Sleeps 8 for almost half the price! Bring the whole family! There's plenty of room for everyone! Very close to the slopes - no need for a shuttle!
Our unit has a Full Size bed and two SETS of Twin-Size Bunk Beds. We added an additional room with two more bunk-style beds! Great for larger families or groups of friends!
Shamrock has a brand new look! The entire complex was recently renovated, and an 'air lock' or mud room has been added. plenty of room for snowboards and skis. The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances and cabinetry. Our living room has new carpeting and furniture.
Enjoy the forest view - maybe see a deer or two!

I really hate giving a bad review, but this place was one of the top 2 most disappointing properties we've ever stayed in with vrbo. It's amazing what you can overlook, and even find somewhat charming, if a property is clean. However, what we found at check-in was a partially cleaned condo with torn, soiled sheets (hair, human fluids, etc.), gross crud in the bathrooms, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, etc.. Messages to the owner were completely ignored, and even VRBO could not get the property mgmt to at least finish cleaning and bring over a clean set of linens for the beds. To be fair, it is a good location to access the slopes, but the condition of the condo and complete lack of concern for these issues left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this property and, as a vrbo host myself, I would be horrified to ever have a guest experience this completely unacceptable situation. I would also note that while it claims to be newly renovated and large enough for a big group, it is very dark and built on a narrow footprint, so it feels tight. The interior appeared worn and outdated and there are no extras like soap, shampoo, extra TP, etc.. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something better.

The property was beautiful, views perfect. Amenities were satisfactory and comfortable. Wish I could give this unit a 4.5 stars, since the listing is a little misleading. The number and location of beds was not quite accurate. Plenty of beds for the group but they are practically all bunk beds. The only other thing we noted was we couldn't find a dumpster, so directions to the nearest dumpster would be helpful.

The bunkhouse was awesome, ample room for 8, he's not kidding, there's 2 hidden rooms, with 3 bunks in them, so cute and neat additions. We had fam of 4 for the week, the teenagers stayed downstairs with their own bathroom and we stayed upstairs with ours. Everything worked, the airlock is great with a mitten and boot dryer and the ski boot jack rocked! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, cooking utensils it even had spices, all appliances worked great and were used often. Frank, the host called several times to ck on us and if we had any questions, it was an all around great experience. It's also located very near a walk down slope right near the PowderRidge lift drop off, very convenient!

Lovely weekend with family. With the bed in the nook we slept 9 adults. The bunks were sturdy and didn’t move or make noise when the top bunk adult got up in the middle of the night. FYI (All adults were under 6ft tall).
Fully stocked kitchen with a nice nonstick skillet, griddle. Loved the reclining couch and many TVs for relaxing after a day of hiking.
Frank was very responsive when the internet was out. Plenty of towels. Bring your own toiletries and paper towels.

Our ski group enjoyed our stay and great location. Old school type of place not a lot of frills but that is the way we like it. Our only compliant was that the place was not cleaned very well by the housekeepers. Plus the place could use a good deep clean in the offseason. Other than that it was fine and would stay again!!

We visit Snowshoe several times each season and have always stayed in the village, so this is our first time staying at Shamrock. We will definitely stay here again. Frank has the condo set up perfectly. He has pretty much thought of everything to maximize the space and make it as convenient/efficient as possible. Couldn’t figure out how to get the TV’s to work, but it was actually a nice break from television. We enjoyed the fireplace and just chilling after great days of skiing.

We had a great time staying at the bunkhouse! It had everything we needed and more. Our family of 7 did not feel like we needed to squeeze in. The condo is well lived in, nothing fancy, which makes for a more relaxed atmosphere for us. Ski out was super easy, the walk back was more of a work out, but doable. Would definitely stay again.

The renting was easy accessing and getting into the place was easy. For me it was like when the guys in hot tub time machine went back to K-Val. Very nostalgic for me I spent a lot of time in that area in the mid-90s snowboarding

Great Amount of Room
Lots of room for bringing the whole gang! They also had various pantry items that are often forgotten when packing for a trip. That was very much so appreciated. We will defiantly be back to take a ski shot next year!

Our “disappointing” stay at Shamrock 45
The property Is beyond outdated with many things not working, falling apart or simply so old that they are no longer usable. The main bed is probably the hardest bed we have ever sat on or slept on making it the worst night sleep after much needed rest following a full day of skiing. Visitors should be made aware that it’s best to bring soap for hands and shampoo as well as nothing is offered or what’s there is so old that it cannot be used. The place is very dark and no view apart onto trees and the parking lot - just good to note if you are looking for a view. Access to the Snowshoe slopes was good. And the check in and check out was easy - that was a plus.

Ski on, walk off - could be better cleaned
The house was as we expected in terms of size and amenities, a good spot and house for a ski weekend or week. The owner was very responsive before arrival. The house was unfortunately not well cleaned, bathrooms (toilets) were not well cleaned.

Snowshoe stay
Besides a few dishes being dirty, this place is very ideal for 7 or so people. Ideal location for skiing/snowboarding Snowshoe and Silver creek. Had a party of 6 and didn't feel crowded. It also had plenty of storage space for boards and snowboarding accessories. Would stay here again.

Comfortable & Great Location
2 families of 4 comfortably stayed in the charming bunkhouse for an amazing weekend on the slopes. 2 min walk to the slopes and easy parking. Thank you!

Perfect set up for skiing! Tons of storage and air system to dry out gloves, boots, and clothes. This is a super cozy, comfy, and warm unit. Only complaint was it was not cleaned very well. BUT the unit was stocked with cleaning supplies and we touched up the areas that were not up to par for us. Overall.. it was a great trip and we will definitely look to stay here again!

Very nice condo for the price including quality amenities and great location. Great for families and groups. The upstairs additional bunk room is small for adults, but perfect for kids. Highly recommended.

Great Stay
Great property for a weekend of skiing. Really appreciated the owners communication and his check-in flexibility to accommodate us. Loved there was so many dishes and silverware and good quality pots & pans to cook and ample towels and linens. Will definitely 100% stay here again!

Unique layout - lots of bunks
This place has a unique and interesting layout. All of the bunks are long (dorm size) single beds, so that helps with taller folks. Enough room for 8 people (without anyone sharing a bed). Great location and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Lots of couch/seating space in living room. It is a bit old and it shows most in the bathrooms - upstairs shower didn't drain; downstairs walk-thru bathroom toilet's tank-flap failed; and everything in all of the bathrooms seemed ready for an upgrade. Having said that, I would stay there again without a doubt.

Enjoyed the Bunkhouse!
Place was very well appointed - had everything we needed and then some. Kids loved the Pac Man Game, upgraded appliances/t.v.'s. Fireplace was awesome. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

Cramped, run down, and unclean.
While this place is ostensibly great for a large group of 8 friends, it’s quite cramped in reality. The third bunk “room” is really more of a converted closet. We felt a little clostrophobic the whole weekend. The kitchenware was pretty run down, but useable. Biggest complaint is that two of the bunk beds had gross, stained, smelly, unclean sheets that we had to wash ourselves. The cleaning service clearly got lazy. The location was decent and parking was open.

Best Value on the Mountain!
Second time staying at the bunkhouse and I'm just as pleased as the first time! Perfect spot for our annual guy's trip with 8 grown men being perfectly comfortable.
Little room you walk into from the front door has boot and glove driers, and it's own little heater that is awesome!
Just a few steps away from the front door is a neat little trail that takes you right down to the slopes - very convenient.
Def be staying here again!

Awesome
Loved the Bunkhouse! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or have their own little nook. We were able to strap on our skis at the end of the parking lot and ski to the slopes and walk back up to enjoy lunch. We had deer at the back door! Loved that our skis, snowboards, and boots could dry in the heated entry area. Experienced 26 inches of snow! This is the place to stay!

What a fabulous and restful time we had at "The Bunkhouse!" With plenty of room for even three moody teenagers to have their own corner of the house after a long day on the slopes, we all felt that the accommodations were perfect. A warm breakfast prepared in the well situated kitchen with all the conveniences of home and a sizzling fire to return to each day, we all are already planning our next trip. Thanks "Bunkhouse!"

Perfect
We loved everything about the bunkhouse! Very accommodating, plenty of space for 7 of us guys. Great location! You can strap in 20 ft from the front door and ride to the lifts. The shuttle picks up/drops off right in front of shamrocks so it was very easy to get to silver creek for the night runs. We had a blast and would definitely stay at the bunkhouse again.

We had an awesome time at The Bunkhouse! It was perfect for our group! The location was ideal! We could walk outside and be on the slopes in 1 minute. It was an easy walk to town or to the shuttle. Owner were great to work with. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

Ski Weekend with friends and young children
We had a wonderful time. The short walk to the slopes was perfect for our young children. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and sit/relax after skiing our hearts out! :) We, including the adults, enjoyed the PacMan table! Loved the wood burning fire place and plenty of hooks for wet ski clothes as well as mudroom to take off boots and store skis, snowboards.
The owner and his staff were truly wonderful to work with and we will be back again.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had a great time! The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our large group (10 people). It was great to be able to ski out to the lifts and have a short walk back whenever a break was needed. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great ski experience at Snowshoe!
