Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at The Enzian in Lionshead! Everything in the condo is brand new, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay for our guests.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by the stunning living room. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, boasting a cozy gas fireplace and a 60" flat screen Samsung smart TV with cable. Our dining area comfortably seats 6, making it an ideal space for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream, featuring beautiful new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a holiday feast, including a roasting pan, spice rack, blender, hand mixer, knife block, and even a crockpot. The coffee maker is a dual drip and Keurig, ensuring your morning brew is just the way you like it. Additionally, there's a gas grill available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The primary Bedroom 2 offers a spacious king bed and another en suite bathroom for added convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a 45" smart TV with cable, providing entertainment options for everyone.

The property is in a perfect location and looks just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time and the owners were fantastic in keeping us updated. Everything seamless and enjoyable. Can not wait to return!

We loved our stay in the Enzian - a short walk to the Lionshead Gondola,restaurants and shops. It is a beautiful home where we were really comfortable. The condo was perfect for our family.
The garage fit is very tight, so we had to put our mirrors in when we pulled in and out, but were really glad to have the garage since it snowed while we were there!

The condo has three good sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The coffee machine is both drip and K-cup. We had a small issue, but the property manager fixed it quickly. Overall great place in Vail!

Great space and incredible location about 4 minute walk to Gondola. Easy check in. So much room for the price! The outside of the building is a bit dated, but the unit is completely remodeled -- plus parking, which is a must have at Vail.

Between the location, parking included, space afforded, newly renovated space, this marks an exceptional value for money and comfort.
Two areas for improvement; first being the living room television system is overly complicated for use. A minor thing but mattered to my kids who wanted to relax after skiing. The second, and far more notable, the chairs at the dining table are not suitable for third-world country use let alone a Priemer Ski Resort facility. Those chairs have got to go!
Beyond that the beds were amazing, rooms quiet, and ready access to everything Vail has to offer.

The unit is an oven/sauna. This is due to its location above the complex's heating system. The floors are literally hot due to the heat rising from the furnace in the garage below. Turning all of the heaters off does nothing. The only way to cool down the units is to open the windows, but then it is impossible to sleep due to the noise and foot traffic outside the window. It's misleading to call the areas outside the unit balconies and decks. They are literally public access ways for the units in the complex. If you sleep with the windows open, there are strangers less than 4' from you outside the window. The bus stop and loading docks are also directly across the street, so there is constant noise from buses and garbage trucks all night. The absolute worse thing is that directly below Primary Bedroom 2 there is a Culligan water softener system with a failing? pump. Every +/- 57 minutes this thing turns on and runs for +/-3 minutes. It sounds like a loud diesel generator and you can feel the vibrations when you are trying to sleep. So you literally lay in bed sweating, just expecting the "generator" to come on at any moment.
Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as the ones provided are the cheapest and most uncomfortable you can buy.
Couldn't have been happier to not have to "sleep" another night here.

Our family had a great vacation while staying at Enzian 117. As all of the reviews state, it is dated. It reminded us of my parents Lakehouse in GA with avocado sinks! But… it is spacious, central to everything, right across the street from the bus stop and best breakfast in town and access to the hot tub ( huge hot tub) could not have been better! We could have easily spent 5 times the amount to stay in Lionshead but I honestly don’t think we would have had any more fun!

The property is roomy and was thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. Beds were comfortable. This condo is older and in need of full updating (which we understand is scheduled for summer 2023), but the price was considerably lower than other properties of similar size and location. The fireplace has a robust flame which was really nice. All the appliances and fixtures are older but in good working order. Ding: the master bedroom window is painted black so you can't see out, and it can't be opened. We recommended this property to friends going to Vail in March.

My husband, son (17 months old), and I met my mom, sister, and brother in Vail and stayed at this rental all together for 4 nights. The location was perfect for walking to both Lionshead and Vail villages, and the space was open and perfect for a toddler who loves to run around. The decor and furniture is very outdated, such as carpet flooring in the bathrooms, but that didn’t bother us. We’ll stay here again!

Great convenient location/using the pool jacuzzi next door was grest
Boot dryers were great, everything was clean, nothing fancy so we didn’t have to worry about breaking anything with kids. Hummidifiers were nice plenty of blankets, dishes. It would be nice to have barstools and a pizza pan. We used the gas grill for burgers which was nice.

Convenient Location, perfect for Group
Place was perfect for our group of 6. Clean and spacious, especially with the 3 bathrooms. Short walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. Shuttle to vail village right accesos the street. Only downside is the heat does not seem to be able to turn down. We have thermostat turned down all the way to 45 and it was still super hot. We had to sleep with the windows opened but unfortunately the window in master bed is not to be opened (window was painted black and jammed) so we basically slept in an oven. Apart from that all is great with the condo, just wished that we were able to sleep better

Enzian 117
The condo is in a wonderful location for walking around Lionshead, to the Gondola, and catching the town bus to Vail Village. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Really appreciated the boot/glove dryers.
The unit is a bit dated, with older carpeting throughout, including the bathrooms. There is a large draft through the front door, and the adjacent window panel is cracked near the bottom. The garage door for the parking space was tight for our Yukon XL, but with care we were able to negotiate the fit.

Condo in Lionshead
We stayed at the Enzian condominiums for 6 nights. The building is conveniently located in Lionshead, about 20mins walk to the Vail Village. The apartment has a great potential, but needs some serious updating. There is an old and stained carpet throughout the apartment, even in the kitchen and the bathrooms. What disappointed us among other things the most was the dishwasher that had such a strong stinky odor that it was extremely uncomfortable to even open it, let alone to use it. We ended up washing all the dishes by hand which took a while. Despite the fact that we brought up the concern to the managing company, and they sent someone to fix it, it has never been fixed. It has also added to the issue with hot water- at the end of the day the five of us with an infant often ran out of hot water and had to shower in cold water. I’d recommend this place for its location and to those that don’t care too much about the shape of the condo.

Great location
This is our second stay at this property for a brief guys ski trip. The location is perfect. Other than grocery shopping we never needed a car. The place is dated but had everything we needed. We were there to ski, watch football, and play cards. Mission accomplished. The only problem we’ve had at both stays is that even with the heat turned off and it being 10 degrees outside the rooms stayed warmer than desired. We did use the fans provided to help sleep since it was so warm.

Vail Holiday
The location of this property was excellent - convenient to Vail and Lions Head. Layout of condo was perfect, beds comfortable and 3 bathrooms - perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hottubs at the Landmark, road the bus that stopped across the street several times, took the Lionshead Gondola up the mtn., had wonderful meals. It was a wonderful holiday for the six of us! The condo could use alot of updating but was comfortable for us. We would stay here again!

Location is great but Condo is shabby
The locations of the Enzian 117 is great but walking into the condo it cries out shabby. The brown carpet is not only ugly but throughout the entire condo including entry way, kitchen and bathrooms, yuck. The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen supplies are very basic and not even matching silverware. Washer and dryer are nice.
Access to hot tub was a treat.

Enzian was a super convenient condo building in Lionshead, and the noise issues that they warned about during the day were hardly even noticeable. Spacious apartment and walking distance to Eagle Bahn gondola. It could really use a facelift, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Good Price, Good Value
The Enzian is a great location in Lionshead. While there was significant construction next door (old Lionshead Inn), it never bothered us as we were skiing during the day. Overall, everything was perfect for four guys. The condo is a bit dated, sort of like your parents home, which made it perfectly comfortable and we'd prefer the lower price anyway. Indoor parking, an elevator to your room and even a boot dryer. The hot tub/pool is across the street at the Landmark, which is not great, but better than not having one, so we used it every day. Were it available upon any subsequent trip, I'd happily stay there again.

We had a great stay at Enzian. It is steps from the in town shuttle making it easy to get around. Being so close to everything in Lionshead made getting rentals, food etc easy too. WE had a problem with the fireplace and maintenance came within an hour to fix- we were very impressed!!

Central location with easy walking access to all the things we wanted to do. Very near walking trails to performances and events. I can see how this would be a perfect place for ski season!

Perfect Holiday Weekend
Our stay at this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was perfect! It was very clean and spacious. We had two families for a total of 8. This condo has all the amenities including: a washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, a large dinning room table, plenty of parking, and very spacious great room. The location was absolutely fantastic and within walking distance of the heart of Vail Village where all the Labor Day festivities were taking place. I would definitely stay at this property again either in the summer or winter. Great condo Vail Vacation Properties!!!

Most enjoayble stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath!
We stayed in this condo with two families total and it was a perfect fit for kids and adults. Big living and dining room and everyone slept great. The location could not have been better, right across from the Marriott and the Ritz Carlton in Lionshead Village. It was convenient to get anywhere we wanted within minutes. Lots of choices for shopping and dining just across the street as well. We will definitely stay in this condo again, Summer & winter. Thanks Vail Vacation Properties!
