Fun comfortable stay at a nice location

Didn't like the showers. In our unit the shower head was so high that there was almost no pressure, really hard to wash hair. Could be easily fixed with a new shower head. Our friend's unit's shower wouldn't get hot. but ours did. Should be easy fixes, otherwise place was really nice.

Valle de Guadalupe was lovely and met my expectations. Would definitely come back and recommend.

I don't think my booking was included with breakfast, which we didn't mind. I received a text message on Whatsapp from the house the morning of my reservation with instructions on how to get to the property, which cabana we were in and where to go for the keys. I greatly appreciated that. Upon arrival, as we pulled in, right away someone had walked out of the office to greet us at our car, walking us over to where we can park and escorted us to our cabana. The room itself was satisfactory, cleanliness was great. We had a cute balcony/patio with seating, in which you can enjoy a great view of the vineyard. We were right next to the pool and jacuzzi, which was convenient. Super cute area to just lounge and relax. Our location was right next to a restaurant, unfortunately we did not get to try but it was nice to know there was one within walking distance. The location was nice and quiet, which was great.

Only thing that we didn't like was the shower. Water pressure was really low. When you first turn it on, water is scolding hot, temp goes down and gets cold. Overall, water temp was in and out, then just remains cold right away.

A very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Loved the location and quite setting. No TV in the room made me very happy!

As a female in my own room I wish the door had a deadbolt lock and the sliding glass door had a security bar. Just piece of mind.

Overall pleasant with some small quirks

Location was very central to everything. The beds were insanely comfortable. Everyone slept well. Gorgeous grounds with lots of areas to relax and enjoy the serene landscape and wildlife. The hot tub was nice (until some other guests ruined it). Our friend who was in a different room than us didn't have any issues with her room. Overall was pretty quiet inside the room.

Stains on the bedspread, we found a fingernail on the room of our floor, the shower smelled of mildew and was slimy. The curtain rod was loose and kept falling every time we adjusted the curtains. There were 2 jacuzzi's but they only ever ran one. Even after some inconsiderate guests left all their trash and left the jacuzzi water gross looking with scum on top. We pointed out how gross it had looked and asked to turn the other one on but they didn't so we didn't get to use it after that.

Our stay was great! we had the pool all to ourselves. the bed was comfy. Thankfully they had an AC unit in the room because it was quite hot outside so the room cooled up pretty fast. The staff was really helpful! Would definitely stay here again :)

not a a great place for 3 people

it has a jacuzzi.

there is no reception, they had a water pump that was too loud at night and we made a reservation for 3 but there was only 1 bed and sofa was super uncomfortable

Superb

I truly liked the room and the hotel is super clean

I did not like the sofa for the third person, it was very uncomfortable and it made just too many noises at night even though my daughter is not overweight. I didn’t like the fact that no one was there if we needed something during our stay. Luckily a lady arrived at the same time we did and gave us the code and extra towels, she did say she was really not the person in charge. I don’t know if I would stay there again at my own risk. The pool super dirty :(

Lovely place very peaceful and beautiful.

Everything was great. The people working there very attentive and nice. Very helpful and accommodating. Anything you need they made sure to get it for you.

Maybe have a front desk it would make it easier for checking in. More of a suggestion than a dislike. Other than that we had a great time.

Wonderful stay, will definitely be back!

The property was great! It was pet friendly and parking was very close to the room. The jacuzzi and pool were so beautiful and the set up for a fire was also great. the view on top of the room was wonderful and I liked that wine glasses and small fridge were provided.

We did have some issues with getting hot water and the bugs did come out at night.

Beautiful, relaxing views from upper deck. Dog friendly was such a plus and the location was great

I loved the patio and the upper deck! The complimentary wine glasses in the room. The views. Dog friendly! Very calm and relaxing place to stay. The location was great. Not too far off the beaten path and relatively close to every winery we went to. There's a small cute restaurant just on the other side of us where we had breakfast one morning. Yummy. We ran into the owner and he was very enthusiastic, nice guy. He gave great recommendations on where to eat

We ran out of water so we weren't able to flush the toilets or shower. It must have happened just before going out to dinner. We just assumed the pressure got low. Didn't realize there was a water reservoir for each place. We didn't fully notice until the morning that we were out-out of water. We had to run to the next door hotel to use their public pool restroom. We had a reservation to make that morning so we left before we could find anybody to tell. They did come and fill it later in the day though. The housekeeper didn't come with new towels or sheets. I found later there was miscommunication on her end! She got our stay dates wrong. She apologized profusely and i told her really didn't mind <3 The jacuzzi was a little... swampy looking. We were there for 3 nights and on our first night we noticed two couples using it day AND night so I'm going to assume it was them and their sunscreen or something.. They also broke a wine glass right as the maintenance man walked by one our first night and he didn't say anything about it. The couple didn't clean it up... we saw it still there shattered two mornings later.. I thought that was kind of weird.

I fall in love with this place. Really clean, the room and bathroom have a good size, and you have your own rooftop so you can see the sunset.

I will not stay here again

The location is very good. It is in the middle of wine country. It is very quiet and clean. Beds are comfortable.

1. There was no hot water for showers! we had to call the attendant to come turn the heater on and it was turned off before nighttime so showering at night was impossible. 2. No restaurants around the area but driving distance away 3. The pool is not heated and only one small hot tub was open (the other one not heated) 4. Nobody there at night to supervise the hotel!

Great spot, awesome value, would recommend

Cozy spot with pool and jacuzzi. The staff were wonderful!

It rained a day before and it was a bit difficult to get there with the muddy roads.
