LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 2BD/2BA condo is perfectly located just a 1 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and only 50 steps to the Lionshead Arcade Bus Stop, the preferred method of transportation in Vail! Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!
This unit is in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub. Although it is in the heart of Lionshead, our apartment is well insulated and quiet and you never hear crowd noise or the highway.
Each bedroom has high thread count, premium bedding with down pillows & comforters. You will sleep beautifully in the luxurious sheets and thick comforters. Both bathrooms are stocked with premium hotel collection towels in matching soft hews.
The deck overlooks Vail Mountain & Lionshead Square and the shops and restaurants. The billion dollar Arrabelle Resort & Spa is right across the street.
Amenities include: Flatscreen TV in living room & both bedrooms, fire place, high speed wireless internet, open floor plan of living room, dining room & new kitchen. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit and covered parking. Blow dryer, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and laundry supplies included. There is also a dedicated parking spot that comes with the rental.
The Lionshead Children’s Ski School reservation center is 30 steps from the condo’s stairwell. It is literally the closest building to the school & if your family participates you will love the convenience. You can get your children reserved and situated in ski school & then return to the condo for another cup of coffee & finish getting dressed. And ..... the location is wonderfully convenient if you forgot something. You have to walk up 1 flight of stairs to get to the condo but the condo & the location, location, location are well worth it!
If you need to rent equipment, we have established a relationship with a Ski & Rental shop just steps from our condo stairwell. They will provide you with a 30% discount off your rental equipment. They have excellent service and top of the line equipment.
Do note, there is no elevator in the building so there's one flight of stairs to access the unit.

If you want to be close to the lifts, this unit is a great option. The property was clean, kitchen well stocked, access via one flight of stairs. Walk right out into the heart of Lionshead village so there are great restaurant and bar options steps away. Listing says 200 steps to gondola, it’s more like 80-100. Great for couples or families who are there to ski and budget conscious.
It’s an older unit and could use a bit of updating but nothing that I’d rate as a negative. There’s not a ton of extra room - den is tight. But plenty of seating and hooks for hanging gear. Space out showers so everyone gets hot water. Owner VERY expedient on replies and super friendly.

Great location. Steps to the Gondola & Born Free lift. Made it so easy with 2 teens. Plus Starbucks & Blue Moose Pizza is right outside the door. Nice and clean, and the owner checked in on us a few times.

Hard to beat the location to the gondola in Lionshead and host was extremely responsive when I reached out to him. Appliances and furnishings were dated but most worked except for the clothes dryer not so well.

Condo was fairly represented on VRBO. Great location in Lionshead. Unit is 1-story walk-up in one of the older, somewhat tired, condo buildings. But condo itself is updated and matched the pictures/description on website. Prop manager RJ provided excellent customer service, responding swiftly & thoroughly to our inquiries on logistics.

We love this property. It has easy access to the slopes and RJ is an amazing host. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids (age 12-17). Definitely would love to come back!

This is our second summer in Lionshead and staying at one of RJ’s managed properties. The condo was awesome!! Everything we needed was there. The location is the best as it is so convenient to all the stores and restaurants. Vail is just half a mile walk away and we did the walk sometimes twice a day. It is so beautiful here in the summer!!

We had a fantastic experience! RJ gave us all the info we needed before we arrived and was reachable during our stay for additional questions. The location is perfect with access to so many activities and restaurants in Lionshead and Vail. It was great for a summer vacation and I’m sure it’s just as great for a winter trip as well!

This was our first rental since the pandemic and with a dog we were traveling with and it took some time to find something that met our needs. RJ was incredibly fast in responding to all our ore booking and upon arrival inquiries. Location is fantastic and there was some love music right below us during the day. This may be a negative for some but not for us as we enjoyed the music and weren't int he u it too much during the day. Definitely a place we will consider upon our next trip to Vail.
