the lobby, at the reception desk. After three days, we received a notification from the bank stating that on the day we left our belongings at the hotel lobby, our bank cards, which we had kept in our backpack, were used to make several purchases.

That hotel was not supposed to be in your website That hotel was more like for couples pleasure they was booking for one hour and that's all, My room very dirty hair averywhere I didn't know it before will be so dirty as I booked already I didn't want to spent more money to move to different hotel as I was for 2 nights I saw the pic and I booked but in reality 🙃 Just if you want cleanliness and not pleasure stay in Ho chi Min choose something different

I don't know why booking.com can have such a hotel

Very dissatisfied, especially because I checked in late and didn't check everything. I only found that there were no toiletries. I felt that I had stayed in a room that was not taken care of before. I found out the next day that the door lock can't be locked, and the door can be opened at any time outside. The kettle was very dirty, and even the air conditioner leaked.

It’s a hotel with a specific kind of guests! wouldnt recomend at all!!!

~smells bad ~stains on bed ~dirty bathroom ~hairs everywhere ~cirate burns on furniture ~had problems comunicating my problem with the room because the hotelworker had to use a translater ~no refund After i wanted to Leave!!!

Dirty and stained sheet and pillowcase. Horrible customer service. Poor communication through phone texts. we asked to check in early because of our flight but there wasnt any response at all. no ventilation in the bathroom. stinky smell in the bathroom lasted the whole stay

It was decent but below our expectation.

Good location, room is spacious. Good view, staffs are available 24/7.

Furniture was old, and shows clear sign of worn. Some electrical stuffs barely worked. Bath tub was a bit rusty, very slow and inconsistent water flow. Noise will be a big problem if youre on lower floor (our room was floor 7 and we could hear the traffic clearly. We had to request cleaning in the 2nd day as staff "forgot" to do so.

I sent agent to cancel another 2 nights while I booked 3 nights in advance. however, agent replied I have to pay for 3 n

This is not normal tourist hotel, but looks local love hotel. The organization is poor management with no English speaking staff, no cleaning no change for towels for 3 nights, dirty & smelly bathroom, bed making ; not comfortable , further some street girls stay at front .

very small building no facilities no bar/cafe, wifi inconsistent, no emergency exit etc.

BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

There was not much to like about this property, except the location.

Where to begin - Even though we booked the hotel in advance (2 days) they did not have a room available for us and we had to wait up to 45 mins for them to “clean” one. The hotel is also deemed a love hotel, with a strong emphasis on sex (which is not advertised) - The staff were incredibly unhelpful. The room was dirty (chicken curry food stains all over the floor). Bathroom was also dirty. Mosquitos in the room. Our passports were taken by the front desk and just left openly lying there until we came back that evening. We asked to have them back immediately as we did not feel safe leaving them there. ALSO - Upon checkout the hotel receptionist tried to charge us 100K VND for a towel that we had used. When we said no, he said he would not charge us if we leave a 5 star review and tried to make us write this review in front of him. Be wary of all the 5 star reviews you see on this hotel as it not even worthy of a 1 star.

Gorgeous Bath Tubs

The rooms with the bath tubs are gorgeous. There are also bubble liquid available for purchase to use with your bath tubs. Wifi works well. Centrally located. The AC worked exceptionally well as it was very cold. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly but they didn’t speak much English. The fridge wasn’t working.
