Overall, i really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it.

The staff was super nice. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool has a great view. Breakfast is good. Nice location.

Sadly, the steam room was out of service during my stay, so i cannot give a better grade as it is an expectation for a Spa hotel to have working facilities. The pictures from the sky bar did not reflect reality. There was no active sky bar.

Great hotel in terrific location. Staff were lovely and room was very clean. Very good value.

Great hotel to stay in. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Breakfast was terrific and the staff were lovely. I will definitely stay here again and next time for longer.

Amazing view, nice pool, excellent value for money. Staff are helpful.

Location is good and the free transfer from airport was excellent, as was our driver. Gym and pool is ok, view was amazing from room. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean; we strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

Breakfast was great; there were lots of options (continental and Asian) with even soy milk which (any vegan milk) we found very rarely in hotels in Vietnam. Our room was clean and very spacious, they even upgraded it for free to a room with balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the sauna or the pool but it looked nice when we went to check it out.

The (breakfast) restaurant could be a little bit cleaner.

Overall, I think this hotel provides great customer services and value accommodation for the money

I booked this place by accident, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. (I initially thought it was a 4-star hotel.) The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and local restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities aren't very modern. However, if you're a budget traveler, this is an excellent choice, as you still get hotel services like house keeping.

The facility shows signs of wear and could benefit from improved room maintenance; the shower head was old (fortunately, I brought my own), the trash bin was a bit dirty, and the swimming pool appeared somewhat neglected. In all fairness, I mistakenly booked this place, thinking it was a 4-star hotel, so it wouldn't be fair for me to complain about it. This hotel is reasonably well-managed and offers good value for the money. If you're seeking impeccable service, you might want to consider booking a more expensive hotel rather than a budget-friendly option.

Great value, good location

Great rooftop pool, nice spacious room. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing

Absolutely everything. The staff at the Aria grand were the highlight of our stay. All were extremely friendly and helpful, with a particularly big thank you to Tam, who booked us a discounted cab and always greeted us with a smile, even when we requested to use the fire stairs rather than the lift. The rooftop pool was immaculate and our room was amazing. The gym was basic, but was a nice quiet space to do your own thing. Location was another big plus, being walking distance to everything on the beach side. Thank you to the Aria grand hotel team. You made our stay amazing and we will definitely be back.

Great spot close to the beach friendly people!

Property was just steps away from the beach and super clean with great air conditioning. Lovely place, incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They are so lovely and kind and the facility has great amenities.

The staff is very friendly. The location is ideal for a walk among the shadow trees, and only 1 very short distance to reach the beach. The property is highly recommended thanks to the affordable price, supporting team & good facilities.

“Amazing, beautiful, and very comfortable stay in a great location for Da Nang”

Smart and modern room with stylish and unique features. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very courteous, and special thanks to their Manager, "Ms. The" and a male receptionist for being so kind and warm to us. The location was great with a stunning view overlooking the Sea & City. We had a great stay, and we would stay there again and highly recommended to stay there!

Very good

Bathtub in the room and location.

Firstly, we booked this hotel because of breakfast but when we arrived we found out that they have 3 ONLY Vietnamese dishes in n b/w paper and that’s all. So nobody informed us that the restaurant is closed. Secondly, the wi-fi was very poor. It’s better to say that we didn’t have the internet at all. I could not even watch short videos like in instagram. We asked to fix it but they said the internet is bad in all country that days:D but actually no. Thirdly, the swimming pool was super dirty! Looked like nobody used it for a long time. Mold was cover all the pool’s bottom. We asked them to clean it. So they just put some chemicals in and no one refilled the water... And for the last, we can’t say that room was very clean actually... shelves tables, etc were dusty. Bad sheets were old and so on. So I don’t understand why this hotel has 4starts. Totally disappointed:(

Lovely little hotel

Was lovely little hotel, seemed it was just outside the main area but only a 10 mins drive to get to it! Rooms were lovely and just what you need, nice and clean and super comfy bed. There should be a buffet breakfast but due to covid etc they didn’t have this but they refunded the money for breakfast no problem! The staff were wonderful they sorted everything as soon as we asked for anything and they were so friendly whenever we came back from a trip. They were also very helpful sorting a car to and from the airport.

Best part of our trip

After we got a bad experience from the first day trip in Hoi An, we found out that the best part of this trip is this hotel. It console us from the bad feeling. Warm welcome by the staffs. Great facility in the room, comfy bed, comfortable environment. No weird or dusty smell. The breakfast is fine. Welcome gift cookies are very cute and tasty. Goodbye postcard makes us feel very pleased. Money paid off.

A grand and luxurious stay

The property is located very close to the famous My Khe Beach and it is a grand new lavish property. I wanted to experience a grand stay and it didn't disappoint me rather it exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very friendly and have great communication skills. It is no less than a 5 star hotel and definitely book at this property for future stay.
