Great Location, Amazing Staff

If you want to sleep, go somewhere else. Not worth a penny.

free skin care products, free coffee early check in, BUT: how do I need an early check in if sleeping is impossible?

If you want to sleep and rest good, DON´T go there. The female dorm is next to the bathroom door. EVERYBODY who uses the bathroom will wake you up because the door bangs the wall. The owner didn't care!!! Hairdryer is used all the night, they talk loudly in the kitchen (next to the dorm) until after midnight, bed is hard and makes noise if you turn lightly (and because it's hard you have to turn.) Using the toilet? You will always have to walk through shower foam, showers are moldy, old and dirty. The female room smelled somehow. Fridge is full and some things are already mold. If you try to relax at the terrace, it's dirty and looks unfinished, like a construction work, also dirty. DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HOSTEL GOT THAT RATING. Unbelievable...

Perfect!

Ryan was so helpful and amazing because he spoke English. I love also the free toiletries given. It's very near the train (green line) and accessible to all areas. Also, if you like cafes, this area has a lot of good coffee shops. I wanna go back here soon.

Good choice for staying this guesthouse..

Very near the Seoul Metro. Very good of the room. 1) Room size is big. 2) Beds are big. 3) Light is bright. 4) Water is hot (good for shower). 5) Floor heater is warm. 6) Room is clean. 7) Accessories for the room is sufficient (such as towels, pillows, bedsheet, tissue rolls) Richard (Management person) is very helpful and nice. Really recommend to other travellers.

Perfect！

I stay tow days on Feb. It was very clean and had plenty of amenities. We can use towels, toothbrushes, some face lotion　etc Location is very near to station, and I enjoined cafe near at hotel. I would like to use it again when I go to Korea.

In the morning, the water area smells like sewage.

가본 중 최고의 게하

비대면 체크인이었지만 주인분께서 문자로 친절하고 상세하게 설명해주셔서 어렵지않게 입실할수 있었습니다. 방은 딱 침대 탁자 들어가는 사이즈인데 잠만 잘 용도로 딱이었고 침대는 넓고 편했습니다. 바닥 보일러도 따뜻하구요. 창문은 천장 가까이 작게 있어서 방이 어두운 편인데 자기에는 좋았습니다. 방에 딸린 화장실도 넓어서 좋았고 공용주방에 비치해놓은 런던 과일차도 맛있었습니다! 루프탑도 조명이나 가구들이 분위기 있어 좋아보였고요. 와이파이는 방안에 기계가있어서 매우 잘되어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 제가 가본 게하 중에 최고였습니다.

방음은 안되어서 같은층 다른방에서 시끄럽게 하는 소리가 잘들렸습니다.

Great value, great location, lovely host.

The location is great, there is easy access to several metro and bus lines to get to other parts of Seoul. In the vicinity are a lot of lovely shops, restaurants and cafés plus there is Seoul forest. The property has all amenities one needs and is very well kept. The rooftop is great for spending a few hours in the evenings in summer. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We could contact him easily at all (reasonable) times. Would definitely go there again when visiting Seoul.

It’s not really criticism, but if there were a rain roof on the rooftop one could spend time on the rainy and warm days.

We liked the aera of Seoul but the confort has to be very improved , at least the mattress.

Mattress is soooooo bad! You can feel wires. A thin over mattress has to be provided. It should not be offered that way !! The double bed room super small it can barely fit the suitcase.

From a double private room, I moved to a dorm because there were no other rooms available when I extended my stay in Seoul. I was hesitant at first because I've never stayed at a dorm before but it was good experience. My roommates were quiet and respectful. The common bathroom was small but it had everything you need! The products provided were even better than what some hotels provided, honestly.

The room was small but it was clean. Since it's a dorm you just have to manage your expectations.

I'd stay here again!

The owner and staff were very nice, warm, and accommodating. The location was great! The rooms are quite small but they are very clean and homey. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed using the rooftop. We brought our takeout meals there. The common area was practical for budget and solo travelers and was clean and organized.

The bed needs replacing because I can already feel the bed springs or maybe a bed topper would do the trick. I used the duvet as a bed topper and wrapped myself like a burrito (lol!) as a blanket

Amazing owner. He kindly changed my bed after I asked for. The shared rooms are very small but it's obvious on the pictures. Great location. Near the forest and lost of cute restaurants and Cafes.

Good location, next to the Metro station where you can go anywhere in Seoul in under 30 min. The room was overall clean. Nice rooftop to enjoy the sun. Richard was very kind and helpful the whole stay.

The common spaces were very dirty, especially the bathroom. The room and Bathroom are also very small. I've never slept in such a tiny room with 5 people. Furthermore, because of the size, the room overheats very quickly.

Location was convenient for me since I needed to take my exam in the university nearby. The room is comfortable enough for me to relax before my exam.

The accommodation did not provide free breakfast. There was a kitchen for everyone's use, though. There are also many restaurants or stores nearby, which the staff includes in their instructions, and I find it very helpful!

The location is the best part. Its near two subways, beside many restaurants and is just a few minutes away from seoul forest.

If you go there with a heavy luggage, goodluck cause they only have stairs. Also, only the rooms are heated so if you go there during winter, you'll be freezing in the hallways and when taking a shower.
