This is a great house for families. Lots of space & the screened in porch was like an extension of the house adding more living space. Good bedroom space as well & perfect for kids of all ages. The close proximity to the playground was an extra bonus. Nice fire pit area as well. The only negative would be that the floors needed to be wet mopped or at least wet swiffered between guests.

Love this house, the location backing up to the park. Especially important is the golf cart. A distance from Lake Michigan. Hope it is kept in good condition. Total bummer if it didn't work. Things need fixing: dishwasher kick plate comes out every time dishwasher is used. trash left under couches/beds from previous renters. In half bath splatter on baseboard. Under rim of toilets black/moldy. Outdoor faucet leaks in use. Outdoor water control valve goes to extremely hot - constantly adjust to cooler. Mark on wall across from toilet in upstairs bathroom there upon arrival. Dangerous having trash pick up in front of play ground. Have picked up glass there several times. Internet slow. No cable TV this year. Towel hook off wall in downstairs bathroom. You asked so we got our thoughts together. Have re-signed up for another year so over all very satisfied. Have stayed there several times so notice things.

Amazing, wonderful, relaxing, and all the other wonderful adjectives. The house was beautiful and fit all of us. The front and maintained staff was attentive and quickly resolved all issues. All the amenities at the resort provided a fun filled week. There are not enough words to adequately describe what a wonderful vacation we had. We are definitely on planning another trip!

This property was perfect for our family! Plenty of space!
Only inside downfall was the dirty floors, our feet were Black after walking across them barefoot.
We were also surprised to find the lack of lawn care throughout the Boardwalk.

Our goals were simple: Get extended family together to relax and enjoy each other's company. This space was plenty big (there were 12 people in total/4 families). Cozy, comfortable, good combination of outdoor and indoor space. Next to the playground without feeling like it was too close. The shed with the golf cart was full of stuff for the beach, basketball courts, and more.

House was in a great quiet location and has a fantastic layout. The only problem was that when we arrived at 11 pm it hadn't been cleaned. As the office was closed at that time, we had to spend several hours cleaning. The next day the office staff were extremely apologetic and sent a crew, but by then there wasn't much for them to do except spend over an hour cleaning the grill. Was not a great start to the vacation. In addition, as much as we cleaned, the rug in the living room and the carpet in the basement were black with filth. Not easy to see my 1 year old grandson crawl around on that. Plus when we went to do some laundry, the washer was covered in mold. We won't stay at this house again, but we'll be back as Beachwalk is a perfect place to take a family vacation. The pool, beach, playground, etc were fantastic and staff were top notch!

This property was ideal for our family weekend. The open downstairs allowed all 11 of us to be together while meals were being prepared. The downstairs family room was not big enough for all of us but we never had a time when we all needed to be downstairs. Beachwalk has wonderful recreation options and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. We could go out our backdoor and enter a playground.
The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment and plates & silverware that we needed. We had preschool age children and there were plenty of plates and utensils for them.

This was a great house - one of the better layouts we’ve stayed in plus lots of room for everyone in our group. The kitchen and dining / living areas were very open too so we didn’t bump into each other cooking meals. Great screened in back porch, golf cart, porch swing, so many great things to say!

Overall very good. Very clean. Nice dining table for family. Basement area is good for kids old enough to sleep in bunks. Crib and high chair would be appreciated. The stove needs replaced. The porch swing and back porch were wonderful!

We loved our stay at the SweetDigs house! It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and the kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch is really nice and the fire pit and golf cart were well utilized. The grandkids loved having their own space in the basement and the bunk beds. The beds were super comfortable. The house is within walking distance of the community pool and Kai Lake. Highly recommend this home. Also the Beachwalk staff was very accommodating.

Wonderful family vacation
We had the best few days at Beachwalk resort! The lake, pool and all amenities were great! The house was so beautiful, set up was perfect for us especially with small grandkids. Clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The golf cart made getting around a breeze and so fun for the kids! Beautiful home and community. We will be back!

My ladies golf team stayed in this property for our annual golf trip - it was amazing! The screened porch was the best spot to hang out and the kitchen was amazingly-well stocked! The bed linens could use a refresh, but that's the only suggestion I'd have.

We had the best time staying at Sweet Digs! The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you would need to have fun at the pool and beach! The home was great for young kids! Sweet Digs was immaculate and well designed for family fun. We especially liked gathering in the back porch for puzzles and reading. the fire pit was perfect for s'mores and story telling. The children gathered downstairs and loved having their own space to play. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cutlery and the table was large enough to fit our hungry crew. I would suggest that a cabinet be left empty or an open shelf piece of furniture be placed for us to put our food items and snacks. Great place to rent!

Well appointed vacation home with great layout
We enjoyed staying in this home.
Pros: Stylish furnishings with very little wear & tear, well stocked on essentials (e.g. garbage bags, paper towels, dish tabs, etc.), great open layout for relaxing with the family, great screened in porch and fire pit, highly functional electronics.
Cons: Location in Beachwalk is OK... toward the far end of the development and across the street from the twice weekly garbage collection.
