Have been to several other condos in this area but this was the BEST. Fully equipped kitchen, supplies, towels and blankets. Would definitely recommend.

Condo very comfortable with just about anything you might need. It’s apparent that the owners take pride in their place because they stock the condo as if they live there permanently. We loved the view onto the forest area and being able to park right outside the condo. We come to this area at least twice a year for extended stays and will definitely book again!

Central location. Full size kitchen. A view to kill for. First floor. Wonderful communication with owner easy access to every thing needed. Four major ski areas to choose from . Clean. Well kept. Can’t wait for next year !!!

The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with more than everything you need to prepare elaborate dinners. Siverthorne's location is perfect if you want to explore different ski area's. I will come back to this property again.

If this vacation condo fits your budget, look no further. It has everything you need… And more. Plenty of room for a family. Two couples would have to compromise because of the single beds in one room. Close to the local ski resorts. Hiking trail right outside the back door. Could use some kitchen, spices and condiments, but other than that it was great. Would stay there again!

The condo owner is very responsive and clear with instructions whether it’s prior to check-in and right before check-out. This unit is conveniently located off the highway, and near many restaurants and shops. It’s clean, tastefully decorated, and one that is most stocked with what you need (kitchen, bathroom, laundry) to make you feel just at home.
A high recommendation and I will most def look to rebook this rental on return visits!

Steve’s place is great. The kitchen has everything!!! The beds were comfortable, the living room has lots of seating, the fireplace is great for heating. The complex has a hot tub that we used everyday after skiing. I loved the ski rack and coat pegs at the front door. I would definitely rebook.

It all started with the great communication from the owner and allowing an early check in. Of all of the places I've stayed, this came with the most cooking supplies, spices and coffee filters and supplies that I've ever seen. And the towels and supplies were not the cheapest but just like home. The location and view were perfect for my needs. What a blessing! Thank you.

Perfect spot to stay and ski A-basin and Copper!
My son and I stayed 5 nights so that we could ski at Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain during his spring break. The condo was a perfect home base for us. It was quiet, close to the hot tub, and perfectly situated so we could be on the lifts by 9a each morning. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for us to cook dinner every night and the beds were super comfortable for us to recharge and be ready to ski every day. I would love to return for some March skiing in 2023!

cozy condo
After spending spring break for many years in Summit County and lodging through VRBO, the Hoy condo was by far the best maintained, well stocked and coziest of all!

Second time
This was the second time we had stayed here and it was a home from home. Everything was well stocked and all amenities were plentiful. We will look to stay in future when we are Silverthorne. Thanks Steve!

Great place for first time skiing the Colorado resorts
This condo was exactly as described; clean, spacious, and stocked. It was very convenient for visiting multiple ski resorts since it’s centrally located in Silverthorne but still felt secluded in the mountains. Nice, warm place to return to after a fun, tiring day on the slopes. ~15 minutes to Keystone; ~25 minutes to Breckenridge; ~35 minutes to Vail.

Great condo and great stay except for wildfire smoke
I had stayed in another condo in this same complex two years ago so I knew what to expect. This condo met my needs (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, one walk-in shower, and ground floor) perfectly. The kitchen had everything one would need including some condiments needed for cooking that many condos do not have. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice view of woods out the back. My only disappointment had to do with the bathroom amenities. When we arrived there were only bath towels in both bath rooms ....no hand towels or face cloths. A day later we found some in a hall closet. There were no bath soaps, shampoos or conditioner bottles that I have found in every other condo I have rented. So on day two we had to go out and buy bar soap, body wash and shampoo. Had I known I could have brought some items with me. The only bathroom item provided was a bottle of hand soap in each bathroom. Overall, our stay was great except for the Calif. wildfire smoke. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a 2bed, 2 bath place. I hope to rent again when I come to Summit County. Thanks to the Hoys and their responsiveness to my email requests.

Great condo with easy access
We had a great stay and the condo was perfect for our needs. The parking and ground level entrance made it so easy for my son who had just had knee surgery. Would highly recommend this property and will stay here again when back in town.

Great location for ski slopes with wonderful view
This is a really nice 1st floor condo with parking right by the door. We used the gas fireplace daily, and the kitchen was well stocked. The entry hall is so handy for skis/boots/jackets. Hot tub worked out fine (ironically covid restrictions gave each group their privacy which was nice). I also liked ease of chatting with the owner before going; he was very responsive. We will definitely consider this for next time it is just us or maybe four of us.

A lovely stay
The condo was a great find. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. The view from the living room was fantastic with plenty of light pouring through the windows. Great hiking directly off the deck. The owners must enjoy cooking as the kitchen is stocked with every gadget needed. Owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to queries. Great location. On-line listing was extremely accurate. Can not go wrong with this rental.

Very nice ski mountain condo
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our short time in this condo. We came for a quick 4 day getaway to ski over the MLK holiday. The condo was very conveniently located between A basin and Copper Mountain. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves including the recent reopening of the hot tub. We even got to enjoy the local wildlife from the back patio one evening as a couple of foxes strolled right up to us. One even laid down just a few feet from us and just watched us! I would not hesitate recommending this condo to anyone.

Great views and everything you could need!
Aside from the amazingly clean and neat condo itself, the hot tub, fantastic mountain views, and location are amazing. The host provided all of the little amenities you could possibly need, down to things like a pencil sharpener, scrub brush, tape-measure, etc., (which we did need!). This is the perfect spot for hikers, boaters, ski bums, and mountain lovers of all types. Recommended highly and we’ll definitely be back!

The condo was everything we hoped it would be! It was easy to rent, to communicate with the owners, it was very clean and well furnished, and we had no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to rent with VRBO again!

Christmas family ski trip
The property was perfect for our ski trip. The property was well appointed and extremely clean. We enjoyed the basket of games and Netflix every evening. Can't say enough about the overall experience. Having the washer and dryer was a plus. It was wonderful that the kitchen was stocked with basics needed to spice and flavor our meals. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks for making our family vacation a lifetime memory.

We truly enjoyed the stay here. The appartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hikes straight from the patio are a bonus. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had a great communication with Steve and the whole process was very smooth.

Weeklong ski trip
Wonderful condo situated right in Summit County. We were there for a week and skiied Brekenridge, A Basin and Keystone. Under 30 minutes to all three resorts. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices, condiments, plenty of dinnerware). There was plenty of towels and even detergent for the laundry. This place has every little thing that we needed. The fireplace was great after long ski days and VERY warm. The beds were comfortable even including the pullout couch. The views out the back deck were beautiful. The hot tub was a little disappointing as two of the nights we had cold water and the jets didn't work that great. We had loud neighbors above us (but we understand the owners can't control that). It was a little frustrating to hear the cleaners above us running a vacuum at 630 in the morning. Otherwise a beautiful condo close to town. Nicely plowed parking lot with ample parking. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Amazing Location and Value!
We recently stayed in this property for a long weekend ski trip. It exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and cozy and we had plenty of space for the 4 people that were on the trip. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with some essentials. I've stayed in rentals where you have to buy salt and pepper! We cooked almost all of our meals at home. The location was perfect for many ski resorts in the area as well as local shopping and necessities. We didn't take the bus but there is a stop right at the entrance to the complex. If you are looking for great location and value I highly recommend this place!
