Totally misleading photos. No hot tub that was listed at the time, no kitchen, could not access wifi, roads were horrible and its literally in somones backyard!! Contacted VRBO several times but got no help there either

We had such a wonderful time at the guest house. We enjoyed our family time and visiting lots of the local attractions. Lori and Gene are the best hosts the house is stocked, things to do inside and out.and were available at all times
We enjoyed roaming all around the property playing with Phinny and our dog had such a blast. I have a feeling we will see this special place again. Thanks again.

This house is larger than it appears with many extra amenities such as multiple sleeping options, two televisions, books and games for all ages and an adorable goat Phinny! There is a gazebo and nice outdoor seating. We stayed here while hiking and touring the Wichita Mountains. This is a short drive from the mountains in a quiet area in Cache. The hosts thought of everything you can want in this pleasant property!

We have been staying at the guesthouse four times now, and we always enjoy our getaway. Friendly hosts, good location, plenty of space inside and out, and lots of activities in the area keep us coming back. We definitely recommend this property and expect to visit again next year.

Cute little place, five ⭐️,
A regular size refrigerator instead of two small ones would be great, a small stove would make this place perfect,
Would highly recommend,

My family of 5 stayed here while visiting family close by. The house was perfect. Upon arrival we were greated with homemade bread and beautiful scenery. From the friendly animals to the pond and covered picnic area, we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. We will positively be back again!!

The guest house was situated outside of Lawton on a family ranch in a peaceful and beautiful area. There was a small lake with a covered pavillion with plcnic tables, an outdoor tv, and a gas grill. The cabin itself was well equiped and tastefully decorated. We have two dogs and there was plenty of room to take them for walks. The guest house was far enough from town to be quiet and serine, but close enough to all the sights to be convenient. The hosts were super nice to work with.

I would like to thank our host. We had such an amazing weekend. The property is beautiful. We loved the location being out of town. It was so relaxing. The Pygmy goat (Phineas) is so friendly. Loved him.
We are really hoping to book this place again for our next trip if it’s available.
Thanks again for the hospitality.

Great vacation
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, centrally located for what we had planned. The baby goat was a wonderful companion for our daughter. It helped her not miss her pets at home as much.

Great stay!
We had a great time and the cabin was as advertised. Clean with all the needed amenities. Close enough to the Wildlife Refuge, Lawton, and the surrounding area.

This house is in a great location, and the property is beautiful. We were hoping to explore the 80 acres a little bit but the weather didn't cooperate.
There were a few things that we didn't like though. The furniture is old and not that comfortable. The bath towels are old and raggedy, they need to be replaced. The bed linens are old and outdated too. There was no comforter on the bed just two really old blankets that looked to have been knitted 50 years ago. We spent the whole night trying to keep them from sliding off the bed. They just really need to spend 50 bucks and get a comforter. The pillows were really bad too. They were super flat and just nothing to them. Honestly felt like sleeping on a pillow case with a few cotton balls tossed inside, probably the worst pillows I've ever slept on.
Those things could have almost been overlooked though because the property really is beautiful and the house was spotlessly clean. It had everything inside that we needed and the host even made us some banana bread which was fantastic. All in all it really wasn't bad except for one thing that we just couldn't look past.
The owners have several dogs, and they bark constantly. Starting about 6am both mornings the dogs would wake me up with their incessant barking that wouldn't stop for hours (literally). If the dogs were outside they were pretty much barking non stop.
Because of this I would never stay there again. As far as I'm concerned, it's absolutely unacceptable to run a VRBO house and have dogs outside that never stop barking. It shows a lack of respect for your guests, who have paid money to stay there, when you let the dogs outside and all they do is bark. We were very disappointed by this.
If not for the dogs constant barking, I'd probably rate this a 4.

We were looking for a clean place for a weekend getaway and we found it here. We paid extra for our little dog but she’s family. Thank you for providing a very nice quiet place.
